Clean nice new building but the bed was like something from ikea that maybe cost $50 mattress terrible and frame squeaking every time I move. If you want to sleep passed sunrise good luck the curtains are non existent and blinds are half click above mini blinds. I won’t ever stay at one of these again I can promise that !

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
The entire place gave a vibe of being a long-term apartment-stay type of business. Refrigerator, stovetop, & sink, were nice, but no dishes or items were available to use with them. We never found an ice machine, but there were empty ice trays in the freezer. Again, the whole vibe was like a place where workers might stay while they completed a job in the area. The building was totally new, and the staff was great, but it didn't actually feel like a hotel. :-)

Room was clean. Issue for us is there were no cups or hairdryer. When we asked the front desk why we were informed the hotel is a extended stay and doesn’t provide disposable cups or hairdryer.

Good place for the price. This was a short stay. The only issue I had was that there are NO CURTAINS in the windows. Only blinds, so if you are wanting a great night sleep without the parking lot lights shining in your face or the sun this is not the place for you.

Our room was 58 degrees when we checked in, A/C on full blast. We were able to turn on the heat and warm it up. We had to wait several minutes at the front desk for someone to check us in . It was 8:30 pm. There was no sign indicating Be Right Back

Stayed for 3 days, reported to staff refrigerator was not getting cold. Return second day for evening refrigerator still not repaired, reported again to manager. Return that evening refrigerator still not repaired. Went to front desk third day staff reported refrigerator to be replaced that day. Return that evening refrigerator not repaired not replaced. Left the next morning all food was spoiled had to throw out. Disappointed had stayed at this location two times before seems like a good place. After this makes it hard to go back travel frequently to St Louis.

I wish I could leave a better review. Facilities were nice and room was spacious and clean. Staff was kind.

Where it went south…TV did not work. Spoke with front desk twice, never came to fix it. My bed frame was broken, right side of the bed. Told front desk twice, no fix. As for new towels twice in the AM, no towels in the PM, went to front desk to get more. Zero housekeeping throughout the stay. Tried to cook in the room…stove vent would not come on, told front desk. Kitchen sink barely came on and in the shower, average water temp was like warm. Told front desk.

I haven’t left bad reviews. This is my first but when I was told they would look into it and didn’t happen. That’s a customer service issue.

Sorry folks. I will not return and cancelled my next stay. Rates were great but now I know why.

Arrived at the listed check-in time and we’re informed the room wasn’t ready yet so we killed a couple hours and returned only to be told the room was still not ready yet so we then did a planned activity and came in later in the evening and lo and behold it was finally ready. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked. I’m being just an overnight stop didn’t use any of the other possible amenities on site. Take note there is absolutely no breakfast offering and stale coffee if you want.

We stayed here for a short stay before an early morning flight! The property and room were very clean. It worked for our short stay but if you are looking for a good nights sleep, you won’t get it here. The walls are paper thin, the highway is crazy loud and our AC rattled all night.

This hotel is fairly new, and seems very clean. Staff was nice, and property well maintained. HOWEVER, my primary reason to be at Woodspring was to sleep, and that was difficult . The noise from the highway was incredibly LOUD. It sounded like I was laying on the shoulder of I-70. There was also no blackout curtain, so when morning came, the sun lit the room up right through the blinds. The beds were comfortable, and I did get some decent sleep between about 1:00AM and 6:00AM when the traffic slowed down, and before the sun came up. I asked to be moved to the other side of the hallway (away from the highway) for my second and third night, but they were fully booked. If you decide to stay here, request an EVEN NUMBERED room, and if you’re sensitive to light, a sleep mask. Rooms do have a nice little kitchenette and full sized refrigerator.

Facilities and staff were great. The location is conveniently located for quick access on and off of Hwy 70, which is both a plus and minus. If you are a light sleeper, the Hwy noise will disrupt your sleep all night long.

The staff was very nice. Room was clean. We stayed in a double queen with a kitchenette for 2 nights. The window only had blinds, no black out shades so we had the lights of the parking lot and highway 70 in our room all night. As well as the noise of the highway. Even with the AC and fan set on high.
The kitchenette it very nice but completely empty, not a spoon, plate, bowl or a coffee pot. There is a community coffee pot on the first floor of the lobby. As a vacation staying spot I'm not traveling with my kitchen but would like it when I book a room with a kitchenette.

The place was clean and the staff nice, but my room was facing the freeway and the traffic noise was loud. Not sure why they installed such thin windows, but it’s almost like the windows aren’t there. Avoid odd numbered rooms of freeway noise bothers you.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. They don’t provide any dishes, cookware or cutlery so even though there’s a kitchenette, you need to bring or buy everything you need to prepare or eat food in your room.

The list of amenities indicates no fitness center but they do have a small fitness center with a cable machine and three treadmills. That was a nice surprise.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I forgot something in my room when we checked out and when I called about it they offered to check the room and hold my things until I could come pick them up.

The water in the shower didn’t stay hot very long and no breakfast was available, but if a person is staying longer than a day or two it is nice that they have a full size refrigerator and area to cook and a microwave.

Very noisy. It’s a new facility but I wouldn’t stay there again even at the $80.00 per night rate. Good value for the money but I would bet in a year it will be a disaster due to clientele the cheap rate draws in.

Kitchen didn’t have paper towels or plates/ bowls/silverware etc. The shower was very cold. Curtains are needed- lots of light comes through as well as street noise. Between that and slamming doors of neighbors throughout the night we didn’t sleep. The staff was great and overall cleanliness of the room was great.

No in room coffee pot. No hand towels. Paper thin walls where you can hear neighbors YAWNING like they are right there in bed with you. Bathroom lights that are on a timer only and turn off leaving you in the dark while you are taking a shower (dangerous). WiFi access that doesn’t get disconnected from previous guest in your room and front desk asks you to call the internet provider to resolve instead of correcting themself.
If you LIKE all of these things then this is the PERFECT hotel for you!
We definitely will not be staying there again. Regretted booking not long after checking in. Enjoy!

The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a fridge, small stove top and microwave. There aren’t any dishes, dish soap or cutlery. The shampoo and towels are sparse. I would recommend either brining kitchen items with you or getting them delivered from Walmart's or similar after checking in. There isn’t a coffee maker in the rooms either but there is coffee in the lobby. Overall good stay and great price.

Super friendly and nice staff. Our room was clean. You can also walk to the nearby grocery store, which is nice. Full size frig, oven, sink and microwave. Great price for the area. This would be a good extended stay hotel. Located right next to the highway so it was noisy at night for sleeping. Also the blinds did not block outside lights. In room coffee maker, coffee, cups, conditioner and hair dryer would have been nice. Otherwise very nice economical hotel.
