My son and I stayed here for two days. The front desk staff are terrific, rooms are clean but dated. Wifi is excellent and the location for breakfast is breathtaking. The location in the region of Lara offered a swim in the Mediterranean, beautiful cliffs and many great restaurants. We had the amazing extreme burger at Tezgah Burger across the Main Street to the right. Other night we had a nice dinner at Dialogue restaurant on the cliff face and overlooking the water.
Overall wonderful stay.

Niggles:
No juice or cold drinks at breakfast
Water never got hot in the room shower.

Extremely disappointing experience!
We booked a room for 2 nights — the hotel looked beautiful, clean, and had great reviews. But when we arrived, the reception staff were smoking inside, and the entire hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was impossible to sleep in such a smell — even my husband, who smokes, couldn’t stay there.

The pool outside was dirty and not suitable for swimming. The balcony was full of dust and dirt, although the view from the window was beautiful.

We couldn’t stay because of the terrible smell and had to book another hotel across the street, losing €140 because of this place. Very disappointing! 🚫

Everything looks good on the photos but when you get there you can see things need improving.

The air con unit was leaking water as ice was trapped inside it.
The restaurant for breakfast looks shabby and needs an upgrade
The bathroom door is made of MDF and has water damage.
Another resident had a toilet that did not flush

The hotel is very standard and need some serious refurbishment. I stayed three times in this hotel for one main reason, it has a very good rocky beach. Apart from that, there’s nothing attractive.

You aren’t allowed to bring food or beverages from outside. You’re always forced to order stuff via the reception. However, the street next to the hotel has a lot of restaurants and shops that will make you avoid the hotel strict rules.

Many excellent cafes and restaurants with reasonable prices are around the hotel.

You can always take a bus from the main road to go to the city centre in ten minutes. Take bus 07 or 08. The hotel is located in Lara.

Finally, if you’re looking for a budgeted hotel with a very good beach, then this hotel will be a good option. Otherwise, you know what you have to do.

Decent location, quite dated hotel

Hotel staff really friendly and nice, decent location overlooking the sea. Id say its a decent 3 star on a european level. Electric cut out a few times due to a power cur, there was an instance where we had no water for an hour or so in the morning. Hotel looks a iittle dated, pool was out of action as well as the hamman. The breakfast was average, cakes looked and tasted like theyve been out for a whole week, hard as a rock.
Would not be an issue in the summer as we would spend more time outdoors but as it was november and we decided to spend a lot more time in hotel than usual could be better.
I would reccomend to pay bit extra and upgrade to a 5 star.
Despite the few hiccups i would give it a 6/10.

Its a great place to stay. This was my second time there and I chose it specifically cz I had a nice experience last time. The staff is friendly, rooms are good , neat and excellent sea view.
Location again is very optimum with all the things available nearby and easy access to transport. Breakfast is good too.

Staff or a maid took £ 60 out of her purse while we were out, and we were told that they were nothing they can do.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed! In the picture looks pretty but reality it's horrible. I was very disappointed and I will never come back again. in the end when I was checking out the personal staff charge me extra money for drinking water which I didn't touch. They faked my signature and attributed extra money. Horrible!!!!

I got there 1 am. The guy was not giving the welcome feeling. Did not describe the hotel regulations properly. I had to ask myself even about breakfast time.
Breakfast was not that good for a 4 star hotel . The location is very good if you want to go for shopping

There were no variety of food, we missed fish etc., but you'll get,
what you pay for. Not worth it!!!
In Sealife Family Resort, we had
all-inclusive, instead of half board,much,much better plus shows.
For only $40 a day for 2, it was much more worth it!!!

You will get a lot of things, that you can not use

Good food,but you cannot use it.Good view of the beach,but there is no beach.Good bathtub.But there is no warm water.
A nightmare.This hotel is playing games with tourists,offering them things, that they cannot use.
We were HB. There was plenty of food present. 90% of them were killing hot spiced. A hot chilli egg,hot chilly tomatoes and fish as well.Spices are masked,invissible in many foods... With 3 years old kid it is like a mine cleaning game. It is not written if its spicy or not,the staff in fact cannot explain it. My daughter stopped eating,became a constipation and at the end of our stay at this hotel lost 1 kilo from her weight of 14.

