You'll want to avoid. We arrived and checked in to our suite which did not have a sofa or cot for our grandson. We were moved to a much smaller regular room without any refund in price. The room was not the cleanest and people partied most of the night on that hall.

Love the lighting. The chandeliers were beautiful. Inside was nice and beautiful. Downfall was their luggage cart wheel was broken and another wheel was flat I am disabled. My mom had to carry everything in and out. Breakfast was phenomenal sausage, gravy and biscuits and eggs was wonderful. Good coffee! Good minute maid orange and apple juice. Ice cold milk overall. Not bad experience. Go outside at night and you can smell french fries. Factory across the street makes french fries and tater tots and hash browns and smelt. So good

The hotel is old. There was hair on the nightstand. There was hair wrapped up in the wash cloths. The shower floor tiles appeared very dirty, I had to wear flip flops. Hardly any water pressure. The “breakfast” was less than desirable. We ate elsewhere. This is a decent place if you are needing to lay your head somewhere. But I won’t be back.

So very clean but also because you can smell the cleaning supplies when you walk in the hall. Hope the housekeepers know what those chemicals are doing to their body. We were placed in the dog friendly hall. Dog barked and finally the front desk did something about it but didn’t get the impression she wanted to get up from her chair.

This was an easy location to stay for a night at the Gorge. The room was very outdated and furniture is very worn. The phone was on the back of the couch as there was no side table. There was a loose screw underneath the fitted sheet that poked my foot when I got into the bed, which wasn’t pleasant. The bedding was very thin, but they did provide an extra blanket when I asked. The front desk lady was very nice and we were provided with an early check in, which was appreciated.

Business needs a smart phone with the \" babel \" app to ttranslate for the emplyees. Lots of misinformation. Staff tells me that room is not ready. Then another desk person shows up and tells me that the room has been ready for 2 full days. Huge stains on the sofa. At least the stay was quiet. Only needed it for 4.5 hours to get some sleep before hitting the eoad again.

You can easily hear all noise from rooms next door. Staff started vacuuming and making tons of noise cleaning rooms at 8am. Price was easily double what it should have been because there is so little accomodation around the Gorge. Chips in bathtub, no shower curtain. Paper thin blankets. No staff available when checking out and could not have any issues addressed.

We arrived, my boyfriend had to go #1. After flushing the toilet, we got an overpowering smell of sewer. We had to go somewhere, so we told the staff about it, the person who checked us in came to the room, smelled what we smelled, told us it wasn't the sewer, and he would have a housekeeper come in and spray it down while we were gone. When we came back, all was well until we flushed the toilet again. Stench back. I brushed my teeth and washed my face in the kitchen. We slept with the bathroom door closed and left as soon as we could. The furniture and carpet looked like it was original from the 70's... Including all the stains. I wouldn't walk on the carpet without socks. The bed was the only clean thing in the room.
I am no longer allowed to pick out our hotels lol.
It wouldn't have been the worst thing in the world until the sewer smell. Won't go back. For $250, that's a money trap.

The staff were very nice. I liked being able to bring my dog. The room however, was not fully cleaned prior to our using it. The bathroom sink had soap build up all over the back end corners where there are built in dips for soap bars, and thecounter itself felt dingy.

It was 8:30am the morning i was checking out. A male employee with a key card open my door without call out that someone was entering or apparently checking that i had actually checked out. I complained and they said sorry and basically dismised me with a lame excuse. I happened to not be dressed at the time. I will not endorse anyone else to stay at this motel.

Won’t stay here again

Me and the wife traveled 4 hours needed a hotel to relax in and freshen up before heading to our actual destination. We were only in the room for 3 hours tops but the conditions of the room I am glad we were not staying the night. There was a giant stack of towels by the door upon entry and another in the bathroom. Fridge had items still left in it. The beds looked like they had been slept in. Dirty carpets and a stack of key cards on the tv stand. Safe to say if I am traveling back through the area this hotel I will stay far away from. Only bright side the front desk gentleman was very nice and understood why we were using the room for a short time period.

The staff here was friendly and got us checked in early with no fuss. The rooms were clean and accommodating. And we enjoyed our stay, and we will be back. They do pricing based on demand so don't be mad if they charge a large amount for you to lay your drunken head for the evening after a concert at the Gorge, it's definitely worth it! Breakfast was good, area is what it is, you're in the middle of no where.....literally. It was nice having a convenience store attached to the building.

The place is a slum and nine real poor repair.
They have a room that’s full of cases of beer. They don’t sell beer.
There was a wailing child next door and a barking dog for three days and nights.
I had to wait for others to check in and get checked in to use the restroom because the common restroom is out of service.
The breakfast was nasty.
There was no tub stopper
Whenever I called the desk if they answered whoever answered didn’t speak English.
This place shouldn’t be on Expedia at all. I don’t want to stay places like this

I wish I had saw it was missing when I entered the room so I could get it installed or ask for another room.
Lesson learned... always look in the room to ensure the smoke alarm is installed!

Room was small, smelled strange and had a terribly stained carpet. The blankets were thin and ill-fitting. Breakfast was half-empty with very few items available. Side door card reader does not work, but has a threatening sign about a $100 fine for propping the door open. Overpriced for probably the worst stay I've ever had and I sort by lowest price.

Very nice staff but just an extremely uncomfortable bed and the room felt dirty. The sheets and bedding were so thin it was as if you had no bedding. I think they either forgot to give me a comforter entirely as I only had a sheet and a very thin quilt. The “quilt” had dirt marks on it. Also the mattress was as hard as a rock.

The good- room was clean.
The bad- $350 for a small, bland room.
View of gravel and asphalt lot, gas station, and industrial buildings. Breakfast was dry egg and greasy sausage. Someone was sleeping in a room marked “vending”. For $80 I would have no complaints. Terrible, terrible value.
