The hotel is a value price for a reason. The staff gave me hand soap when asked but there was none in the room. It could definitely use a deep cleaning but the pool was great for the kids. The pool does open much later than most at 10am so swimming on checkout day didn't get to happen this time. Breakfast is limited to waffles for hot food unless it comes out of a toaster. Kids were happy but some eggs and bacon would have been nice. Terrible coffee, really not good. Overall what I expected given the price. Nice enough giving I paid significantly less than other hotels nearby.

We only ran across one person at the front desk during thetime we were at the hotel. She was very nice and helpful and let us into our room early. The hotel seems very rundown to me and did not feel very clean. Minimal towels and pillows were provided. One tiny bar of soap was provided. Thankfully, we did not spend too much time in the room because we wouldn’t have wanted to.

It's a no-frills hotel but exactly what we needed. The place was clean and in a safe location off the interstate--about 30 minutes from St. Louis. It was also close to Cracker Barrel and shares the same parking lot with a couple of really great local restaurants--Mexican food (shout out to Terra Sur) and BBQ (Fire and Smoke). No complaints about staff interactions; pleasant to work with. Breakfast bar had a lot of options. We'll go back since we have family in the area.

The vending machines had expired snacks and I accidentally ate moldy chocolate.
My wife got food poisoning from the hard boiled eggs, we came on back and ended up having to cut the trip short because she had bad fever and was ill for the next for days. Some of the front desk people were rude and were eyeing everyone.
I will say the beds were great when we were ending the night if you catch my drift.

Could not check in at 5:00pm because the room wasn’t cleaned yet. Hair on the cracked sink, crusty spot on the blanket, hole in the tub surround, and the smoke detector covered with plastic. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was a bit dated, but clean. Although our room was clean it smelled of salsa like someone dumped a bowl of it in the air conditioning unit. The bed and pillows were comfy, but corner of the sheet was shredded. Towels, soap, water pressure and temp were good. Breakfast consisted of: yogurt, fruit, good coffee, cereal, instant oatmeal, toast bagels & waffles. Seating area was clean. Best part for us, dog friendly fee only $15, awesome! The price was right for a.last night on the way home. Staff was patient with me,after 10 hours of driving she kindly repeated things for me until I understood. Thank you!

All good it just we had cable outage for a day and half and waking up with ants in the room we didn’t have any food in the room but could be better for the price and no one speak English couldn’t understand them they use phone relay for us to speak into and a lot of POT smoking smell then the building and outside the door of existing on side they party drinking I’m guessing they are employees??I do t know but need some strict rules and all thank you

We stayed here for the weekend while attending a dance competition in the area, I was very impressed. The entire place looked like it had been recently updated, it was very clean. The front desk staff was super friendly, our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast area was nice, not a super big selection but it was adequate. There were several restaurants within an easy walking distance, I was very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

The room itself was okay. A little dated, and some damage to the tiling in the bathroom, but it was fine for our needs. The lighting however is terrible. Two extremely bright desk lamps (one on the desk, one on the nightstand),which left the rest of the room dark; but if you were in bed or at the desk with the light on, you were blinded. The lighting at the sink was a little dark. Overall not bad for an overnight stay, but with the lighting, I wouldn’t be able to stay any longer. Also…the bed is extremely high, granted I am 5’1/2” but I almost needed a step stool to get into bed.

Our room was gross, splatter stains on the bed sheets, stuff smeared on the walls and shower was dirty. I asked for a new room and it was better. Sheets seemed fine and walls were more or less clean.
Pool room was full of mildew or mold (all the chairs, shelving, part of the ceiling...) We only swam once bc even the kids were grossed out.

The lady at the front desk was beyond helpful and kind. The room was tolerable, but didnt feel safe. There were men hanging around the secluded entrance. It was slso hard to sleep as the walls were thin and lots if loud taking in hallway. It is a place to sleep and shower.
