Our first room had blood drippings on the side of the tube. Room had an unusual smell. We ordered 2 queen beds but when I went to complain they didn’t have a room available except a king bed which I needed 2. The second room the walls were dirty. The thermostat was broke in the front room. Furniture was filthy. The morning manger gave me 75 dollars back on my room. The night manager seems like she just didn’t want to be there. Did not do any discounts or anything I even offered to clean it.

Decent for the price like i said on the other review pool water was too cold and extremely too much chlorine also they didnt have blankets upon request. Other than that pretty clean and the upkeep was nice didnt have to pay for parking also serves breakfast in the morning oh another thing i forgot the rooms came with some dishes already such as plates, spoons, forks, knives, glass cups, and pots and pans. They also have a dish washer but i prefer to wash my dishes out on hand.

Wish there was an hot tub. Pool water was just too cold for me and extremely too much chlorine my little sister hair was blue once she washed her hair it was white unfortunately. Hotel was pretty decent overall oh when i asked for an blanket i was told there wasn’t anymore so I just ran home and got my own blanket we stayed here for the weekend for my daughter birthday she enjoyed herself so I cant complain too much.

My stay was really good, better than expected. The staff member that checked me in was great. The room was very clean with the exception of a little dust. My only issue with the room was the shower drain was very slow, so I had to stand in a water as if I was taking a sit down bath. Outside of that, stay was great.

My stay was amazing, only a few things that could have been better. The front door was constantly locked so we were able to go in through the lobby, and at random times staff would not be at the front desk, and the water was always lukewarm to cold so I couldn’t get a warm shower. Other than those things the hotel was comfortable and was around the places I wanted to go. Definitely would stay again

The staff were infrequently at the desk. I attempted to check in at 5, but was told there were no rooms available that been cleaned. I had come back.
Upon arrival my room had one towel, one washcloth, three tissues and no body soap. That was fixed the next day day, but on the morning there was no hot water. After 45 minutes it began to get warm, but did not have time to wait. The front desk did not answer the phone when I tried to report it.

First off there were no toweks on my room. Had to go back down to front desk to get some.
Room was not cleaned well. Housekeeping needs to clean better as the person in me left socks under end if bed and they were still there when I checked into my room. One of the railings in the elevator was very loose. Parking on side of building no lights there to make you feel safe.

Clean room but none of the shampoo/lotion had anything in it. Phone in room would not call housekeeping or front desk. Not enough towels in room. Curved Shower rod was broken so you couldn’t close it all the way and it soaked the floor every time. Bathrooms in lobby were closed our whole stay. Breakfast is grab n go- no eggs, sausage, etc. just cereal and bagels, muffins, etc. Overall, it was a place to lay your head and shower. Will not be booking here again.

Our room met all of our expectations. Especially liked that the kitchen area was already furnished and we didn't have to bring our own. I would suggest you put dish rags and dish towels in the kitchen. The staff was pleasant upon arrival and departure. Our room was clean and very affordable, it was very spacious, we love the layout and the ceiling fan over the bed is a huge bonus. We will most definitely be back and would highly recommend others to your hotel.

The room we stayed in was supposed to be smoke free; however the hallway and our pillows smelled of cigarette smoke. Walking past several rooms you could smell marijuana as well. The staff during the day was friendly, however the evening front desk staff working on 2/23 was super unfriendly, not helpful and spent most of her time outside smoking weed. The hairdryer in the room didn't work,v so I had to go back to front desk to request one. There's no phone in the room to make calls to the front desk. Overall, the room itself was comfortable but the smell of cigarettes really was very over powering every time you left the room. Unfortunately we had another weeks stay booked for March but we will be cancelling and looking elsewhere. We did appreciate it being pet friendly.

This property is located next to another hotel and a gas station, and there isn’t anything else for miles. The staff was underwhelming and possibly high over the weekend. The stairwell was carpeted and clearly not vacuumed in a long time and smelled like urine. The whole property smelled like marijuana. The side doors were never locked for safety. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable enough. Bathtub leaked the whole night. Smoke detectors chirped, and we were told to take the batteries out. Phone didn’t work or front desk/housekeeping didn’t answer. Coffee machine in room didn’t work. Charging station in room didn’t work. No forks in the room.

Room was decent, quiet. This location is definitely a temporay housing style for contract work, which makes sense. Had a pool. Room was farely clean, spots on couch, end table and bathtub rust looking spot.
Issue with front end staff member upon checkin was very unprofessional. Seemed under the influence, too busy on her phone and couldnt even answer or rectify the basic issue of wifi password not working, saying \"that's a management question, wait until morning.\"

The cleaniest of the room was somewhat lacking. Even though it was a non-smoking room the sheets reeked of cigarettes. The neighbor was constantly smoking something that smelled like a skunk. The front desk was helpful when they were there. For the price I paid I would have expected better.

The raccoons on the parking made me feel unsafe to come and go as I planned. As I was exiting my room early morning it was man laying in the hallway in front of door when I opened it. You can really tell that ownships has changed tremendously. I didn't feel comfortable nor safe! Ive stayed here a few times and this time was absolutely terrifying and unsafe.

Front desk staff was not very friendly. They were put off they had to check us in.

The heater in the bedroom kept turning on and off all night long even though it was turned off.

Kleenex box was empty in bathroom. When I asked someone at the front for another box they told me they were waiting for someone to get one for me. Later in the day I went to check with the front desk about the kleenex box. They told me they were completely out of stock of kleenex.

I found and caught a roach in the kitchen. The next day I found and caught a flea. The person I was traveling with ended up getting bit all over her body.

On Saturday the fire alarm when off 4 times. After all the alarms the elevator was not reset so the elevator beeped all night and was out if order the next day.

