When i got to my room after checking in, i found old water bottles on table and night stand. Old key cards were on counter by door. Open bar of soap in shower. Receipt left on table from oct 20. Mind you my stay was oct 24. They couldnt get me a different room as the hotel was fully booked.

My stay was not pleasant at all
I had asked for a handicap room with a handicap bathroom. I got a room with 2 double beds. The curtains did not close all the way , the light from the street came in and the need to be replace . There was mold around the shower and toilet paper cleaner . The smell of the places was over baring as if they were trying to cover up another smell. Staff was not very friendly.

The room was hot when we arrived but cooled down fine. I didnt eat breakfast. The room was ok but dated. The tub didn't drain well and it felt unstable. There was rust/stain in the tub as well. Our tv did not have a working remote. It was replaced but still did not work so we didnt use the tv.

Water was off for several hours. Air conditioner didn't work properly even after assistance, shower curtain rods were coming out of the walls and water went all over the floor while showering, TV was confusing and channels were not displayed with the network. Staff member was dismissive of my complaints and said they knew about the issues. So why rent the room for premium cost while knowing it had problems?

Hotel needs updating!!

Hotel was not clean in the bathrooms especially the shower area. Carpet was extremely old and seemed to have a smell. In fact the whole place had a funky smell. Curtains were not adequate to block the bright parking lot lights. Vending machine took our money also.

Grateful to be able to leave a review from Ms Christie and Melissa. And there was also a young lady that was very helpful I believe she was from India? The three young ladies were amazing my room was clean, anything that I needed such as towels etc. They made sure that we had it great customer service once we returned back to our rooms each time from church at night / morning they did not hesitate to ask if we need anything to call the front. 1. Deck clerk was less than courteous and very hard to understand. Wouldn’t except my military ID as a form of conformation.
2. We are senior citizens with disabilities making the stairs a huge challenge. “No elevators” No help was offered by staff in assisting with luggage.
3. The room was rated as a 10 on website. Although it was clean and acceptable, or rating was closer to a 7.5.
I will close by saying, the room was clean, and comfortable.

Bleach smell was overwhelming

Thankful that this year's holiday stay was much quieter than last year. Nice room, very convenient to my needs in Cedartown. The only thing was the extreme (I mean extreme) smell of bleach .......... it was too strong to the point where my eyes were watery and it took two days to get that smell out of my system. WHY do they think they have to use 'that much' bleach. This would have been an extremally positive review if it wasn't for that - just made the stay uncomfortable.

Well, there we a few things wrong here. To start, it seems that almost every person that I spoke to at the front desk make sure to remind me when I had to leave. It felt as if they wanted to make sure I didn’t overstay. The staff was somewhat unprepared, my room key kept having to be reset. There was no water in the lobby. The “fitness facility” that but only by definition as it was more like just two semi-functioning pieces of equipment. My AC unit was broken but luckily I was only unable to turn it off but it would get cold at times. They told me that the cleaning crew would come around every other day but it never came for my entire stay and finally the breakfast they offered was very limited. Probably the least gratifying of places I’ve stayed in Georgia. I would not really recommend.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Quality Inn in Cedartown Ga. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate an Army Reunion and visit family. Ms. Wendy is an awesome asset to the Quality Inn. Her warm, southern hospitality, cool conversation made my stay the coolest! Hope hotel management can reward/ recognize her for her professionalism and dedication to serve guests.

We had a group that went riding at Indian Mountain. We all stayed here, so we all had trailers they were not accommodating to us at all and were very rude when we got back Saturday night. Even told us she would call the law at one point. Was not a great experience at all. Will not stay here again.

The breakfast menu consisted of juice, yogart and coffee. No toast, no biscuits, no food for a diabetic. It should not be called a breakfast. Our tv did not work upon arrival. The lady that got it working was complaining about other guests unplugging \"stuff\". After she got the tv connected, the picture was pixelated and was miserable during our entire stay. We were told it was due to inclement weather. Don't know why our tv was affected but the tv in the entry lounge worked just fine. With all the work being done in the facility a discounted room rate should have been offered.
