Kitchen was not adequately stocked for cooking. TV didn't work in the unit. One roll of toilet paper and paper towels for 11 nights. The parking situation is tough. The parking pass to enter the garage didn't work half the time and if you don't have the lanyard after 8 pm you can't get up the elevator. So a little frustrating.

Nice room, spacious, and clean. Stayed one night. It was a little challenging figuring things out and where everything was. I was expecting the garage structure (which was across from building we stayed in) code to be sent with check-in instructions. Turns out the pass for garage is inside room once checked in. Other than that everything was satisfactory. We'd stay there again.

The cleaners were running late, and they didn't text until right before check in. We had to check in an hour later than anticipated.
Also, this location is a food desert. No food or drink, not even a liquor store within 1-1/2 miles.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The first red flag that I noticed when staying at Kasa Rino was a lack of in-person concierge upon arrival. You speak to a faceless bot who gives you a code 30 mins before arrival. At the end of the stay, I left a pack of smokes on the kitchen counter. The cleaner took a picture of the smokes, sent it to head office and said there was proof that I was smoking in the unit. At no point did I smoke inside the unit, or even on the balcony. I explained this to them, but they still did not return my deposit. Do not trust them.

The “apart-hotel” had everything we needed and more. So nice to have a full kitchen when staying with a bunch of friends with different dietary needs. They also had amenities such as a pool and gym. I had to knock down 1 star due to its location, especially with all of the construction going on around this new building. There were fences all around which made walking to RiNo downtown confusing and not direct. We ended up using Uber/Lyft a lot. But if walking is your jam, it shouldn’t be too bad. Rino Denver district is so much fun with cool stores, bars and great food!

Amazing rooms, but awful parking!

We absolutely loved the apartment - plenty of space for our family of 5, and super comfortable - but the parking is awful. Be prepared to walk 5 - 10 minutes, carrying your stuff and any kids too exhausted to walk themselves, no matter what weather. If you're not traveling with a car though, i absolutely recommend!

Parking is super complicated. People park long term in the short term spots, so you have to double park to go up to your room to get the parking pass. Plan on prepaying for the parking garage because there will be no where to park. Otherwise, property is great.

Nice place, but hidden fees and not pet friendly

The property was very comfortable, clean and nice. However they did not communicate well at all. I booked the property several months in advance. According to the booking it was pet friendly and had parking. It did not mention an extra fee for either. We did not receive details about the fee for the pet until a week before. Our check in information given a day before starts that if parking was needed we needed to contact them and pay yet another fee.
When we tried to get parking, we received three contradicting messages. It was very confusing and when we went into the office to try and get answers, we were told they couldn’t help us.
I have a young daughter who is in a wheelchair. We can’t just park down the street or in the dirt.
Furthermore, for a pet friendly place, we got messaged two separate times about our dog supposedly barking. However, she is not a big barker and may bark for a second if a dog walks by, but she is not a noisy dog. We take her everywhere and have never had an issue before. There were noise sensors in the apartment and if she barked twice we were expected to “do something about it” or be kicked out. So we had to come and get her and leave her in the car.
Not at all a carefree experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kasa Rino. The rooms were spacious, the washer and dryer was definitely a bonus and an amenity that came in handy on two occasions. I enjoyed the provided coffee on the patio every morning. The main reason I booked the property was for the Kitchen because I planned on cooking a large Christmas dinner for my son and his girlfriend. The kitchen exceeded my expectations even as an executive chef/ caterer. I was able to cook beef cheek with goat cheese polenta, an entire 2 pound rack of elk, lamb stuffed jalapeño poppers wrapped in cherrywood bacon, Mac and cheese and roasted cauliflower. I was able to cook all of this with ease with the utensils, pots ,pans and dishes provided by Kasa. The dishwasher and provided cleaning supplies came in handy after dinner. Water pressure was amazing in both the kitchen and shower and never ran cold. If I had on critique it would be the major construction project going on in front of the Kasa. Although I don’t recall much noise at all the large fence surrounding the area made it somewhat difficult for guests to access the property. Perhaps next time I will reserve a spot for my guests to park. Communication was extremely easy with the staff as well.I would definitely stay at the Kasa at Rino again in the future

Really cute and cozy apartment, clean, with everything you need! Leaving off one star because they make garage parking look like it comes with the reservation, only to find they charged another $72 after checkout with no disclaimer and no receipt. Makes me less inclined to choose Kasa again. For this location, the street parking especially in winter is going to be a pain because of all the construction.

