Staff was great… room wise could do some improvement as it feels rundown. Toilet was small. When check in and gone to the said level the lights on the floor were off… had to turn on our mobile phone lights to get to the our room.

1日目最悪、2日目はよかったです。
2泊しました。1日目は夜に暖房が切れ、フロントに電話してもつながらず、寒い思いをしました。食事も、ここを予約した自分を怒りたくなるようなものでした。でも2日めは、ボイラーが切れることもなく、食事も夕食朝食とも平均点を超えるもので、まるで違う宿に泊まったような印象です。食事会場のお嬢さん方は、人柄もよく、振る舞いもしっかり教育されていると思いました。温泉も良かったです。（階段を上がらないといけないので、足が不自由な人は入れませんが）。部屋から電車が見えるのは楽しかったです。
1日目がひどかったので、2日目のサービスを見越して泊まることはリスキーなので、また泊まることはないかなと思います。

スタッフの皆さん（警備の方も）が素晴らしいです。受付の女性の方が話しやすくてとても良かったです。食事も大変満足です。子供用の食事も想像を超えていて驚きました。（普通のお子様ランチ程度かと想定してました）小学生２人の子供たちも大満足でした。貸切風呂も気持ちよかったです。館内がキレイで安心して過ごせました。また必ず行くと思います。受付の方、覚えていてくれると嬉しいです。

露天風呂付のお部屋に宿泊。部屋食である事をよく確認せず予約してしまい、正座やあぐらが出来ない主人の希望で、広いテーブルではなく掘りごたつにお料理を並べていただきありがとうございました。お料理は化学調味料不使用とのことで、優しいお味で自分好みで美味しくいただきました。

全体的に清潔感があり、従業員の方も親切でした。子供のご飯も「お子様ランチ」感は少なく、デザートもフルーツで親としても安心なお料理でした。気になったのは禁煙プランがないため部屋にたばこの匂いがついていたこと(空気清浄機が設置してあり、消臭グッズもありましたが、ともに使用してもやはり匂いは気になります)、子供の洋食朝食のパンがカレーパンで辛味が子供には強かったことです(和食やおうどんも選択できましたが、カレーパン甘口と聞き選択。幼稚園児には辛かったようです。)。