Later finding the flea and being bit we had to check out of the hotel and find another last minute.

I was told by the hotel front staff to call Expedia to get a refund. When I called Expedia no one at the hotel answered the phone. I still haven't received word that Expedia was able to confirm with the hotel staff. There is still a $493.64 charge on the credit card used for the room.

Cons. Hotel staff was terrible, unfriendly and unhelpful. Given very few towels. Breakfast basically glorified continental. Exterior locks were horrible. Could hardly get into the hotel and it was bitter cold. Interior locks also terrible. Got new keys twice so we could get in our room. Took multiple swipes to get the locks to work. Needed to talk to maintenance about an issue in our room. Front desk had no idea how to help us or how to contact them or the manager. Classic north county customer service.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in years! I’d love to know which brand and model name!
The room-dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. I figured that out when I went to get a fork and the only utensil was a spoon. The tables were sticky as well as a few of the lights. Headboard hadn’t been dusted and a previous guest stuck clear packing tape on the headboard, desk table and lamp, kitchen table, tv table/dresser. A piece was still sticking out from the lamp, the rest left remnants of the tape and sticky residue. No washcloths and when I asked for them the next day, I still didn’t get any until day 4. No dishcloths or dish towels or paper towels. Had to use towels from the bathroom. I don’t know if those are supplied in the first place.
Breakfast was simple but good. The one lady I saw most often during breakfast was really nice. Too bad you can’t clone her.
There was a disturbance next door and when I went to the phone to alert the front desk, the front desk and housekeeping buttons just gave a constant busy signal. I dialed 0 as noted on the sign by the elevator but it then asked for an access code.
By this time, someone said, “So, you’re going to pull a gun on me, are you? That’s how it is?!?
I absolutely didn’t feel safe then and was going to just call 911, but I heard someone in the hallway speaking with police. The girls next door were arrested and each handcuffed sitting on either side of my door. At least management kicked them out.

The people who work here are very helpful, but the facility isn’t being maintained and there aren’t enough staff. After checking in and finding the outside door I was told to enter through, I was unable to get in as the key cards I had just been given wouldn’t work. So another guest tried to let me in and his wouldn’t work either so he walked back around to the front to let me in. Then I couldn’t get into my room with the key cards so I called the front desk from the hallway and she had me come back to the lobby and rekeyed my cards. They still didn’t work. She offered me a different room and had me come to the lobby to get those as she was the only person working at 6pm. I entered that room and it had not been cleaned - the bed had been slept in, there were dirty dishes on the counter, etc. So then I was given another room in the way back part of the hotel and it worked. But walking through the hallway, I could see that the walls are scratched up, there were bags of trash and piles of linens left sitting in the hallway, and smell weed coming from non-smoking rooms. Inside the room, everything was comfortable and quiet, however, there was only one towel set, and one of the phones was not working. The body wash was completely out and other amenities like facial tissue were also missing. The next day I requested additional towels, which I got and body wash, which I did not get. For breakfast - there were limited protein options and my key card wouldn’t work again.

There was a deposit to put down that we were not told about until we get there which was fine but to be told it was take 50 days to return is crazy, got checked in the room and the shower didn't work they put me in another room to accommodate the shower not working only to have 7 kids knocking on doors and running off which was a all night thing check out was at 11am me and my wife checked out at 5am and drove home drunk and as we checked out we were informed that the lady that switched my room never updated it in the system so someone else could've came in got that room got the key and walked in on me and my wife an last people lives there permanently it doesn't feel welcoming to people stopping through

The hotel and suite was nice, but there are no employees that work there. Took 15 minutes to find an employee to check in. There were 4 boys in the pool fist fights, choking and strangling each other with the net and pool rope. Tried to find the lady working- 30 minutes and never did find her- desk phone had 11 missed calls. Then we needed an extra blanket, me and another gentlemen stood down there for 15 minutes before another lady came in from outside and got mad and said she would find her. I watched her go to the laundry room and the lady that worked behind the counter, came back looking like she just woke up. Went to check out, no employee could be found again. I just walked out. The staff is the reason I will never stay there again. I am finding a number to their corporate office and filing a complaint there too

The first room I was assigned was not cleaned. Bed, bathroom, etc was all the old used bedding/linens. Was given a second room and it was in the exact same condition. THis time I called down and told the desk gal she needed to bring the key to me. I had already trekked through the hotel plenty of times and I have a hip issue that makes it painful to walk a long distance, which the hotel has long hallways. Third room was clean. The front desk gal was unprofessional and I even questioned if she was under the influence.

I got there and the room wasn't even clean, there wasn't sheets on the bed, pillows were on the floor, trash was in the trash can and when I went back to the front desk the lady was brand new and she didn't know what she was doing. I had just came from a long trip and I wanted to lay down she said she was going to have to call her manager. I went back and took pictures of the room and still couldn't find the front desk lady when I went back to see what the other manager said she said I was going to have to wait 3 hours until the other manager came in. Weather was untravellable due to weather and a death that backed up traffic for hours. I reached out to the property letting them know I could not make it and if I could just reschedule for January and i was told they would do that as a courtesy and for me just to go through Expedia I went through Expedia and now I’ve got a message from them saying that they are not going to keep their word I have in writing. I don’t like dishonest so sharing with everyone to know what type run this hotel. Will never stay now nor recommend when my staff and I travel to area for work

Check-in process was sub par. No greeting. And they gave us a key to room that already was occupied. Went to the room and it had a don't disturb sign on it the door and music/tv was on. Went back to tell the front desk and no apologies or anything. Then they have gave us a different room that had no towels. Called downstairs to get some towels and the front desk lady seemed inconvenienced when I asked her to bring us towels.

Otherwise room was on par with the price we paid. Nothing fancy but good enough for 1 night stay before a flight.