The parking alone will drive anyone crazy. I had to park 7 minutes away because it’s “no parking included” . The walls are terribly thin i heard so many arguments.. you can hear simple conversations and hear people just humming next door. Invest in a hotel.. or in a place that is not in an apartment building. This was my second and last time.

Do not stay here. This is a terrible place. The bed was so hard I couldn't even sleep. The train was so loud. I found a broken topo chico bottle shattered all over the fridge. Since there's no front desk there is no one to help you check in. This ace is a joke. I never leave bad reviews but this place was run horribly.

I had nowhere to park and they hassled me and even called a tow truck b. So unless I parked two miles away i couldnt fondna spot

the unit itself was excellent. bed was comfortable, had all appliances you could ask for including full washer/dryer. check in was a nightmare. unless you’re in your 20’s and used to all being virtual there’s no help in navigating how to get in, the garage, and i tried to check in at 2:30 and couldn’t get to speak to anyone to even try to do it. when i tried to get in contact through their chat bot it was a joke. only way i could access the garage during my stay was to wait for someone to go in or out first so i could enter, i never got a good answer on how to access the garage. the unit itself was great, worthy of 4.7 stars, and the rate was attractive, but the overall experience was very aggravating, and i wouldn’t recommend it to a business traveler over 35 years old.

The communication was great. Lots of follow up and quick to reply. The area around the place is under construction and right next to a train track so it was noisy from time to time. We also booked this seeking on site parking which it showed in our search but then after booking said it wasnt availabile so that we a bummer. Luckily we didnt have to walk more than a block. We also thought the pool was open but it wasnt. The space itself was well cared for, very clean but the bed was hard as a rock. The location was in a really fun area, maybe a bit out of the way for someone wanting to walk all of RiNo with kids, but not too bad.

Kasa property is perfect for couples, families, or singles on short or long trips. The location was perfect. Right downtown in walking distance of bars, stores, restaurants, and the Rockies stadium. Lots of amenities and the room size and functionality outpaces any hotel.

The property itself is fine. Getting there is a big hassle because of road construction and google maps only takes you up to the area not around it. We had to figure it out on our own by driving around. The area withing a two block radius is sketchy and didn't feel safe. I was hoping to be able to walk places but with the construction and the activity going on it wasn't feasible. The parking garage is across from the building we stayed in which took a minute to realize as well. We were pretty annoyed by the time we figured everything out. Without all the road construction I think this would have been an ok place to stay.

The hotel/apartment is amazing and close to everything by car. The room is spotless, very comfortable, a lot of amenities and even oil, salt and pepper were there... area surrounding it has a shelter and while i didnt see or know about anything dangerous, i was a bit scared to walk around the area. Also, parking is there in the dirt road, parking is limited and first cone first serve...overall a very nice spacious hotel and i highly recommend it

The apartment was nice, seemed clean. The beds were a little hard. The area around is one big construction site plus similar apartment buildings. Parking was a pain, plus on gravel, so dusty. I felt like we were in an industrial area, and with no easy way to get to restaurants. Fine for overnight, but if I stayed here longer I’d feel isolated.

Property was amazing. There was construction taking place across the street but did not affect our stay. The only issue was with a resident at the pool who threathened to physically remove my kids from the pool. The employees at the leasing office heard the residents side of the story and ours. Nothing was done and I continued to receive calls from Kasa and one of those was a complaint 3 days after the incident that our kids were not accompanied by an adult at the pool. This is a false report because I personally was at the pool with them. The way the resident treated my kids and then reacted to us (adults) was uncalled for. If you are staying at this property with kids make sure they are accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES!

