The girl who checked us in was great. She was holding things down on her own with no help. There was a line of 10–15 people all night, and she never complained—she just managed it and got the job done.

That said, it feels like there should have been at least one more person working that night.

Another thing: we were given a Venmo to leave a tip for check-in. I’ve never seen that before. I appreciated how hard she was working, so this isn’t a knock on her—but tipping just to receive the key you’ve already paid for feels a bit odd.

We choose this hotel for the free shuttle service to the port for our family cruise. When we checked in they told us there was no more room on the shuttle. The lobby smelt musty/mildrew. We were told our room was in back through the \"alley \", which made me nervous since it was midnight when we checked in. The rooms were very old and worn to a point i was nervous to sleep in the bed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Full of bugs that came out of nowhere. The doors all have big gaps in them. Super unsafe. Just pick the comfort inn that’s literally two steps next door or any other better rated hotel. Certainly don’t stay here if you’re afraid of critters, don’t like outdoor facing hotels, older properties, lack of facilities. Don’t believe the “great for a day” reviews, just don’t do it.

The shuttle drove right by us at the airport after I had called the hotel and inquired about the shuttle and went to the location and the shuttle sped on by. The first room we were in the remote for the TV didn't work. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you too the back off and pulled the chain to flush which everything inside the back of toilet was absolutely disgusting and rusted. Then we got moved to a new room where there were bugs crawling up the walls. Pillows that were horrible and stained sheets. Every time someone left their room the doors were being slammed at all hours of the night.

Property is definitely in need of a renovation. Does not look like the photos. The cleanliness of the room wasn't great- water damage, rust, dirty floors, etc. Bed and linens were fresh and clean though. Our flight got in around 11:30pm so we missed the last free shuttle. When our uber dropped us off there were some random people hanging out around the outside of the hotel which seemed a little sketchy (did not appear to be employees or guests). The free shuttle to the cruise port was a pleasant surprise however and made our mediocre stay worth it. Wouldn't stay here again but it was fine for a night.

airport shuttle was okay and enjoyed a restaurant/bar within walking distance. Downsides, no hot water, everything filthy and unkept. Luckily the bedding seemed clean. Would never recommend staying there and was about $275 with taxes. I have stayed in some pretty bad pet friendly rooms that were better.

The room was fairly standard. It appeared clean. I slept well. The exterior door however had a gap a the bottom and a bug crawled in. The front area was neat and clean, The staff was easy to talk to. Parking appeared to be okay but we took the free shuttle from the airport. Make sure you ask where to stand exactly as it was not explained well and we waited for an hour. As well, the free shuttle to the airport was good. If you need food, there are a few restaurants close by. I had no other issues with the hotel. It met our needs for an overnight stay at a reasonable cost.

We were given incorrect instructions on where to go at the airport to catch the shuttle. First time at Miami so we had no idea. It was quite the runaround. Rooms/bathrooms are tiny. No breakfast. Free shuttle from airport and to the cruise terminal was nice.

We booked a room to enjoy the pool while we waited for our flight. We were checked in early, and given a room right next to the pool. It was the cleanest pool I have every seen, literally. Huge too! I am nervous to even leave a review, because I don't want everyone else to steal our secret and crowd it up! Thank you for a wonderful 9 hours :-)

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The sheets were stained, the bathroom tub was rusted. The blow dryer was rusty. No coffee maker/kettle. We stayed two nights but no cleaner ever came to refresh the room. We went out and found our garbage bin full with rubbish. Iron board was non functional. The worst thing ever is that we saw a cockroach.

The included shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port was a great added value.
The room itself was decent. My only complaint was the amount of sound coming into my room from other guest, that were not being obnoxious. Their sounds just came through the walls and ceiling as I tried to sleep.
The staff was friendly and helpful. If I stayed again, maybe I would ask for an upstairs room to prevent the ceiling noise.

The staff was amazing! Very helpful. Airport shuttle was great. The room was supposed to be one of those newer styles with no carpets and upgraded furnishings but the problem was that even that was looking old and tired! The paint was peeling off the bathroom walls and the water in the sink would not go down and we had freezing cold water to take a shower with!!! No hot water! Literally, it’s good for a one night stay on your way to a cruise or a layover but that it! And it definitely wasn’t worth the $182 Canadian I payed for it.

