I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of my room. Upon arrival, I noticed the bed linens were heavily creased and appeared used. This gives the impression that the room wasn't properly cleaned before my check-in. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this experience has been quite unsettling. I'd like to have this addressed immediately.

The sheets were dingy not white. Did now learn where the breakfast was or times. Heavy accent on clerk-hard to understand. Side door was held open with a rock. Lots of cigarettes around the doorway area. Will not stay again.

There was very little for breakfast, there was broken glass pieces in the room, dried toilet paper on the plunger behind the toilet. And a bracket sticking out on the bed that left s bruise on my leg from running into it. Oh and the security lock on the door was broken.

Pool is freezing. Hot tub is out of service. No towels at the pool. Breakfast is only 6:30-9:30 am. Furniture is in rough shape. Bathroom door doesn’t close or lock properly. Tv remote didn’t work properly at first. I really like how check in is at 2 pm and check out is 11 am.

Room mostly clean, found some pebbles on the floor which makes you wonder how clean everything would be. It rained that night and water dripped from the ceiling onto our bed waking us up. The light in the shower and toilet area flickered and would briefly completely turn off making a shower “interesting”. There is no elevator. Our room was on the second floor at the very end of the hotel away from the lobby area. There is another entry with stairs halfway down that we should be able to enter from the outside, but the key card for our room didn’t unlock the door. We had to carry our luggage from one end of the hotel all the way to the other end. Breakfast was appreciated but below average I would say. For our troubles, no real empathy from the front desk or an offer of compensation.

You’re not doing the Wyndham brand any favors by the wingate I-15 in Beaver Utah. Multiple rat traps scattered around the property, yet the room wing door is propped open with a rock. Even a rat trap in the breakfast room! Hotel is very worn, in need of landscape maintenance and trash pickup. Our tv remote didn’t work properly and desk clerk told us he doesn’t watch tv, so he knows nothing about it and never fixed. You get a one star only. Terrible

There is no EV charging station, this was false advertising. There is a Tesla station down the hill but you cannot plug in overnight. The first room they gave us was not locked, door was open and the shower was on. The second room was better, but the refrigerator stunk and one of the mattresses was lumpy with no support. There was toilet paper on the floor next to the bed. The property owners refused to give us a change in reservation and charged us for a night we did not use. There was no one at the front desk in the morning and the phone number they posted was not being answered. I would not recommend this facility.

Stayed there for a week. Pool and hot tub closed the whole time for “maintenance”, didn’t get room service one time, had to ask for toilet pape, clean towles and soap. Our toilet did not flush. Shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold. This place is terrible and the staff could care less.

This place is a complete dump. Trust me. Find another hotel. Any hotel. Maybe it is their pet friendly rooms cause we have a dog but they are not even trying. Missing baseboards, ripped curtains. Dirty shower. Missing parts on door. Water damage on ceiling.

Room is in need of a face lift. Paint is a little shabby and bathroom tub leaked a LOT. But, we stay at this hotel every time we travel and we like the convenience. Room is always clean and comfortable. Still has the look of the old
Quality Inn but we understand this takes time... and money. Can recommend this hotel for families and single travelers.

The building and rooms are much older than I had anticipated which never really bothers me but when I entered the room, the sheets were a dingy color and the pillows looked like someone had laid down on them. There is an excellent restaurant within walking distance, which was the only highlight of this trip. When I returned from my dinner, I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush and at the same time discovered my door would not lock with the bolt. When asked for assistance, the staff also discovered the door wouldn’t lock and told me that I would be safe with the little flip lock at the top of the door
because they would watch on the cameras! At 10:30 at night I was awakened by a public safety announcement that told everyone in the area to lock their doors. Stay inside and turn their lights on. Needless to say I didn’t get any sleep that night. Further, it didn’t look like anything in the room had been wiped down. The microwave was disgusting and greasy even on the outsider! Needless to say, I did not stop there on my way back home and have just finished a wonderful and restful sleep at the quality Inn in Fillmore Utah. Highly recommend them!

The heater couldn’t be turned on. There was a horrible smell. Even I went in there room after checking in the window was open. It was 41 degrees outside. I assume they were trying to air it out and forgot to close it. The indoor pool was like a glacier lake and the hot tub should be called a Luke warm bath. Overall not the best stay I’ve ever had.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the breakfast, while it looked small, they had many options available. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond for us. We booked 2 rooms while we were on our way there and about 2 hours away. It would be after midnight before we would arrive. We received a phone call from them making sure we needed the 2 rooms and asking what time we'd arrive. They had our room keys ready and had made sure our rooms were next to each other and they were even preheated as it was an extra cold night. I'm sure we'll stay here again if we ever stay in Beaver again.

Hotel is on the older side, but very clean and has everything you need - mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer etc. Complimentary breakfast is simple but was good and front desk was very friendly. They are dog friendly too. Also, it's right off the freeway but I couldn't hear any traffic or car noise, which is a bonus!

Courteous staff, quick check in and decent room but the heater makes a weird noise intermittently like something is loose or stuck in the fan. I woke me several times. Also the sheer curtains are all torn up. A simple thing but looks bad and is easy to fix. Overall a good motel, quiet and comfortable but the noisy heater is a drawback

We rented two rooms for our family- Sewage type smells in one, the other was musty. Very run down, not clean and we didn’t even shower as we didn’t feel like it was clean enough to do so. We slept and left. The breakfast was not well stocked and disappointing. Would not stay here again.

Expected more from Wyndham. There was no hotel gym and the hallway smelled like curry every evening except one that we stayed there. The room was not clean. There was dirt and grime on the floor in the corner of the bathroom and on the tub, stuff stuck on the wall in the sink area, the bedskirt had a stain on it, inside the fridge was a sticky substance and even a greasy print on the window.

The bed sheets and towels were at least clean and the people at the front desk were friendly. We won’t be back to stay. Overall it was just ok.

While the staff was very helpful about any concerns, the entire property seemed to need maintenance and upgrade. Our toilet leaked and was difficult to flush. There were easily reparable holes in the wall and we felt the place looked dingy. It was clean enough ; just needed sprucing up.

There was a pill of some type on the floor I picked it up in a Kleenex and gave it to the front desk. I’m glad I checked around so my pup didn’t get it.

When I arrived to check in no one was at the front desk. I ran the bell, yelled out and call the motel. After 15 minutes I went into the \"office\" and found 2 beds and a man came out of a bathroom. He said he was off duty.
I insisted that he come out and check me in. Then another man arrived. They were rude.
When I walked my dog she got glass in 3 paws and couldn't walk. I removed the glass but she was cut. Now I'm taking her to my vet to make sure I got it all out and she's not infected.

Staff was great. The room was very clean, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. Walking distance to a restaurant, a Dairy Queen and gas station, and they also have a heated inside pool. I’ll be staying there again when I return home in the spring. They did have a breakfast but that was just okay.

The first room did not have a functioning toilet. The second was not clean and smelled very musty. The soap container was just lying by the sink, had been torn off the wall. Coffee pot was dirty. Tub spout leaked constantly. At breakfast there were no staff around. Empty milk container for the cereal.
Over all the hotel looked poorly kept.

I paid $90 to Expedia. The motel charged me $117 and 129 on 2 separate cards and refused to cancel either. I paid with cash and cancelled my cards.

The shower was dirty. Big paint patches were flaking off the room walls. After first entry the room keys would not work. Had to get manager each time we exited. The absolute worst hotel experience of my life.
