The room was clean. That is a plus. The challenges were. There was a door that led to the pool area. They removed the door knob, screwed on a steel plate to cover the holes and welded or bolted the door shut. The main door to get into the room, there was no swcondary security lock. Half of the mechanism was removed (not broken, removed)

For the price it was great. Staff was awesome. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The furniture is old and outdated, some outlets didn't work and the fridge didn’t work but those are my only complaints. I’d stay there again if I am on another smaller budget.

The hotel is a little rundown, but apparently they are in the process of remodeling and changing over to a new company. Our room was probably a block away from the elevator because the closer rooms were being worked on. Overall it’s aged with some parts being obviously new and other parts very old… Like in the shower where the head is new but the ceiling above is chipping away. It feels a little isolated out and away from everything.

But the big part is it was a super quiet room. The floor had no carpet, but looks like it had new imitation wood flooring put down. The shower was nice and hot, and the bed was beyond comfortable; I slept really well. We weren’t up early enough to do the breakfast, but were told it was $10 per person to have a custom-made omelette. On a sidenote, there is tons of parking so if you are pulling a trailer, you’ll have no problem putting it somewhere. For the price, I’d definitely stay here again.

Lamps stop working, the socket was loose. The restroom was dirty the room and had mold smell. The breakfast was $13 and the eggs were watery, customers were asking the staff to cook the eggs more. They didn’t have change to give my husband when he paid with cash. My coffee cup that my husband brought to room for me the bottom of the cup full of coffee grounds!! I wouldn’t be staying there again next year when we go back!!! I would rather pay an extra $40 and have a better experience. We traveled from San Antonio,Tx by truck 16 straight hours to check into this room was the worse experience!!!!

The staff was very kind; however, the hotel location itself is in an area of town I would not stay again. The lobby and front parking lot of the hotel were congested by homeless people. A man was sleeping on the luggage cart our first night, no shoes and slumped over his knees. Not ideal for families or people wanting a comfortable stay. I would not recommend to my friends and family.

The front end woman was rude. We were told if we didn't like something we didnt have to stay!! Rooms were not great very big room tiny ass bathroom where the toilet runs all the time. This place is way past its prime and only writing that because there are 4 meeting rooms for conferences. Sketchy location, dirty hallways, an outside door that stayed propped open with a rock because the key wouldn’t open it, disgusting room with hair in the bed and the bathroom, and didn’t know about the free breakfast but there wasn’t one. Only stayed here to go to a show at Grizzly Rose. Two women were complaining about their room when we checked in and the fact they couldn’t get a refund.

Not enough staff, only 1 set of towels in room (needed 2 sets) - asked for another set 20min before check out and was declined another set; elevator not working well - got stuck.
I have a disability and was also hit by a drunk driver last week and needed a little more time before 11am. The front desk stated No and I had to out be of the room before 11am or be charged $50 and placed on the DNR list.

The room felt extremely neglected, the shower head was leaking and spraying in all directions, including all the way through the shower curtain across the room to the door and on the ceiling, soaking all of our belongings on the bathroom counter.
The floors were so gross that our feet were literally black, showing that they had not been swept or mopped and who knows how long. And there was stains and spots with crumbs that looked like they could’ve been from potentially bodily fluids on the comforter under the bed covers showing that not everything was being cleaned at all. There’s an abundance of dust all around the bed bases, and we felt so disgusted that we did not even stay for our final night that we reserved and paid for.
Overheard strange character in the hallway on the phone saying he was hiding out from doing a hit-and-run.
I do not recommend!!

This place was really run down. It looked like they were trying to update things but it just wasn't there yet. The room that I got had a major leak in the bathroom ceiling/walls. The room was overall clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed because the pool was outside and the breakfast was not included in the price. I may have missed that information somewhere.They also said that the pool was heated but it was not very warm and the hot tub was not an appropriate temperature for a hot tub. The surrounding area was not great and someone tagged my car while it was parked in the lot. I don't blame the hotel for this, but it is something to be aware of.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid it at all costs. I left after only a few hours because of the constant noise and people arguing in nearby rooms. The place reeked of smoke, and the room itself was filthy. even the shelves were falling apart. The staff are really nice but hotel needs a revamp.

Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Don’t book here. It smelled like an ashtray and dog pee. When we arrived back late on a Saturday night, the lobby was turned into a nightclub and there were drunk and literally naked people everywhere. Like actually nipples hanging out. We heard multiple fights in the hallways both nights. We learned after the fact that part of this hotel is a homeless shelter which should absolutely be disclosed. This place is insane

It felt like the place had closed down during Covid and one zombie was left working. Everything had been stripped from the walls it was like a dream where everybody left

Staff was nice, lobby looks nice. Our room was not clean, the floors were sticky, under the bed was gross, bathroom was even worse. There is a smoke smell all over the second floor

Great hotel for the price. Friendly staff, older hotel, but being renovated, and was clean and comfortable. Nearby LoHi, and the concert venue that we went to. We had a nice stay and we’ll stay there again.

Parking area had homeless people, we didn’t feel safe parking our car, the doors on the room was so shifted that we couldn’t open our door, we were assigned a new room and this room was clearly stil under construction. The one bed was covered in mold, lamps were broken the room was dirty. It was AWFUL

Smokey rooms - even in our non-smoking one. Breakfast was included in the booking when we made it, but was revoked when we arrived.
Uber drivers were friendly but the hotel wasn’t too accessible by any other means of transportation.
