Hotel rooms are clean, have a special style though. Swimming in the sea is very nice, they have elevator to the sea and underground tunnel to go to the beach platform.
Pool area was also beautiful and of a good size.
Hotel serves a very good breakfast, though other food or drinks in the hotel are quite overpriced, comparing to any nearby restaurants.
They also have a large gym, that is in a very good condition.

Classy hotel, which has NOT been upgraded for a long time. We were told that the hotel was due to remodel in December, 2025. Rooms, although large, resembled a Turkish bath with the bath tub right behind the bed! The reception staff were not really friendly. The pool and beach area was nice. the location was great.

The out side beauty

The outside of the hotel is phenomenal, it's a paradise. The buffet is delicious, the pool and the sea are unique, everything was spectacular. The only thing was that the room I asked for was non-smoking and it smelled a lot of cigarettes. The bed was too hard, which prevented me from sleeping well. We also spent a night with the air conditioning broken, it was a very uncomfortable and very hot night.

Awesome 360 revolving room. Amazing views. Good customer service. Courteous and helpful staff. Property condition bit dated but still very good. Wide variety and good quality breakfast options. They provided us with takeaway breakfast on the day we checked-out early in the morning. Convenient taxi service. Early check-in was not an issue.
Rooms were more designed for couples rather than family in mind so it lacked privacy when using bathroom facilities. Colour scheme not to everyone's taste.

It’s a good hotel with a nice beach. In a calm area the hotel itself is calm! The room was spacious. However, the price for the service is too high. It is just a hotel to stay, nothing more! No food, no balcony, not any interesting program! Don’t expect something special! In Antaliya, you can have more fun for this price!

The grounds are amazing and clean. Hotel rooms are very average , dated and very basic. Pictures are of rooms and front of hotel are old , nothing like that now.

the room decor is simple, even funky, but the view thru big windows overlooking the Med and the Tauros Mountains is world class. Both a big pool and ocean access. Big lawn and lots of trees and bushes to help minimize heat issue.

Confusing Decor !!! Rest everything is perfect

The decors are 'confusing' , the color scheme of the rooms, lighting etc. Make it appear as if it's an 'adult-only' hotel e.g. in our room on the bathroom door there was an oriental nude painting, the room door had erotica art painting but in general it appeared a perfectly family friendly hotel
We were traveling with kids so was a bit embarrassing to have such caricatures in the room . But rest everything else was perfect... Good breakfast... Good gym/spa ... Good location and friendly stagg

I booked a standard room with city view. Noise issues at night. The bed was uncomfortable and found hair in the sheets. The towels looked yellowish and dirty. Good thing I packed my own towel. Besides the inconveniences, the hotel doesn't allow to bring food or drinks to the bedroom, they don't even want to allow to bring a bottle of water from outside. Instead, they want you to buy food from their overpriced and presumably bad food at their restaurant and \"minibar\" (a small fridge packed with unhealthy, expired and small sized junk in the room). This hotel is more like a prison or a hospital. Not a place to enjoy your vacation. This rule is not listed on Expedia and it should not take you by surprise. It would be better to call and make sure you have the freedom to eat whatever you want in your own hotel room, without having to fall for their scam.

I was stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes, I banged the door, pressed emergency bill constantly and no one came to help. Finally I was rescued, I am a heart patient and diabetes. I asked to talk to General Manager, i ended up speaking with kitchen assistant manger. I am a life time Elite member with Marriott and IHG, never experienced such an issue. I am angry at the hotel manager, I was told he was not in the hotel but he would not even care to call. I could have been dead. I asked for the two nights refund and they would not offer except if i stay for a free night which I could not.

The hotel is weirdly designed, a lot of things are unfinished and no room for chargers. I could not sleep because the room was so hot, I complained about it and they responded by saying they can't do anything as the hotel will not turn on the AC during winter season. That is the weirdest experience I've had in a hotel. I moved to another at 4 am

The hotel is very spacious with a large, airy breakfast hall benefitting from daylight, the garden is very well kept and the private beach platform is just the right size. The sea views are magnificent.
The spa area with hamam and sauna is relaxing in the evenings during cooler times of the year.
Friendly and attentive staff make stays at The Marmara Antalya a very pleasant experience overall and it feels more intimate and personal than some of the other 5* hotels in the area.

Hi, we were there for 2 days and hardly left the hotel premises. Excellent beach platform, free access to Wonderful hammam, jaccuzi and sauna, great massage service and delicious dinner buffet at night. Our room was sea facing on top floor, so views were breathtaking. Only feedback is on meals they could increase turkish meze and items. Not for families with yound kids

Stayed at the Marmara for 5 nights, good location in terms of restaurants near by coffee shops and a shopping centre 5 min drive.
Hotel is dated rooms need modernising but rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows great considering I suffer from insomnia I slept peacefully for the 5 nights I was there.
Breakfast was great can’t fault that, fresh food every morning and a good variety.
I used the facilities like the gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi really good. Went to the Spa and prices were reasonable. The therapist I think her name was Aki (Sorry forgot her name but she was Pilipino) was great.
Now let me get to the negatives..I would have rated this hotel excellent if it wasn’t for the staff at the reception.
Most of them especially the female staff at reception were not friendly nor did they smile, very stern faces. The men at reception also had stern faces but were much friendly and approachable than the girls.
The only girl who was friendly and helped me extend my room without a fuss was Kameli (I think that was her name)
Staff at the morning buffet were absolutely miserable no good morning no smile, stern faces all around.
They need training in dealing with people and improving facial expressions. I’m not a morning person but coming down so early for breakfast and seeing miserable people made me miserable..
I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again because of the staff but overall it’s not a bad hotel.

The hotel was great with a spacious room, a great pool, and a very nice ocean access. It's not a sandy beach but still very pleasant. We didn't use it but there is also a gym, and we were told that the turkish bath is free of charge (but the massage is extra). The only thing we felt as a pity is the fact that the lady who checked us in at the reception did not speak much English and did not explain to us about the gym or the turkish bath. And we didn't know how to get to the ocean. The porter told us about the gym, etc., but we weren't sure how the turkish bath worked so ended up not using it. It would have been nice to have an explanation at the check-in or have them written down in the rooms.

Best feature is the lift that takes you to the sea without having to climb down as many Antalya resorts require. Beach area is flat rocks and swimming areas and is excellent. (No sand beach). View is excellent. Garden is excellent. Pool is large and excellent. Worst feature is Turkey is still a smoking country and there is smoking on most floors, though not in the restaurants.

The hotel needs to undergo a real improvement, decoration, furniture and flooring. The hotel is acceptable but it will be fair to categorize it as 3-stars. With this category it is fair and nice.

The staff are great aside from the evening receptionist who was not cooperative. The valet parking is perfect.

An odd hotel

Stayed for two nights in order to explore the museum and Perge.
This is a big hotel in a nice part of Antalya. There is a large pool and a bathing area (on a rocky platform) by the sea. There are pleasant gardens to walk through or sit in.
We didn’t eat from the evening buffet (priced 79Tl per person) as I wasn’t impressed by the breakfast buffet. However, we did order a steak sandwich from the a la carte menu and it was tasty. On our second night we walked to My Steakhouse restaurant for a super meal and excellent service.
My main criticism of this hotel is the room decor. It’s ugly and amateurish. The ceilings are grey painted breeze blocks and the walls pink. The bathroom is a bright orange. The whole combination is ghastly! On a positive note, the bed was large and comfortable.
It would be useful to have some information in the room detailing meal times and the spa menu,
