We only stayed one night, but we found the room to be very clean and spacious. While there is no carpeting on the floor, we can see where that is a plus for keeping things clean and overhead down. We needed a couple extra pillows and it was easy enough to get from the front desk. We don't have anything negative to say about our stay.

The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It is bare bones though. Only one towel and wash cloth per guest, no hair dryer. The fire alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning which was a false alarm. It felt like a college dorm room rather than a hotel, but it was safe and clean.

Upon arriving everything was great, clean room, easy checkin. Approx 3:15am in the morning the firm alarm went off, we were evacuated to the parking lot. Did not get back into room until after 4:00 am. At that point the light on the fire alarm kept flashing and the alarm beeped every few minutes. We had a race that morning, on very little sleep. Went down in the morning and there was no hot water for a cup of tea or was there an ice machine. It’s a nice place, glad that their was no fire but very unfortunate that are night was not so great.

We were very disappointed by this hotel in the one night we spent there. While it was very clean and the staff were friendly, it was incredibly overpriced for what it provided. The electric car chargers didn't work (according to the staff, they've never worked), the bed in the room was no better than a cot, the flimsy blinds on the window did almost nothing to block out the blazing lights from the parking lot, and the paper-thin walls meant we could hear the neighbors much too well. And the hotel offered no little amenities to make up for what it lacked -- even the lobby coffee machine was broken. Unless we hear about major changes, we will NOT be staying again.

They have refridgerator, cook top stove 2 burners. No cooking utensils. They do sell pots and pans for you to purchase at the check in. No plates or cups in room. No hangers for clothes. No hair dryer. Housekeeping was horrible. Had my sign out for 2 days to clean my room. Nothing. Apparently they don't work weekends. There was left over food in the one cabinet below the cooktop.

Just thought place was sub par for how nice it looked on-line. Bed was flimsy and uncomfortable. Blinds did not block out light from outside when sleeping at night. Toiletry items were very minimal. Now a days, hotels have a bigger variety in the room than this hotel did. Parking was tight. I guess I was just expecting more.

The room I stayed in had roaches. The first night there were 2. They were fully booked and had no other rooms available. The second night I came back to my room, flipped the lights on and they were everywhere. I’d say maybe 12-15. I killed them and checked my belongings to make sure I hadn’t missed any. Went to the front desk and requested a room change. The staff was very apologetic and immediately gave me a different room. This room didn’t have any issues.

I have to say I was disappointed in my stay here. I booked a room because I didn't want to stay with family and this was right up the street from them. It's a new hotel so I thought it would be great. So, I was beyond disappointed when I got back later that evening, stepped out of the shower and encounter several roaches. Now in their defense, I was on bottom floor in a unit by the door and it is Florida BUT.... to see more than 1 was concerning. I don't know if they were brought in by another guest- that's possible or if the pest control folks missed a spot. All I know is my family lives in Florida, has pest control, older houses and NO roaches. If pest control is done the bugs that slip through should not be moving. They did switch my room when I called front desk, however, that bed was smaller and not very comfortable. I was going to extend my stay when I first arrived but decided to just stay with family instead. The ladies at the front desk where very apologetic when I shared my experience- the night guy that changed my room- not so much. He didn't get that roaches in my room was a BAD thing. I will say the location is perfect, it's close to downtown and you really can walk to a lot of things. Hospital is close. There is ample free parking. The lobby seemed clean. I didn't eat or get any coffee there, but I think there was a coffee pot in lobby but not in rooms. I can't say I will stay there again when I go visit.

I was staying there because my father was in the hospital 2 blocks away. The staff went above and beyond during my stay. They even gave me a cheaper rate due to the fact that I was there because of a loved one being in the hospital. It was a very trying time and the staff did everything they could to help me.

The 3 issues that I found were that the vending machines were not labeled with prices, the over kill of lemon air freshener was a bit too much for me & there was no grab bar in the shower.

The whole hotel was spotless clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is one block away from the center of the action in Inverness. You may walk to the restaurants, movie theater, court, city building, and the old courthouse. The room was spacious and ultra clean. Highly recommend this place.

Check in was great with Chandler , there is NO BREAKFAST ,only bananas & apples.
So I bought Jimmy Dean breakfast sand for the mico in the morning, well the one in the wall was broke, and the one they had on the counter was broken also, so I went to the front desk and they had to do it in there breakroom, well they certainly , grumbled about having to do it 4 different times for all my sandwiches.
The manager didn't even care.
2 towels in the bathroom wow can you spare towels or breakfast, or checking your equipment, thank goodness I was one the first floor !!!!