I reserved room with bathtub. Firstly I became a room without a bathtub. Then,with bathtub, but without the view.
And then comes the surprise.
The warm water was almost not flowing...
It took 4 hours to fill the half tub and the hot water got cold meanwhile. Answer:there is some problem with the hot water,but the guy is already in place and in a hour everything will be ok. After 4 days the same answer I stopped asking.
Till the end of our stay, we washed the kid,filling a cup of drinking water with warm water. Ourselves we washed with what was present or by any possibility - outside the\"hotel\".

So if I wontt write to the turkish authority about this hotel,or search money back,it will be because i have no mood ant time for this. But for anyone another i say: please, spent some dollar more and stay away of this hotel.

Great location with awesome views

We booked a little getaway during our stay in Antalya.
Great hotel with access to blm beach which is amazing. Worth the stay and value as entering the beach are is quite pricey.
The rooms are very clean and service is great.

This hotel was to be my wife and my \"splurge\" stay on our Turkey honeymoon (most nights we stayed in hostels to save money). I (we) arrived early and was (were) delighted that the receptionist had a room already ready for me (us)! But.. we get to the room and it is dirty and the balcony door is filled with broken glass (and not a sea view, as promised). Bewildered and bothered, we switched our room, but of course the receptionist was very defensive and snippy (\"Well you'll just have to wait then!\") (\"Oh, pardon US, sir!\"). The new room was just OK, but the shower head and shower door were falling apart (it was fixed two days later). Not a great stay.

Hotel was situated close to sea, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Unfortunately our room was located on first floor near the bars and clubs. We did not sleep well due to the loud music next door until the early morning hours. The indoor and outdoor pool was very nice and clean. The seaside beach location was great for swimming and relaxing. Otherwise the hotel was great for what we paid for.

The beach access was great! You can jump in for a swim and rest on the deck. The Main Street off the hotel has plenty of restaurant choices. The beds were not very comfortable but everything else in the room was pretty nice. You are a short taxi ride from the historic city center.

Close to the beach, fantastic spa and no Brits!!!

Really pleasant stay at the Bilem. Room was adequate but that was all we were looking for... clean with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The staff were incredibly friendly.

The outdoor pool was very small but somehow was never over-crowded. Also the fact they had the indoor pool as part of the excellent spa facilities meant you could split your time between the two.

The hotel restaurant was ok but nothing great. Good selection but food was ok. However it's so cheap to eat out in the restaurants I would recommend doing that.

As this hotel isn't one on British tour operators books there were absolutely no Brits whatsoever!! My 13-year old daughter was a bit disappointed but I was over the moon!!

The rooms in this hotel are really beautiful- they are ornately furnished in a rich and appealing style. We took a sea view room, and so we had a spectaular the view of the sea. The food was delicious and room service prompt. The only negative thing was the hotel reception staff : I had paid extra for a sea view, but they gave me a smaller room with no view. When I complained, I was told that there were no such rooms available for that night, and they would only change my room to the one i had paid for, the next day. They were not particularly apologetic about the error they had made either, so I was a bit peeved about the matter.

We stayed for two nights and booked room with sea view. First night they didn't have a sea view room available so they gave us an executive suite which was very good with a jacuzzi bath fitted inside room but the tables had marks of burning and seemed like it was a smoking room but we checked in late anyway so didn't mind. Second night they gave us the room we booked i.e. room with sea view. It was nice and clean. Spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful overall apart from the manager who was a bit rude when we complained about not getting sea view room first night. But the lady there apologized and gave us free dinner next night. Breakfast and dinner served in restaurant is alright not too good but much better than other hotels. We enjoyed our stay at hotel and we might stay again next time. I would recommend it.

Good hotel. good location for me. the main street is about a 5 minute walk, and you can take the bus from there to get to the rest of the city. shopping mall, supermarket and several good restaurants within walkin distance. you can take the bus from the airport to this hotels neighborhood. a taxi costs 45 lira which i paid getting to the hotel. while in antalya i found out that bus 601 travels very close to the hotel. a 5 minute walk. i checked numerous websites but they only talked about #600 to the airport. neways its 3.50 lira one way. i wish i would have known before. lol.

