Overall the location of Aewol Stay during our trip to Jeju was excellent. It’s at the beach front, the room sizes are excellent. The property is on the older side but that’s not necessary a bad thing, just don’t expect the Ritz Carlton. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good no frills place with convenience and a beautiful view. Parking was very easy~

Clean room and amazing staff. We couldn't figure out the water drain on the sink and one of the staff came up and showed us how. He was very kind and understanding. The room was very big and clean as well. I would stay here again. Great location too right by the water. It was nice to wake up to the ocean.

Aewol Stay was one of the worst stays I’ve had. Dirty room. Front desk workers overnight clearly don’t care about any issues or concerns you have. I had Expedia contact the hotel to get a refund for a future reservation I wanted to cancel and no response whatsoever.

Very accommodating staff and beautiful location. Showed up a little early just to drop off our bags, but staff actually allowed us to check in before our scheduled check in time! Excellent service from the front desk. Staff left additional supplies and necessities at the door when we left our Do Not Disturb sign at the door as well. Definitely recommend.

The room was so big. Very clean with reasonable price. Staff were so polite and easy checked-in and out. Parking space is enough. Convenience store located on first floor. Many Choices of restaurants around hotel by walking distance. Also can walk across the road to visit at coastal attraction in front of hotel.

四人房空間很大，就算同時打開四個人的大行李，也不會造成阻礙。一樓有CU便利商店，晚上肚子餓或嘴饞時，可以去買點食物。每天都會有人來整理房間與換乾淨的毛巾。是會想推薦給朋友的一間hotel。

방은 온돌이고 깨끗하게 잘 관리 되어 있었다. 침대가 두 개가 퀸사이즈로 매우 편안하게 잠을 잤다. 시트도 깨끗하고 전체적으로 아주 마음에 들었다. 그런데 목욕 타월이 없는 것이 흠.

정말 만족스러웠습니다. 주변 환경, 호텔 내부, 직원 서비스,
어느것하나 부족한 점이 없었어요.
식구들 모두 다음에 또 제주에 올 일이 있으면 꼭 다시

아이랑 방문하기좋다고해서 1차선택
직원분 친절하다고해서 2차선택
근데 첫방문시 프로트 직원분 한분때문에 전체를 말씀드린길순없었지만 비추
방에갔을때 깨끗했다 그래서 가성미 잠만잔다면
가도될것같고 이불컨디션도 괜찮았다.
욕시 수압낮고 노후보이긴하나 따뜻한물 잘나왔음

하지만
룸 청소가 2시 5시로들었는데
방이 비워지기전 아님 비워지면서
청소도구 끌고오는 소리가 방안으로 그대로
들어와 늦잠을자고싶어도 소리에 놀라서깸

방음 기대안했지만
옆방소음이아닌 복도에서의 소리가 그대로 들어옴

진짜
애들데리고 가성비 잔다면 추천이지만
두번째 선택을 하라면....
다른곳을 좀 더 알아볼듯

애월 스테이

애월 구엄염전 앞에 위치했고, 별관에서도 바다 조망이 가능합니다. 가성비 좋은 숙소이기는 하나 층간소음을 포함한 방음이 아쉽네요... 서비스 응대는 좋았습니다. 간단한 취사도 가능한 콘도식이였는데, 여러명이서 여행할 때 가성비 숙소로 좋을 것 같다는 생각입니다.

위생에 신경 좀 써 주세요
가족, 친구랑 몇 번이나 방문했지만
화장실 내 곰팡이, 물 때, 묵은때는 볼 때마다
청소를 물만 뿌리고 마는구나 라고 밖에 생각이 안됩니다.
테라스도 있으면 정리를 하던 청소를 해야지
너무 더러워요.. 화장실이라도 깨끗하다면 위치나 가성비나 생각해서 최고일 것 같은데 여러모로 아쉽습니다

여기는 벌써 4번째 이용하는 호텔이예요. 퀸침대 2개 있는곳에 묵었는데 너무 넓고 쾌적하고 좋았어요. 단한가지 단점이라면 이불을 드는순간 침대 시트에 머리카락이 한올도 아니고 5가닥을 주워서 버렸네요. 이런 경우는 처음이라 당황스럽기도 하지만 다음에도 이용하고 싶네요

가족여행 추천합니다

기대하지 않고 방문했다가 모든것이 마음에 든 숙소였습니다. 저는 별관에서 투숙했는데 건물 자체는 오래되고 볼품 없습니다. 하지만 내무는 깨끗하게 리모델링되어 너무나도 편안하게 지냈습니다. 내부 크기도 엄청크고 가족여행 가실려면 여기 무조건 추천합니다.

오션뷰에 퀸사이즈 침대2, 아이들과 넓게 잘 수 있어서 좋았어요~ (난방도 최고, 카펫바닥이 아니라 바닥에서 아이들 놀 수 있어서 완전 최고)1층에 편의점과 치킨집, 걸어서 1분 거리에 맛집들, 길건너 바다 보면서 힐링~ 강추합니다.

