出張で一泊二日の利用でした。
まずはスタッフの方の対応:最悪です。朝食会場に行った時に前のお客さんがマスクをしていなかったのですが、その瞬間会場中に聞こえる大きな声で(お客様！マスクの着用をお願いします！)と付けるまで何度も。お客さんのメンツ潰すな。
言われたお客さんもびっくりしてうっかり忘れていたのをアゴマスクにした所で言わなくなりました。
接客業なのでお客さんに落ち度があったとしてもその周りが不快になるような言い方は控えたほうがいいかと。
相手によっては怒って喧嘩になりトラブルになる場合もあります。
またアゴマスクに何の意味があるのでしょうか？結局の所、感染防止ではなくマスクをしてるかどうかだけの作業なら必要ないのでは？と思いました。
また食事を取るトングからの感染予防の為に
、ビニール手袋着用になっていましたが、そこに関しても初日のスタッフは付けていないお客さんもに対し何も言っておらず、2日目のスタッフの方は全員に言っていたので、ただのパフォーマンスに見えました。
さらに清掃後テレビのリモコンが行方不明になり、フロントへ連絡した所、清掃の方が部屋にズカズカ入ってきました。
掃除の時はあったと言ってましたが部屋を勝手に探し始めた所、ベッドと壁の隙間に挟まっていたのですが…さっきあったのにって言って無かったかな？
とにかく全てにおいて不快でしたので低評価とさせて頂きます。
次に設備:全体的に古いです。なかでも熱いカランと水のカランの調整をしないと行けないので非常に面倒です。
今どきあまり見かけません。
シャワーもヘッドが古いせいかお湯が広がらず絞られたお湯が飛んでくるので跳ね返りなどが非常に大変でした。
サービス:朝食に白米がないです。数名で泊まりましたが皆さん文句言ってました。
こじゃれた色付きご飯が逆に残念です。

、ビニール手袋着用になっていましたが、そこに関しても初日のスタッフは付けていないお客さんもに対し何も言っておらず、2日目のスタッフの方は全員に言っていたので、ただのパフォーマンスに見えました。
さらに清掃後テレビのリモコンが行方不明になり、フロントへ連絡した所、清掃の方が部屋にズカズカ入ってきました。
掃除の時はあったと言ってましたが部屋を勝手に探し始めた所、ベッドと壁の隙間に挟まっていたのですが…さっきあったのにって言って無かったかな？
とにかく全てにおいて不快でしたので低評価とさせて頂きます。
次に設備:全体的に古いです。なかでも熱いカランと水のカランの調整をしないと行けないので非常に面倒です。
今どきあまり見かけません。
シャワーもヘッドが古いせいかお湯が広がらず絞られたお湯が飛んでくるので跳ね返りなどが非常に大変でした。
サービス:朝食に白米がないです。数名で泊まりましたが皆さん文句言ってました。
こじゃれた色付きご飯が逆に残念です。
2度と利用しません。
年末年始も5泊5名と大量に部屋を確保していましたが、全てキャンセルし他のホテルに変更しました。