5 very comfortable sleeps

Yep the beds were super comfortable and the pillows also. Linen clean and crisp and good quality. Clean towels every day. Lots of hot water. On down side our floor could have done with a good mopping lots of dust in corners of the room but we asked for slippers and they obliged. Breakfast was great so much to choose from buffet style and as much as you want. Chef on hand to cook any types of eggs or pancakes. Spa very nice but only used once because shortage of time. Reception and porters very helpfull and chatty.

despite some negative reviews about this hotel (e.g. wearing of hotel room, poor maintenance of hotel, banning of bringing food and drinks to the room), we didn't find any of these faults during our stay. Although we booked an economy room, we were given a standard room with good room maintenance. the room was quite spacious and the staff are helpful. part of hotel building was under renovation but it didn't affect our stay. check-out time was 12:00 which was great for us to catch the late afternoon flight. we can still leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out. the hotel is in Lara area by seaside, only 10 min walk to the shopping mall (She Mall), from outside the shopping mall there are buses going to the old town or Otogar (main bus station).

Great Location

I enjoyed this hotel and so did my friends/co workers that were here with me. I only had two problems with it overall but they are minor. The air only works when you're in the room so when you leave to go out and come back your room will likely be hot. The other thing was they tried to charge me for water that was missing in the minifridge that I noticed before hand but remedied the problem once I told them I didn't have any.

POSITIVES: location is a big plus very close to several shopping malls (terra city,she mall and laura) also close to several night spots and resturants, the sunbathing area facing the sea is amazing one of the best, they have very comfortable sun lounges,they play very nice music, the stuff is really friendly and the food they serve there is of very good quality and not expensive (same prices as the resturants outside of the hotel). the NEGATIVES: 1st of all we booked a seaview room with balcony and a seating area and we called the hotel twice to confirm our requests one time directly after booking and another time one day before our arrival in order to get what we payed for but when we checked in the room it was a tiny room where we could barley move with no view, balcony or seating area..we were shocked we contacted the reception and they said they have no rooms available now but they might move us to another room on the next day..after complaining a lot they moved us on the second day to a seaview room with balcony, the view from the room was amazing but that;s it!! the room was a nightmare, extremly dirty carpet, stains on the walls, peeled wallpapper,tiny tv and smelly room, as for the food we booked a half board plan, it was ok but not great we even skipped dinner a couple of times because we couldnt eat anything... we had fun and enjoyed our vacation very much because we were out of the hotel (at the sea) most of the time ..overall not a 4 stars hotel...

Hotel was good value for money. We had zero expectations since we had been reading a lot of bad things about it in internet but we were positively surprised! Staff was nice, thanks especially for Ahmet and Ersah. There was lot of different kind of dishes at dinner and it was different every night. Breakfast was good aswell. And yes you have to pay for the drinks (as everyone should know, because so many people have been saying about this..) but well hotel was really cheap so we didnt mind. Location was great, there are two shopping centers (if you get bored of sunbathing or want to eat something else for dinner) in a walking distance and bus stops to center and lara beach close. And if you want to go for a walk, there are beautiful parks around with really nice view to sea. All in one, dont expect too much and you will be positively surprised!

I had booked a room with sea view but they gave me a room which had a terrible view and was not very clean. I asked the manager to change our room and after 2 days they did so. Our second room was great with sea view and so comfortable. If we had stayed in the first room I would have given 0 score for the rating definitely. So be careful about the room that you book since there is no guarantee about the room you choose while booking online. I really liked the private beach and there is also a place that you can rent equipment for diving and swimming. They also teach you how to dive either for fun or for getting the licence, but it's pretty expensive. Hotel is close to bus station and some shopping malls and there are lots of restaurants around with decent prices. There are some tours available through the hotel that you can register for. I recommend the rafting tour. We really enjoyed it. You can find other tours with less price yourself, however the overall prices of the tours offered by the hotel was reasonable.

OK but won't be back in a hurry!

