Location was great to enjoy the beach, ocean view was awesome from the room, and the inside was very modern and clean. I had to stay 2 different rooms for my staying, they moved my room next morning without waiting and also helped me to call a local taxi because I didn’t have a phone number. I and my family enjoyed staying at Marevo Beach Hotel and would love to come back for next trip again.
One thing about the room 2223 with 2 queen beds, I think mattress pads or toppers were missing, I felt the inner springs right under my hands when I touched. The beds at the other room I stayed other nights were very comfortable though.

Beautiful room, strong smell
A fantastic location on the beach. Lots to see and do in the area. Plenty of restaurants a short taxi away or walk. But where the hotel was lacking was the room. Immediately upon entry a strong smell was emitting from the room. We realized that it was from mildew, in the bathroom. The smell was overpowering the whole stay and only solved with the door open on the patio. The room was decorated with fantastic style. And besides the smell the room was perfect. The manager of the hotel was friendly and kind. They had a rule about no food in the room, so be aware. Overall, the hotel was fantastic and a great base for your Jeju travels.

Check in is at 4pm, they will not let you check in any earlier. The process was fast, the room was spacious and clean. The views of the sea were beautiful. The lobby had a strange smell everyday though. You can go on a scenic walk along the boardwalk.

Friendly and polite owner who we met during our breakfast times. His English-speaking ability was a huge plus. Excellent location, convenient to nearby restaurants and the beach. Our room was very clean (no dust anywhere!), hotel was quiet, and there was always hot water. Would be great to provide a water wiper tool to scrape away the water in the bathroom after showers and larger towels.

I was in Seoul visiting some friends, and they brought me out for a weekend trip out to Jeju. They had stayed at Marevo Beach before, but it was my first time. The customer service was offered in English, so I was very happy. We stayed in the dormitories, and the beds were a good size. If I ever came back to Jeju, I would stay there again for sure.

Let me state for the record the hotel actually looks very nice, for the cost we paid.
Moving onwards, we are staying with a family with kids. The rooms have air conditioners installed, but they refused to allow us to open them because they said that Koreans feel that it’s too cold and the air conditioner is not necessary. Excuse me, 29C is not cold.
As we are staying here for more than a week, we kept complaining to different people and after pestering them for 3 nights, finally someone decided to give us the air con controller so we could finally switch on the air con.
On top of this, there were other unusual things that we never usually encountered in other hotels. They don’t replace the soap, and they only give one towel each time they make up the room.
We had to walk to the reception to request our additional towels for the first 5 days. After the 5th day, someone had the sense to give us more towels during housekeeping.
If you’re here as a couple, I guess you will find the place Instagram worthy. But as a family, this place has definitely got a lot of room for improvement.

We enjoyed our time at Club Marevo Beach Hotel. However the hotel itself is in need of a little TLC. At first glance all we could see was the AMAZING view...the view of Gwakji Beach is incredible...the sunsets we were able to see from our room and the hotel were breath taking. However...when we opened the curtains they were rusty which we looked past knowing things like that happen on the beach pretty easily. On our last day while we were packing up we realized not only were they rusty but they were moldy at the bottom. The rest of the hotel was fine but definitely in need of some TLC...it wasn't anything special aside from the view. The staff was very friendly and spoke pretty good English which is always a plus. The were advertising an event for one of the nights we were there but when we went to go check it out it didn't seem like the event was happening. On the plus side the beds were much more comfortable than most Korean hotel beds we've slept in which was a huge plus. The location is ok, it's a super cute area but very limited on restaurants and things to do, the restaurants that we did eat at however are all very good and friendly and all spoke decent English. The beach there is very small but beautiful we ended up going to one about 30 min away instead. So overall it was a really good experience but the hotel itself could use a little love.

