Mera Park Otel is a nice hotel. It us situated not far from the sea, The staff is very supportive, willing to help. Cleaning is not so regular, not very day but you can ask to clean it every day and staff will go to your ask. There is kitchen in the underground floor, there is microwave, plates, forks, spoons, etc. Also it's a good combination of quality and price. I liked to stay in Mera Park Otel. Staff doesn't know well English but I see that they are trying to learn and make progress. So in general I have good impressions.

I was cheated, although I had a confirmation with a reservation number the person at the reception said that there was no such reservation and I had to pay 10 euros more for one night. No basics are provided in the room and the staff are unhelpful they will try to charge you for things already wrong in the hotel.
Secondly, the furniture is broken and one bed fell on my family members foot and had to be scraped off by us, I can’t imagine this happening to a child it is a very dangerous place to stay they do not have basic health and safety checks in place.
Do not be mislead by their photos this is a the worst hotel I have ever stayed in from start to finish the experience was disgusting.

This hotel put a damper on our holiday with a 91 year old lady. The staff were so unhelpful.They gave us a fold up bed to which we already booked a family room with three beds the space was terrible the wardrobe doors were hanging off. The mattresses were disgusting and needing renewed, the decor was needing painted and thoroughly cleaned. Mini fridge wasn’t working the hairdryer wasn’t working, there was dirt in fridge bathroom wasn’t very clean with dirty tiles and a piece of metal as a towel rail. Staff were so uncooperative. They wouldn’t help us with cases when leaving we asked for a room for extra hours and willing to pay and gave excuses the hotel was full. Also told us when booked we would have a city view. So disappointed in this hotel. Breakfast was bare minimum. I had a 91 year old mother and a Down’s syndrome sister and also my daughter and husband with me and we were all so disappointed about here. Such a very bad experience.

We never met such a welcoming place to stay. This family run hotel will stay in our memories for sure. All the staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast is very tasty and you have more than plenty to choose. Room was big, comfortable and clean. Place is located short walk to the old town.Area is nice, quiet and safe.In a front of hotel you can find all the discount grocery shops, small and cheap,but nice eateries and also important local buses which brings you to Lara beach in 15-20 minutes(going every few minutes).Kamil Koc company if you need that is 5 minutes walk away, and if you travel with them they will shuttle you to Otogar station also for free and no hustle.We can honestly recommend this place for easy going stay to anyone and we cant be more thankful for all the team running this place.

My experience was very bad , the rooms smells smoke and they have a lot of insects in the rooms they was creeping around, the bathroom was acceptable but far from good . Gün içerisinde odayı temizlemek için geliyorlar. Konum olarak şehir merkezinde. Antalya’yı deneyimlemek isteyip otelde uzun sürekli vakit geçirmeyecekler için çok yeterli ve iyi. Merhaba otelden hiç memnun kalmadık.201 deki odada kaldık ancak temizlik ve konfor açısından hiç iyi değildi.Bir kat üstündeki odanın klima motorunun aşırı sesi tüm binayı çınlatıyordu. Klima motoru ses yaptığı için sesin tamamı bizim odadaydı o yüzden hiç uyuyamadık.Odamızı gecenin 3 ünde değiştirme talebinde bulunduk sağolsun resepsiyon arkadaş ilgilendi ve odayı değiştirdi.Ancak geçtiğimiz odanın duşa kabini kırık duş başlığı tutamacı bozuk olduğu için duş başlığı yerinde durmuyordu.Klimaların temizliği hiç yapılmamış.Klimayı açtığımızda sigara kokusu ve toz kokusu geliyordu.Yani kısaca hiç memnun kalmadık kimseye de tavsiye etmiyoruz.
