They gave me the worst room of the hotel in my birthday and they even didn’t wish me happy birthday! First hotel in my life that don’t wish happy birthday to the guest. The room was in front of the reception on the ground floor without any privacy and the windows was in the street so very noisy and again without privacy as people in the street could see inside my room! Not enough this, the spa was dirty with cockroaches around and the steam room was smelling so bad and dirty, was impossible to stay inside.

Good stay for a few nights. Very friendly staff. Interior lacks charm, huge potential to work on decor & make indoor patio & outdoor terrace with small pool a lot more appealing. Spa & breakfast area in basement, no windows. We didn’t try the spa services, seemed like a comprehensive offering of services.

The property itself was good. The facility was good, room spacious however warm at times, staff were very helpful and minimal noise could be heard from the road however that added to the atmosphere. Small breakfast room however it provided what you needed with good selection.

The facility is a short walk to the main area and Mesquite/ Cathedral.
Streets were dirty with smokers throwing their cigarette butts everywhere. Didn’t matter where or if in crowds etc.

Overall a good stay at this facility.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. There is a bar/ cafe attached which serves high quality food. The hotel offers valet parking. You are on the edge of the old town close to all the sights. We would definitely stay here again

Hotel is like a 15-20 minute walk from the mesquita area. Everything was nice and clean. The room spacious and comfortable. What is very odd is having the shower in the middle of the room. I didn’t understand that. Bathroom didn’t have a lot of privacy or space either.

Nice big modern room, moderately-sized bathroom clean. Breakfast, which was included, was excellent and food and beverage selection was great. Location was very good. If you're in a rush to get somewhere, do call taxi/uber well ahead of time. While the location is great for walking, the tight streets make it slow for drivers to get to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. We did not like that the bathroom is separated from the bedroom with glass walls and sinks were in the room itself. Staff were kind and helpful. They made very good recommendations for places to dine. Location is very convenient. We would stay here again.

Modern comfortable hotel. Very helpful staff. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the Mezquita, which means it is in a relatively quiet and peaceful location. It meant that, as we are keen walkers, we also discovered quite a few interesting historical sites located nearby the hotel (e.g, the Roman Palace still subject to conservation) that wouldn't always be seen by visitors who only took in the Mezquita and other attractions near to it. The hotel was spotlessly clean, but (as a very minor point) we suggest that the rug that covers almost the entire upper landing either be replaced with new, or better still be removed; it is now heavily worn and discoloured and it adds nothing to the aesthetic of the hotel - in fact, it detracts. A very pleasant hotel with excellent staff.

An oasis in the center of it all. The rooms are modern, sleek, and comfortable. You also have access to the the spa facilities that include a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There is no better choice for the price you pay. It is a hidden treasure in a lovely neighborhood.

good stay in Cordoba

The hotel was very pleasant and our room was spacious. There were three adults sharing. The room consisted of twin beds and a double sofa bed which means the room would be suitable a family of four. The room was very clean and the shower facilities excellent. The hotel is situated about 10-15 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions.
The breakfasts were good but expensive at 15 Euros. The hotel has a café bar and the natural fruit juices were delicious and good value. So breakfast in the café may have been better value. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending good local restaurants.
The downside to our room was that it was on the ground floor with window looking out onto the street.

Beautiful modern interiors, good location, large room. The entry interior patio is gorgeous, following in the tradition of Andalusian houses. The check-in check-out process was fast. There is a cozy little breakfast place inside the hotel where you can grab a bite before heading to explore the city.

Very nice hotel but serious issues with our room

Lovely boutique hotel in the right area. The only issues were with our specific room (room 3). We were already disappointed that having paid for a premium room it was on the ground floor (and we were told none available higher up). But we then found constant noisy plumbing and a red flashing light in a fitting in the ceiling (smoke alarm? Sprinkler?) Had we been staying longer would have insisted on moving rooms as these made it very hard to sleep

We stayed 1 night. The hotel was located within walking distance to all the major sights in Cordoba. The hotel was kind to keep our luggage after checkout, so we could do sightseeing easily. The room was very comfortable, staff were all nice & helpful and the breakfast was good.

I've never been to Cordoba before this and Hotel Cappuccino made the visit pleasurable and memorable.

The hotel is very clean and modern, well appointed, and with a great location to city center and landmarks.

The staff were all friendly and fluent in English, and I would prefer to stay here on our next visit back!

While the location and courtyard are very nice and breakfast is great, the room we had faced inside courtyard. The room was hot and stuffy even though the temperature outside was 10-12C as AC was not working and it was impossible to open windows to the courtyard due to the extensive noise from the guests till 3 am.
The bed was not comfortable either - as a result 2 sleepless nights. a pity as we really enjoyed Cordoba.

New Boutique Hotel in Cordoba

We stayed in a Premium Double Room (room with suite) in mid-September at the Soho Boutique Capuchinos Hotel. The hotel looks brand new and the rooms are very well appointed; rooms have floating hard wood floor and the bathroom is modern. The lighting is also very interesting, a nice touch. The included breakfast is varied and plentiful. The adjoining area (suite area) provides a lot more breathing room and plenty of space for your luggage.
This hotel is a located in a quiet neighborhood of Cordoba but with easy access to all the major attractions. It is an easy walk to la Mezquita and the Alcazar del Rey (maybe 15 minutes with no significant hills).
We recommend this hotel. Clean, good breakfast and well-priced.

Fabulous stay!

The hotel was a nice blend of modern and rustic. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The stone walls of the rooms prevent any noise from other guests intruding on the solitude of your room. A wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cordoba. Especially since it is a short walk to all the sites.

Beware lobby floor rooms

Good location, within walking distance of most tourist attractions. However, if you have the misfortune of being given a room on the lobby floor, your room will be right beside the lobby and reception. The sound insulation is terrible and you will be woken up early in the morning by the noise from the lobby/reception.
If not for this, this hotel would deserve more stars.

My husband and I spent one night in Cordoba and loved the hotel! It was so modern & Clean. the bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower had a fantastic rain shower head. The major sites are a 10-15 minute walk away, but the city is so beautiful that you enjoy the walk just looking around. The staff was so friendly and attentive.

A Strong Start for a Newcomer

Soho Boutique opened only four months before our January 2017 stay, but there were no evident kinks in it when we were there. Staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, and the facility is new, immaculate and not cookie-cutter. We were upgraded to a \"superior\" room (did I mention staff was friendly?), which was extremely spacious, had a two-sink bath and bidet and was altogether elegantly appointed. We did not use the cafe, but it looked appealing. There are closer hotels to the heart of the old city (e.g., across the street from the mosque), but this was certainly as convenient as we require.