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Needs a refurbishment. Carpets in room were dirty, wall paper was coming off in places - generally a bit shabby. I wonder how they are rated and whether they are regularly checked to see if they are keeping up to standard (I suspect not.) Food wasn't great, seemed like they catered more towards German tourists. The cleaner on our floor was very friendly despite not speaking any English and the rooms were cleaned everyday (apart from when we asked them not to bother). Walls were very thin and guests from the next door came and complained that we were making too much noise - on a saturday night! However it was 11pm and we had just landed so wasn't aware of the time - no further complaints but this made my girlfriend anxious about us being too loud for the rest of the holiday. Not allowed food or beverages from outside up in our rooms or in the public areas such as the swimming pool - we just snuck it in our room and was fine (think this is standard practise) - Don't know why we can't have water by the pool but I've heard this is common in Turkey. DONT EXPECT A BALCONY even if you have booked it, we even emailed ahead to request this. However we didn't pay THAT much and I guess you get what you pay for. Swimming pools were good and I guess this time of year - it's out of season so wasn't that busy which was a plus. Sauna was very hot! Gym was sufficient but could do with sorting out the air conditioning down there. OK but won't be back in a hurry.

The Bilem Hotel, Antalya

This hotel actually charge extra for fresh orange juice at breakfast and wouldn`t allow my partner to bring a breakfast tray to our room when I was ill without charging room service. The room was extremely tatty with stains on carpet, crack in toilet and dirty shower surround. This hotel certainly needs refurbishing.

For the price this hotel was a very good deal. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety of fresh food. From what we could see they were renovating part of the hotel. Our room was clean except for the carpets which were filthy and in dire need of shampooing. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with all our needs. Acceptable if you are on a budget. More amenities would be available during the summer. The seaside deck is being rebuilt at our time of stay. Nice view of the sea. Bilem Hotel feels a bit like an outdated cruise ship.

Bilem High Class Hotel in Turkey

I am extremely disappointed with the way this hotel treat its customers. If you go book the hotel through a tour company they will treat you with respect. If you want to check into this hotel without a tour company their treatment changes. I had to wait for about three hours waiting to check in just because a tour company brought about 40 customers right before I arrived. The bus tour had blocked the road to the hotel and we could not move our car. We were very much sandwiched between the tour bus and the cars behind us for over two hours. When I complained to the afternoon manger he was not helpful at all and when I complained to the morning manager it was clear that no one cares and they even did not apologize. Although I was planning to be in this hotel for two nights I checked out early and did not stay in that hotel. Because of the delay in checking in I lost the opportunity to see the Antalya the way we were planning to see.

Great old facility.

We had mixed reviews. The hotel has a bar on top floor. It is frequented by local men and \"working girls\". The music is loud, they smoke and talk on cell phone in the halls. Impossible to sleep. After first night the hotel moved us to as great room where we were able to enjoy the visit, sleep at night and had more privacy without the invasion of the locals at the bar.

Hotel Belim - For the price, a good stay

The hotel is not staffed by good english speakers so was very frustrating as new comers to visiting Turkey. Getting directions was a real chore, and there was NOT one tourist pamphlet there. We got wrong directions to the bus routes, and no help where to go. The houeskeeping staff smoked on our non smoking floor, in their little room. We were also not told we could reserve really nice seats on their private \"beach\". They also did not change the bed sheets after 2 days, and beleive me it is very sweaty. Having put all the negatives, overall we enjoyed our stay once we knew what we were doing. THe hotel was clean, and the pool was divine. The aircons worked beautifully. The \"beach/sea platform\" was accessible via a lift and very beautiful. The staff were friendly, even if challenged with English, and once we got our bearings, we had a lovely stay in Antalya, with close access to all major bus routes to sights.It isn't close to the Old Town and Konyalti Beach if that is where you want to be. Massage was by an excellent therapist, even if the salon was a not pretty. Overall for the price, is definitely a recommend from me.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles ist sauber. İm Moment wird noch überall gewerkelt. Die nutzbaren Örtlichkeiten, wie z. Bsp. die Sonnenterrasse, laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück war gut. Hamam und Massage sind zu empfehlen. Die Preise im Restaurant sind hoch. Das Personal im gesammten Hotelbereich ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Oda dışarıdaki eğlence mekanlarından çok ses alıyordu. Ayrıca otelin kendi konser alanındaki müzik de odanın içinde çalıyordu. Konserin bas frekansları da odanın içinden hissediliyordu. Saat 01:00'a kadar böyle sürdü.

Oda penceresi duvara ve sanayi tipi bacalara bakıyordu.

13 yaşındaki oğlumla konakladım. Bir çocukla gelen misafire verilebilecek en yanlış odaydı. Çocuğu görüp bu kadar gürültülü bir ıdanın verilmemesi gerektiği muhakemesi yapılmalıydı.