제가 숙박 해 보고 오빠네 여행시 추천했는데 조식에 대해 너무 화를 내더라구요 월욜이라 사람이 없어 그런건지...제가 직접 본게 아니라 잘 모르겠지만 오빠가 그리 까다로운 사람도 아닌데 조식에 손도 안댄거 보면 문제는 있는 듯 해요 차라리 조식을 제공 안하던가 하실거라면 어느정도 성의는 있어야 하지 않을까 싶네요

곽지해수욕장과 맞닿아 있는 꽤 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 사장님이 아마도 호텔업계에 오래 계시다가 개인 호텔을 차리신 듯 친절하면서도 교양이 있어 보이더군요. 조식으로 나오는 빵도 좋았는데 코로나때문에 방으로 배달해 주셨습니다. 이게 더 좋았던 게 베란다에서 바다 경치 보면서 먹으니 더 맛있었습니다. 방이 조금 좁긴 했지만 둘이 묵기엔 괜찮았습니다.

표기면적 43제곱미터는 테라스 포함이라고 하나 테라스를 포함하더라도 표기 면적에는 절대 못미침. 직전 숙소가 테라스 제외 40제곱미터였으나 이 곳이 훨씬 더 작음. 샤워가운이 유료임. 전체적으로 (낙후된) 모텔 느낌이며 화장실은 타일 사이사이가 새까만데 물때인지 곰팡이인지는 모르겠음. 화장실은 밀폐가 안 되어 있어서 소음이 다 들리고 방이 전체적으로 습함. 해수욕장 바로 앞이라 뷰는 좋음. 연박시 청소나 비품 교체 과정에서 누락이 종종 있음. 수건이나 휴지를 덜 주거나 청소가 덜 되어 있거나..재방문 의사 없음.

곽지해수욕장쪽에 있는 호텔은 이곳 한곳뿐이라서 평이 호불호가 있음에도 여름 성수기에 이용했습니다.
위치는 곽지해변 끝자락 공용주차장 앞이라 가깝고 좋으나ᆢᆢ이용객들이 바다를 다녀오면서 주차장,객실, 복도에 물이 많이 떨어져서 그런지 눅눅한 느낌이 많이 나며, 뷰는 좋으나 호텔앞에서 캠핑하시는 분들이 여럿 있어서 커튼을 열어놓기 불편해서 들어가서 커텐 쳐놓고 퇴실때까지 커튼 닫아놓았습니다.
조식은 이용객이 체크인시 식사시간을 예약해놓고 아침에 이용하는데ᆢ정해진 메뉴에 식사도 늦게 나오고 창을 열어놓고 있어서 요즘 갖은 날씨에 넘 덥고 불쾌지수가 올라가는 온도였습니다.
기본 물조차 지급되지 않아서 별도로 요청해야 지급해주데ᆢ 퇴실시 이유를 묻어보니 잘 먹지 않아서라고 하는데ᆢ물 한컵 또는 팀당 생수한병은 기본으로 지급해야 할듯 싶은 미흡한 서비스 였습니다.

아.. 진짜 완벽했음. 사장님도 뭔가 센스있게 멋있고 조식도 너무 깔끔하고 이뻣고 방은 고즈녁하게 엄청 맘에 들었음 ㅠㅠ 바다뷰를 하지 않았는데도 바다가 저렇게나 넓고 잘보임!!! 깨끗한건 덤임!!! 진짜 가격대비 짱짱 그리고 저녁에 시킨 치킨도 엄청 존맛이였음 여기에만 파는 치킨임!!

대부분 만족 스러웠어요. 단지, 3명 예약했는데 슬리퍼, 물 등은 2개만 주시고 룸키는 하나인점이 매우 불편했어요. 그리고 룸 서비스로 치킨을 주문했는데...달랑 정말 치킨만 주셔서 맨붕....맛있는데 몇개먹으니 느끼해 지더라고요..앞으로 치킨 무라도 주시면 좋을듯요. (서비스가 다소 아쉬웠어요..)