We were able to get into our room much earlier than anticipated, but the room and entire property, really, could really use an upgrade. The room was extremely dingy. The hairdryer had some splattered all over it. Shower floor was covered by a plastic mat to hide the black stains. We only stayed one night and found two large roaches the next morning. The staff was great, what little we interacted with them; but we will not be using this hotel in the future.

We did not complete a stay here. Our flight was delayed several hours and we were late. Didn't realize that the airport shuttle was only from the Miami airport and it was cost prohibitive to get a taxi to take us to the hotel. We had to get a hotel closer to the Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Hotel is convenient, but the walls are thinner than a sheet of paper. I could CLEARLY hear phone conversations on both sides. Ground floor doors also have about a inch gap that allows insects or other things to crawn in your room.

I RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER HOTEL unless the above is suitable or an emergency situation.

All that was there was coffee and cups. The cruise ship shuttle driver through our luggage because he forgot to take it out of the bus when we got to the terminal and it was our fault apparently but otherwise it was OK for the price

The shuttle that goes from the hotel to the port doesn’t pickup returning passengers until about 9:30am / 10am.

So if you need to get back to the hotel, you’ll need to get an Uber or another form of transportation.

Overall, the hotel stay was alright.

I reserved a room at your hotel for 1 night 3/7 - 3/8 for my 3 daughters. I chose THIS hotel based on the website showing a free shuttle offered from airport to hotel AND from hotel to cruise port as they departed on a cruise 3/8. They were unable to locate the shuttle at the airport. They called to confirm the location and after waiting for some time they had to uber. The next day when they checked out and asked about the shuttle to the port, they were told that they had to make a reservation upon check in and there wasn't any space left. There was nothing on the website that showed a reservation at check in was required. There was no mention from the front desk at check in either. Again, they had to pay to take an uber to the port. The room was not AT ALL in line with the pricing. The ONLY reason I looked pass the near $300/nt price tag FOR THIS HOTEL -- was because these shuttles were SUPPOSED to be included. Instead the quality of room they got wasn't up to par AND I had to pay additional money. They turned on the A/C unit and it started SMOKING. There were dead bugs in the room (like a housekeeper skipped it for some time) and the sheets were DIRTY. The hotel has yet to respond to my concerns. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

The floor of our room was filthy, you walk across and have to brush your feet off. One had to kick the door open to get in, the bathroom door latch was broken. To get to the other side of the bed you had to climb over because the dresser was at the foot of the bed, zero room to go around. If you have a flight before 8am, the shuttle is useless, they don't start until 6am. FYI, Uber is $20! Wyndham has really let me down.

Shows they have a restaurant on premises however thats been closed for some time. We booked room for airport shuttle however we needed it earlier than the time began, so that was useless. I would not stay there again. The area is also questionable.

I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle to the airport and the clerk seemed annoyed, he told me to wait by the door 7 or 15 on the 1st level so I assumed it was the bottom level. I waited 20 minutes then called for an ETA, he told me that they would be there at 11, so I had 30 more minutes left. I also asked him to confirm if I was at the correct door, I said I was at departure door 15 and he said that was correct. By 11:18 I still did not see a shuttle so I called again and told him again where I was located he said that I had to wait at arrival door 15. At that point I was too tired to argue because I literally called twice before and he never told me the shuttle was going to arrival door 15. I ended up having to spend $25 on a Lyft just to get dropped off a mile away. I got there at 11:30 the check in was with the same clerk and that went okay, he gave me good directions on how to get to my room. When I walked to the room I noticed he placed me in a room that was far but there were closer rooms that were available. The room had hair in the shower and under the pillow, I was too tired at this point to ask for a room change because my flight was delayed and I had been at the airport for 4 hours already. I just needed to get some rest for 4 hours before my next flight. This place was not worth the money I spent and I was highly disappointed.

We booked a king size bed and got a queen. The bathroom was tiny and there was no place to even put a toothbrush. The bathroom door wouldn’t close.the blow dryer was melted on the tip. There was a crack in the toilet bowl cover. There were only steps to the second floor. We had a terrible time getting our heavy suitcases up there. The whole hotel is very dreary inside.i had to walk a mile to get to the ice machine.

The young man at the front desk was so helpful!! The airlines lost our luggage. He gave us some personal hygiene items and information that we needed to replace lost items. Then we got a phone call that some of our luggage had been found and they gave us a ride to the airport to pick up our luggage. We will definitely stay there again.