주차하기편하고 공간넓고 바다조망 가능해서 좋았는데 수압이 약하고 온수온도 유지가 잘 안되는점은 불편하다 객실에 비치된 드라이기도 성능이 좀 괜찮은 제품으로 교체되면 좋겠다

친구들이랑 오션뷰콘도형에 2박 숙박했는데
만족스러웠어요. 비품도 넉넉히 주시고
숙소도 깔끔했어요. 오션뷰라 전망도 좋았어요.
다만 아쉬운것은 컵이랑 식기류가 4인으로 비치되어 있어요. 8인까지 숙박가능한곳이라 추가로
인당 11000 씩 지불했는데 이불만 가능했어요
그래도 전반적으로 편리하게 이용해서 만족스러워요

녹슨 건조대, 지저분한 창틀, 잠기지 않는 중문, 물이 잘 빠지지 않는 욕실 등 시설 관리가 아쉬웠습니다
직원분들은 친절하셨고 객실 정비는 잘 해주셨어요
청소를 요청하지 않은 날에는 문고리에 수건과 생수를 걸어두시는 세심함도 좋았습니다

넓은 객실과 조용한 위치

객실이 무척 넓고 쾌적하며 위치도 아주 좋았습니다.
중문이 있어서 욕실과 분리되는 점도 좋았습니다.
하지만 캐리어받침대가 없는 점은 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

뷰 빼고는... 저는 별로였어요.

넓은 방과 큼직한 침대는 만족합니다.
TV는 인터넷 TV인데 끊김이 심합니다.
에어컨은 인버터 방식이 아니고 구형 방식이라서 춥다 덥다를 반복합니다.
식당 위생관리는 많이 실망스럽습니다.
조리하시는 분들의 복장도 그렇고 입구에서 안내하시는 분이 폰 만지시다가 평상복 그대로 조리대로 오셔서 계란 프라이를 만드십니다.
조식 부페가 1인당 약 12,000~13,000원 정도로 기억하는데 솔직히메뉴 구성이 좀...
그냥 밖에서 아침 밥 먹는게 더 좋을 듯합니다.
전반적인 분위기는 호텔같지는 않았습니다. 느낌이...

바퀴벌레가 죽어 있는 것, 살아 있는 것 ㅜㅜ 다 보고 왔습니다.
수건에 다른 여자의 동그랗게 뭉친 긴 머리카락이 묻어 있었습니다.
청소를 해 주신다 했는데 방에 들어가 보니 씽크대 청소 안되어 있었고 수건에 또 다른 이물질 묻어 있었어요.
다음날 체크 아웃이라 말 안 하고 나왔습니다.

바로 앞 작은 구엄포구와 염전과 직벽 갯바위 있어서 좋네요
뷔페는 음...제겐 그다지 뷔페라고 하기엔~
수건 넉넉히 주시고 깨끗한편입니다
단점은 방음이 안된다는것
복도 소리 옆방 윗층 모든 소리가...
2박3일간 가족여행온듯한 꼬마아이의 소리에 힘들었습니다
복도에서 큰소리 내는 아자씨들 ㅋ 한몫하시고
2룸의 경우 차단 문이 있어 닫으면 그나마 나은듯 하구요
가성비를 따졌을땐 좋습니다~

가격적인 면에서 따져보면 괜찮습니다
호텔 위치도 공항과 가깝고, 호텔 앞에 바다가 있습니다
호텔 주변에 카페도, 식당도 적지 않게 있어서 저녁 식사하기 좋습니다
1층에 좀 큰 cu편의점도 있어서 필요한거 사러 가기 편합니다
아이들이 있어서 아침에 호텔 1층 조식을 먹었는데 나쁘지 않았습니다

다 좋았는데. .4박5일 숙박했었는데 . .저녁 비행기 타고 간터라 첫날 체크인을 밤 9시 넘어서 늦게 했어요. 애들 데리고갔어서 정신없이 체크인 하고 방을 둘러봤는데 두번째 침실에서 은박지로 된 일회용품 뚜껑이 나왔어요. 후기가 청결하다고 해서 4박5일 예약하고 간거였는데 첫날에 가자마자 그런것이 발견이 되서 저희 가족에게 첫인상이 그렇게 좋지는 않았어요ㅜ 프론트에 얘기할려다가 너무 늦었고 해서 그 다음날 말씀드렸더니 그다음부터는 깨끗하게 잘 청소가 되어서 불만없이 잘 지내다 왔네요. 첫날 그 쓰레기만 아니면 완벽했을텐데 ㅜ 그래도 4식구 편안하게 잘 보내고 왔어요. 주변에 맛집도 많아서 좋아요

2개의 방에서 3박을 했습니다. 1곳은 이상이 없었으나 1곳은 보일러의 문제가 있었던 듯 합니다. 설정온도를 높여도 어느정도 온도가 올라가고 나서 멈춰버리더라고요. 하지만 나머지는 정말 훌륭했습니다.

깔끔하고 조용했어요. 침대가 적당히 딱딱해서 푹 잤고 애월 바다 바로 앞이라 바다도 잘 보였는데.. 별관 일부는 오션뷰가 아닐 수 있으니 예약시 따로 말씀해주셔야 할 듯 합니다. 다른 후기 보면 물소리 때문에 잠을 못 잤다고 하셨는데 보일러 온도 낮추니까 바로 소리가 멈췄어요. 인덕션이랑 기본 조리도구도 있어서 요긴하게 썼네요.

전체적으로 나쁘지 않았으나, 위치등....현재 제주도 11월이 많이 추운편인데 제일 중요한 난방이 제대로 동작하지 않았음. 데스크에 이야기해도 밤에는 난방 작동이 안됨.

아침에 보이는 시원한 제주 바다가 너무 좋았습니다. 날씨가 조금 쌀쌀하여 따뜻한 아메리카노 한잔하며 시원한 제주 바람이 너무 멋졌습니다, 눈,입,귀 모든것이 호강하는 그런 좋은 숙소였던것 같습니다, 객실 및 복도 등 모든 부분이 깨끗하였고 직원분들 모두 청소하시는 분들 까지도 친절이 몸에 베어 있는듯 모든것이 감사했습니다