The property was clean and had everything you need from coffee, tea, toiletries, cooking utensils, salt pepper, a water kettel and even laundry detergent. The only complaint is the check in process and we stayed in unit two zero onr and the tenat above us seemed to make it a point to stomp extremly loud all 4 days. We also booked unit two seventeen which was cleanish but could have used a better wipe down of some areas. The pool was nice and the pool towels available in the unit was nice extra.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I travel to Denver a couple times a year and this is by far the worst people I’ve dealt with in my life! A friend of mine smoked a cigarette on the balcony. Not inside the unit. Outside on the balcony. They immediately sent me an ugly text message saying there is no smoking on the property. So my friend did not smoke on the property again. Then we put on a Bluetooth speaker at a very low volume level and they kicked us out of the building and threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. I would never stay at this place if you’re reading this. They caused me to have severe anxiety attacks and I couldn’t sleep. Do yourself a favor and find a place that won’t try and kick you out for absolutely no reason at all. This is the first time in my life I’ve been treated this way. Very unprofessional and rude!

What a great stay! This was my first time staying at a Kasa property and it was fantastic. The amenities were handy and the off street parking was a godsend and well worth the additional cost.

My initial reaction to the check in instructions was very negative. 30 minutes prior to check in for reviewing VERY detailed instructions and/or watching a video can be very frustrating when you've just driven 4 hours or been on a flight. The first impression was quickly dismissed when I saw the accommodations.

The paper towels were grubby - the top of the roll had soiled fingerprints - not as inviting as you'd like. The bed was firm and the towels were soft. The windows need black out curtains or window treatments. No one wants to get up too early on vacation.

My stay was mixed feelings, cause every time I came back to my place I had always park in the street far away & at night, unsafe too, but the place had descent beds for comfort, but other motel stays had better beds, & the tv was tiny, so didn’t have any downtime entertainment, disappointed on that one, but the restrooms were really nice & the kitchen too, but in they end, better parking & bigger tv, & comfy beds would of made that place I stayed in a long time, but came up short

No guidebook explaining hotel amenities or local locations of resturants and shopping. Not very walkable to locations. We needed a car yet there was no parking. Street parking was limited due to construction trucks taking up spaces. Ran out of toliet paper and there was no extra in room. Badges are not used to scan in and out of building, which makes it cumbersome to punch to enter inside and for elevators and for door.

It was great! The place was great for a guys trip of 4 guys. We enjoyed privacy in the unit, everything was clean and new. Quiet location as well. A bit of a walk to things would be my only complaint, but it’s a relatively short walk or a quick Uber.

The property itself was great. It was very secure, requiring passcodes to enter the building and each floor. The unit is very clean and well kept. There is some noise from the nearby railway, but not too bad. It wasn't too bothersome and the unit is provided with a noise machine for sleeping. It was quiet, and peaceful.
The only concern was the initial arrival and figuring out where to park initially and how to enter the building. There is a video provided, but it isn't provided until about an hour prior to check-in.

Not an easy place to stay. Noisy

In my opinion this is not a good idea. Parking to check in is a mess. Everyone is double parked making access to the property a nightmare. No one is around to handle noise complaints so good luck getting your neighbors to quiet down at night. The hall way stunk like dog food the whole time. No one to talk to to fix that.
They advertise a low rate and then stick everything else as add ons.
In my opinion and my experience from staying here. Skip this place.

NEXT TO A HOMELESS CAMP AND WORSE A HUGE FRIEGHT TRAIN DEPOT, ALL DAY AND WORSE ALL NIGHT LITERALLY THE LOUDEST ENGINES AND SQUEALING TRAINS, WORST NIGHTS SLEEP FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. Inside was modern and clean, shame the nice new apt could nowhere outweigh the outside sketchy area and insanely loud trains less than 50 yards away. Stay someplace else if you plan to sleep and want to feel safe. Also check in is all remote and requires facial recognitionscans, all TOO much for what was fine print when booking what I thought was a typical hotel.
