The nearest shops outside the hotel was a convenient shop and cafe. I do not understand why reviews stated it's very convenient and near to mall & many shops. We saw other cafes when our cab passed by on the way to hotel but it's not very near; need to walk quite a distance. Staffs were pleasant but couldn't speak fluent English so communication was a bit difficult as we need to keep repeating.
