If you wanna catch something stay here. We had several rooms for a banquet in town and each room was worse than the others. I am usually not picky about hotels but this place was broken, dirty, and smelly.

Nice hotel, there was a light leak in the curtains and a big gap under the door. Put a towel by the door as it did let a lot of light in. Nice property, next to a highway and a large gas station so you will hear traffic most of the night. They worked with the Dennys next door to give I a discount if ur staying at the hotel.

Don't ever \"look\" at the vent for the air conditioning unit - I have no idea what might have been circulating through the room. The pictures shown of the room - well, I'd like to know where those rooms are. we faced the exit off of Interstate 15 - dark and dingy. Curtains were 1/2 attached to the rod. Sink did not drain well at all. Not worth the money and it just didn't feel clean.

The room’s layout was quite inconvenient. The bathroom had a pedestal sink with no counter space, and there were very few visible outlets. We tried charging our phones overnight using the outlet by the bed, only to wake up and realize it wasn't functional. The only working outlet we could find was located by light near the TV.

Got the room there for the hot tub and the hot tub was broken apparently. Room was clean, but TV remote didn't really work. Shower curtuin rod was hanging down and curtain wouldn't stay closed. Breakfast is not great. Disappointing for $130.

Building looks like they tried updating things which is great, but the execution of it is awful which is not the main issue. I can look past bad patch and paint jobs and caulk on everything. What I can’t get past is the cleanliness of the room. Bedding looked questionable if it was even changed as it had wrinkles, hair and stains all over both the sheets and cover. Night stand and counter spaces had hair and crusty stuff on it. The shower also had hair and could see outlines of where soap bottles had once sat and the water pressure was very low and the shower head very clogged. Toilet had some mystery runs all down the front. The floor was the worst. Hair wads in corner and dust. Front desk person told us it was stained and I showed him that the “stains” come off when you poke them. Changed rooms and the other was not much better. I asked for a mop and cleaning supplies so I could clean it myself and was not allowed. So he sprayed some cleaner and wiped with a rag and it was black. He then stated that they only have one house keeper and she has not had a day off in weeks. Never apologized or even agreed yes it was dirty. Just made excuses like the fact they only had one housekeeper made it satisfactory that it was filthy. If there is too many rooms to clean appropriately, then don’t rent them all out.

Nice and clean room--The pet friendly rooms have hard and cleanable surfaces, which is nice. The hotel staff is attentive, the breakfast is fine but not luxurious, and the hotel is conveniently located on I15. Good dog walking area with bags, but watch out for burrs on the shoulders of the road.

A hotel that has no identity. Might be a Motel 6, perhaps a Quality Inn, or something else all together. Not that it matters, as all of these businesses are owned by the same corporate enterprise. The rooms available here were built by the lowest paid contractor, and boy does it show. Beds that were there when the building opened and provide no support? Check. A window that isn't covered properly? Check. Missing wall outlets? Check. A shower straight out of a horror film? Check. There are better 1 star hotel options out there. This one's far to expensive Don't give this business your money unless you're paying $50 a night.

I went to talk to the front desk right after check in. I told him about the need for another towel as I have really long hair. He refused to provide. He just proceeded to say “you registered for 2 people, you only get 2 towels. I pleaded with him and he said no again. One wash cloth in the room was sloppily placed like it was used so that wasn’t available for our use. Their outside signs aren’t current so it’s hard to tell if you’re at the right place. The washer and dryer outside our room were running all night. I received a lengthy rules handout upon checking in. It said on it not to ask for a check out confirmation or a receipt. It said it would be provided through email. I never received it and I did check spam. We were just passing through so most of these things I just had a “whatever” attitude. The bed and room were comfortable just wish I didn’t have to hear the dryer running all night. It’s just out in the hallway not in an enclosed area. They must have issues with people which might explain the rules handout. That’s on them though, that’s their clientele. People shouldn’t be treated like, being told where they could talk on their phone etc etc. I was just passing through, have Washington plates on my car. I’m not homeless on an extended stay. I felt it wasn’t necessary to present me with their rules. It said on the list to let the desk know if there was anything to make us feel more comfortable…a towel would have been nice! The breakfast was sufficient.

Last min decision to stop so made a reservation online. The least expensive in area. Booked thru Hotels.com. The room was surprisingly nice. Currently doing renovations in lobby. Air condition worked very well. Bed was super comfy. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser are installed in shower/tub stall. The continental breakfast was the usual-cranberry or orange juice, organic low fat milk. Fruit loops or raisin brand cereal, blueberry or strawberry yogurt, banana or chocolate chip muffins, waffle maker, and coffee or hot coco. Bonus as an alternative Dennys is right next to hotel and you get 50% off meal if you show your paid receipt bill.
Overall 1 out of 10.....I give it an 8 only because there was no remote control to TV in room but was promptly brought one, even at 3 am. Otherwise I would have given a strong 9.

Not a good feeling even before we entered the lobby. As we were the only car in the lot. Lobby was very shabby and there was no one at the desk and we had to call them to check in. Also there was a odour in the lobby. That was the only time we saw the staff or even another person for that matter. To be fair the room was ok but the breakfast was lacking waffles and cereal only. I would advise a pass on this hotel

The desk clerk didn’t seem over joyed to have another Canadian come through the doors. Took him a long time to register us even thought I booked on line and had it paid for. Husband had parked and clerk made him move it because it was in front of potential customers door. This is 11:30 p.m. the parking lot was still half full at 5:50 a.m. when we left. That has never happened to us before. The room was clean except the fridge hadn’t been cleaned out from the previous occupant and there was no coffee cups for our coffee. I probably wouldn’t stop there again. Also we had LOT of light showing through our door. Not sure how secure or safe that was, probably pretty easy to break into.

We were just looking for a room for the night so this hotel was cheap and we got what we paid for. This is a budget hotel and it shows when you walk in. There is no signage on the hotel, and the hotel parking lot was empty when we got there, so when we pulled up we questioned whether it was still even in business. Check-in process we had to call someone on the phone to come to the front desk. The guy was very friendly. It seemed like he was the only one working the hotel and just doing everything though. The room was small, but it was fine. Beds were comfortable. There weren't that many outlets in the room which was odd so charging devices was a bit annoying. Also, we needed an extra blanket and so I went to the front desk, had to call on the phone again, and was told they don't have extra blankets or sheets. That bothered me quite a bit. What hotel doesn't have extra blankets or sheets. Made we wonder what I was sleeping in that night.

This was the perfect hotel for one night. We had everything we needed. There was a Denny's next door and a Wendy's across the street. We were on the East side of the exit. On the West side of the exit were a lot of additional fast food options. We opted to have an afternoon ice cream cone at the Beaver Creamery. DELICIOUS!! We would stay again if we go to Beaver.

This hotel is getting run down - it used to be good. Paint spots from wall painting were on the floor, on the carpets in the stairway and on a run down chair in the room. Front desk was only minimally staffed. The hotel is adequate but not nearly as good as it was when stayed there in previous years. Breakfast was ok but minimal.
