This IS a budget option. We chose it because it was at a convenient stopping point. Unfortunately, our room faced the front. It is on a very busy road.....busy all night. Lots of truck traffic. The \"double glazed\" windows didn't help much. It is recently refurbished and otherwise comfortable. My wife grumbled about their being no hangers for the hanger rack in the bathroom (which is huge). There was no closet or wardrobe. The owner was very friendly and offered us complimentary soft drinks at check-in. No breakfast was listed on the website and we expected none. However, a sign in the lobby indicated breakfast was available. When we inquired about it in the morning and were given a paper bag with two bottles of orange juice and four snack bars. My advice would be to ask for a room on the back side.

The carpets had just been cleaned but yet still had stains on them. there was no hairdryer in the room and both times that I went to the front desk no one was around. The positives were the bed was extremely comfortable, the location was very convenient and overall the the room was clean. It also had some nice extras with a refrigerator, microwave,iron but lacked a hairdryer?

AVOID! Where to start? False advertisement... the place was a dump, woman at front desk want 100 bucks CASH as payment for incidental fees to be refunded on checkout. Told her I didn't have it and she said 50 LOL. Got key to the MOTEL room and opened the door to be greeted by the smell of weed. Went back to her and she said all hotels have people that smoke pot (I am with an 8 year old). She got into a shouting match with my wife about that comment. Called Amex and told them do not pay because we were leaving. This place is the type of place you pay by the hour. And it says they offer a free breakfast, that I would love to see!

Bed sheets appeared to be clean but the carpet really needs to be replaced!!!! The desk clerk told us that there would be coffee & danish available from 6-9 am, but when we went to the lobby at 7 am, it was locked & no one one was there. Friendly staff but the rooms really need updating.

A Five-Star Experience
This hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We requested hangers and an iron (they were not in our room) and the staff brought them to our room immediately. This hotel is a basic traveler hotel, but was perfect for our stay and close to family. Breakfast was \"to go\" (fruit, nutrition bar, and banana bread), but that fit our schedule. It is located right next to a Circle K and is on a main highway. We would stay here again.

Perfect hotel for our imagine music festival trip
This is such a cute, perfect hotel for people looking for a cozy, clean hotel room. The rooms were very nice with big AC units that blasted cold all night, the shower and sink and the beds were all very clean. The floor is carpeted which is nice. They had a ice machine and laundry machines in the hallway to use. They had a microwave, nice fridge and coffee machine in our room. My friends and I were staying for Imagine Music Festival. We didn’t check in till late and the owner was so sweet and caring. He had maps printed out to show us around town and how to get to the festival. We were supposed to check out at 11 but the festival wouldn’t let us in till 3 so we would have been stuck with nowhere to go, but we asked to stay longer and they let us stay till 1 which was perfect. All the cleaning ladies and receptionists were so nice. And the hotel is RIGHT next to a gas station within 2 ft walking distance. And there’s a big town with lots of restaurants and malls and cute stuff not even 10 minutes away. When I go to Imagine Music Festival again I will definitely be staying here :)

The picture of the continental breakfast is a farce. There is not even a cornflake provided. The room smells musty & the a.c. makes the room so so humid. My shoes were damp in the morning. I got a 5am wake up call from someone in the room next door blasting rap music. No hairdryer. Yes it was cheaper but I didn't know it would be this bad..I'm grateful the ice machine worked.

This was an awesome hotel. We stayed here for our trip from ohio for 2 days for the Morgan Wallen concert. One of the cleanest hotels i've ever stayed at !!! The staff was super friendly at check in and accommodating with towels and such during our stay. Great nightly prices only thing they had no breakfast whatsoever in the mornings. Would've been nice since we were eating out every meal while traveling so thats my only complaint.

I'm never a fan of room entrance from outside and the back of this building is to the woods. While there is a fence, it does not completely seal around the building.

Excellent property at the price point. Don't expect high-end accommodations, as you are not paying for it. It is clean, has good staff, and meets the needs to have a place to sleep on clean sheets and get yourself cleaned-up each day. Room did smell of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room as people smoke right outside the room and the AC pulls air into the room from the smoking area. They should have a designated smoking area away from the rooms.

The check in was fast. The room was clean and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of covers and pillows. The bathroom is huge with all the shampoo,soap.etc that you need(bring your own hair dryer). Plenty of strong water in the shower. The only problem we had was we were in the bottom floor next to the gas station. We could hear every loud truck,car and motorcycle that went by. We had friends staying on the top floor,and they said they couldnt hear it up there.

I understand Covid has affected many things. When making reservations breakfast was included....but it was NOT...using Covid as excuse. Our experience is most hotels are doing at least packaged muffins and fruit. Price should have been reduced!!! To make reservations I tried calling Hotels.com but recording said reservations could be made online....so I was left assuming breakfast for two was part of the deal. 😒

This is the second time I've stayed in an Americas Best Value Inn and it will be the last - both times negative experiences. Very old dirty carpet, Orange Wing Back Chair, Small Table, Red Love Seat (OLD used it for luggage), VERY BEAT up particle board night stand, dresser and desk, bed spread pastel colors, drapes old gold ......... Ok, I'm usually trying to go for the best deal but I just couldn't get over the furnishings & decor (some of the worst ever) ....... looked like most of it was picked up at yard sales and it was just TOO much - much less would be better and offer less opportunity to look so dated and old.. WIFI finally started working second day I was there. Has a refrig & microwave - super old! The bathroom is so small, the door will not open all the way - it bumps against the tub. I could also smell cigarettes in the bathroom - I'm guessing coming from the other side of the hotel. I chose not to do breakfast either day- didn't look like much! Staff tried to be helpful and offered LOTS of apologies. Location was very good for where I needed to be. Number of restaurants within five miles. I just can't recommend this hotel.

The only ice machine on the property was out of order, there was no hair dryer in the room. I went next door to a gas station for some ice, the front desk gave me a hair dryer over the counter and told me to leave it in the room, they would retrieve it with the keys. The bed was comfortable and we were tired so that worked out OK.
