Rather tired old hotel but excellent location and good (tight) carparking for an extra charge.
Friendly and helpful staff. Aircon struggled in very hot weather, small bed and no breakfast onsite.
Had booked for three nights and paid in advance on arrival. We shortened our stay to two nights and gave them 24 hours warning of our early departure, but the manager refused to refund the unused night even though this was not signaled when I told them of the change.

Friendly staff, large rooms, even though it was a bit of a walk from the sites, it was safe neighborhood and had access to public transportation. We took a bus from the train station to the hotel. Room was clean, hot water was nice and overall it was a pleasant place to stay. AC and TV in room worked.

NO BREAKFAST, even though Expedia sold us the room with a breakfast. The gentleman at the desk told us on arrival \"we just don't do breakfast...that's a problem with Expedia, you know\", to which we replied that SOMEONE should fix it, because it is false advertising, and certainly convenient for both the hotel and Expedia, but not for us....otherwise an ok place, small room, clean, very quiet (we were in back of hotel, but in any case on a very quiet street). Good overall location, short walk to a lot of restaurants, decent walk to the main attractions.

Despite being featured no breakfast was available. It meant a hunt for breakfast in an area with few good cafes .
On departure at 8am on Saturday tge cafes were still closed.

The room we had was in the groundfloor and the small window looked toward a partition decorated with plastic flowers and nowhere lese. It was just like a ....!
No tea or coffee maker, etc. inside the room or somewhere in the hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful as they could.
Location is in downtown. Amenities for shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are within walk distance.

If you are driving and using the car parking be aware the street is very narrow and the entry is via an elevator (for the car). We were in a Jeep Compass and fitted with millimeters to spare. This street is used by buses and taxis and it is a bit harrowing getting the exact angle to get the car into the lift. The staff are very helpful it trying to help. Aside from this it is a good location to see the sites

As an extra measure of security, I would have liked to have been able to lock the door from inside my room but it seemed the lock was damaged. But other than that, great service and extremely kind/helpful upon arriving and using their parking facilities. Would highly recommend,☺️

Great location with plenty of food options around and a short walk to the Mezquita and other attractions. Very adequate for the price. The staff was awesome, professional and super friendly, special mention to Ivan (Gracias!!!) Parking on-site but it is not for the faint of heart ($21/day) A Small garage-elevator in a tight street and even smaller parking space , staff gave directions and assisted maneuvering but I thought my car would not make it!!

Lovely stay in central Cordoba. Hotel is conveniently located for the all the main sites and the old town. Reception were really really helpful and recommended some great restaurants. Central courtyard area also lovely.

To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

Friendly, but ultimately Indifferent service - clerks knew about the issues with our room, but did little or nothing to resolve

- look closely at the photos. The bed pillow is ONE long foam pillow. :(( very hard and not suitable for two. when we asked for separate pillows, the clerk came back with one pillow which a lumpy mess stuffed with cut up foam.
- bed is also foam and rock hard.
-toilet paper dispenser rations paper, giving two sheets at a time. It is also locked, and when paper broke off inside and husband had to go ask for help, clerk said “oh yes, this happens. we don’t have a key” but produced two rolls. ??? why not give these to start?
- one tiny bottle of shampoo is only toiletry provided. no soap. no lotion.
- air conditioner can’t be used as the remote is covered in saran and had moisture inside. when we showed clerk she said “oh yeah we know”. so don’t count on air conditioning during your stay.
- there is no restaurant as shown in ad. no option for buffet. in addition there is a $200 euro fine if you eat in your room so no
option for take out either.
- there were vending machines, they didn’t work.
-there was a “bar” with bottles of wine displayed, they weren’t for sale.

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. They have an underground parking on the premises accessible via car lift/elevator and it’s a tight fit for a compact size car, but they said the lift fits larger vehicles. The good part is that the staff will guide you into the lift which is very helpful.

Overall, the room is pretty good, clean and decent size. The only issue we had is that traveling in the winter, the room felt cold even with the heater turned on. The reason was that the floor was tile which stayed cold overnight.

The staff was excellent.

Nothing to dislike. Staff extremely helpful throughout my stay. All necessary facilities for tourism and daily life were within a maximum of 15 minutes walking - usually less. I would recommend both the city and the hotel to anyone. Taxi to the railway station took about 15 minutes at €6-7.

Great location near the city center. Parking available at the neighboring partner hotel. The hotel staff at the welcome were helpful in giving us tips for our stay and gave a great pre-highlighted map to guide us.
The room was rather simple, but had a nice bathroom, was clean, and had everything we needed. It was one of the few places that had a quadruple as well -- a crowded family situation, but necessary for us at this stage of life.

Great location in a great little city. In the colonial part of town and close to all attractions within walking distance. Spend about 3-4 hours and you’ll visit all of the major things in Cordoba, and visit the flamenco shows nearby. Friendly staff and great service. Asked for a 2 bed apartment and received a 3 bed room for the same price and for European standards. Great hotel overall

The hotel was located in the restricted area of Cordoba, we had a little trouble to find it with our GPS. According to the hotel address, GPS took us to a dead ally,fortunately we met a nice Spanish couple who live there. As it was hard to communicate, so they took their car out of garage and led us to the street where the hotel is located. We were very grateful to this nice couple. At the check in, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is ok, location is good.

exactly what you looking for

Cordoba is an interesting place to visit, I loved walking the streets finding historical & interesting things. Best of all visit the perfume shop, it's as you head to the Plaza de la corredra from the hotel, it's on your left just before, and for 5 Euros you can have a perfume made up that's totally unique, man or woman. There's also an Express shop a few minutes from the hotel, good for bottled water, etc. Ask the hotel to book you a tour to walk around the three main places of worship - it's a great experience. Highly recommend those of us who love a crafty IPA to try, visit the brewery that makes Cervezas Gilanillo, they even use nz hops! and brewery tours, 15 minute walk from hotel. Catch the train to Cordoba, it's not as hard as you might think, besides hard & expensive to park your car.

The hotel staff was very helpful. They booked us a tour of the Mosque Cathedral and a horse show and helped us find fun activities to do. The location was pretty good. Close to the Roman Ruins and some nice restaurants but a bit of a walk down to the Alcazar and Mosque. The beds were hard, but we had that everywhere in Spain

This hotel is a beautiful small hotel very friendly customer service they give you a lot of information about the city and places to go in Cordoba. Hotel is fairly basic. Furnishings are Spartan and utilitarian without being especially comfortable.

Best thing about the hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The description of the hotel's location is misleading as it is a good 25/30 minute walk to the Mesquita and the Alcazar.

The hotel lacks any catering facilities although they do recommend a hotel along the road for breakfast buffet. We did not try this preferring local cafes.

We loved Cordoba, but what made our stay outstanding was the staff. You should come meet Sonia and the others, who will treat you like family and leave a memorable impression of the kindness of the Spanish people. The one area that needs improvement is the bathroom that visibly needs renovation (especially the shower tiles). It doesn't look clean enough, which made us uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel located about 15 minute walk to La Mezquita. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. The parking space is quite a fun adventure since it is a tight car-elevator leading into a tight parking spaces in the basement. But, if needed the hotel staff is more than willing to help park your car.

Wonderful helpful people...good size room..all brilliant just it would be perfect if they would have a heating as it was very chilly in February, especially in the nightime .a little air con\heat blower was a bit too nosy to sleep with. But I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Cordoba isn't sleepy at all

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and functional. Unfortunately we have had a room to the street and there seem to be several night clubs who produced Techno beats all night for the 2 nights we were staying there. If you like sleeping with closed windows this could work for you.
