郡山駅至近ですが、今回は車でのアクセス。併設の平面駐車場は十分な台数のように感じました(夜でも少し空きあり)。幅は広くもなく狭くもない印象。
1階フロント脇のラウンジは落ち着いた雰囲気。カウンター席には電源アウトレットもあり、PC作業もできそうです。飲み物は水・コーヒーの他はレモン水等で、子供が好きそうなものは無いが、メインユーザーを考えると致し方ないか。
建物自体は新しくないかも知れないが、設備で古そうな印象は感じなかった。エレベーターは2基で、朝の時間帯は(想像していたが)混雑しがち。但し、待っても全然来ないという感じではない(昇降スピードは速い)。
2階にコインランドリー・製氷機・自販機あり。自販機のみ6階にもあるが、いずれもソフトドリンクのみでアルコールやおつまみが欲しい場合は徒歩2分ほどのコンビニに行かねばならないのが若干面倒。
客室(今回はツイン)は十分に広い。ベッド下に物が置けるが、その必要がないくらいのスペースあり。代わりにユニットバスはそれほど広くはない。
丸形テーブルと椅子があるのは部屋食をする時に非常に便利(ビジネスホテルでは無い方が普通と思う)。別途、デスクにもチェアの備え付けあり。
朝食メニューは肉料理・生野菜サラダ・ご飯・パン・汁物(味噌汁＆コーンスープ)等、結構充実。ただ、席間に余裕がないため、混雑時間帯の利用だと他の人や椅子を避けながらの移動で、これがとにかく大変。また、料理の配置が悪く非効率になっており、これが混雑を助長しているのではないかと思われ、改善の余地があるのではないかと思った。（順路に従って進んで行くと、トースター→パンの順番になっていたり、(茶漬け用の)だし汁→ご飯の順番になっていたりして、ただでさえ限られたスペースで無駄な待ち時間や人の交錯が起こる)
チェックイン/アウト時や朝食時のサポートを初めとしたスタッフのサービスは総じて好印象。笑顔で対応頂けてすごくよかった。

駅の裏のとても静かな立地でした。普通のビジネスホテル風の建物ですが、ロビーのラウンジ(朝ごはん会場)はカラフルで面白そうな本が並べられ感じが良かったです。寝具が快適でぐっすり眠れました。朝ごはん付きでしたが、とても充実したメニューで大満足。美味しかったです。お皿代わりのプラスチック容器でお部屋に持ち帰って食べるのも良さそうでした。また郡山に来ることがあればぜひ利用したいです。

シルバーウィークに利用させて頂きました。無料の朝食は使い捨ての容器が準備されていて、お部屋で召し上がっても宜しいですよ、との事で快適に食事ができました。お部屋も広々しており快適に過ごせました。近くにはイオンタウン郡山もあり良かったです。JR郡山駅までは歩いて3〜４分で着きます。新幹線も停まる駅なのでお土産も駅構内で買えます。コンフォートさんに泊まって一番感激した事は、スタッフさんがどの方も感じが良かった事です。楽しい旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。
