The cleaning folks were clearly doing as best as they could considering the property itself was in such poor repair. You could see the years (yes, years) of deferred maintenance. The bathtub had new tiles, but the grout and the caulk was so poorly adhered that it was not possible to clean. Both were in pieces and the bottom of the bathroom door and the trim around it was falling apart. The bathtub had pieces missing. The temperature control box for the HVAC did not work at all. It had the really old AC/heat units under the one window. They only had queen beds and although the mattress was no problem for me, my husband is older and it took over 1/2 hour to walk straight. I heard a number of other people complain as well during breakfast which the highlight of the stay as they had both waffles and sugar free syrup. They had an old-fashioned box on the nightstand where you plugged in your phone. We got continuous error messages on our phones: extremely slow charging -- with lights. The bathroom had tile floors, but the rest of the room had some sort of sticky plank tiles and I don't know if it was that they didn't use underlayment or what, but they sweat - ooh nasty. Their restaurant was permanently closed and there was somethin wrong with the pool. When we arrived, I walked up to the counter - no greeting, no welcome - she was on the phone with one of her family/friends. So I would call it the low-quality inn which would be the same quality as the kind that rent by the month.

This is the worst hotel experience I had ever had. The first room was filthy. The fridge had mold in it, the floor looked as though it hadn’t been washed in some time, to the point your feet stuck to it. The shower handle was not attached neither was the soap dispenser in the shower. Just so much to list. The second room was much better so we completed our stay there. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The gazebo someone had a party one night and the remnants of the party were left unattended for days. With empty beer cases and bottle tops left all over. It is extremely obvious that the staff nor the management really care about the property. My wife and I had reservations for December which we canceled. I can definitely say we won’t be back or wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

After booking a king bed handicap room, we were told they overbooked and the best we could get was 2 queens. Hallways were very musty smelling, and the carpets were in dire need of a good vacuuming. They did have dehumidifiers in the hallways to combat the wet smell?

The front desk clerk didn’t know how to process and check us in or make a duplicate key. He kept telling us to come back in 5 mins.

The floor in the room was mopped w a soar towel. It had a very strong oder. He was kind enough to not charge us for our dogs, because he didn’t have any there to clean it up.

This hotel was dirty and smelly. The public hallways had trash in them and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the remote didn’t work properly and the laundry room had wood pieces and stuff all in the floor. It was priced higher than other hotels in the area that are nicer.

Requested Room above first floor. They were not accommodating and said we could switch rooms tomorrow morning. once we got to our room on 1st floor we found not 1 but 2 cockroaches in sink in bathroom. We said something the next morning ans were told, you are in the South. They wanted us to take pur luggage and leave room empty and request different room that evening and we said no, we would switch rooms we returned that evening. When we returned. Tbey said there were no other rooms available, it went down hill from there. Would not recommend this place

DISGUSTING. We moved from our first room due to the dog urine that was staining the walls. Second room had dirty, sticky floors; and I wouldn't allow my daughter to remove her shoes, and insisted she wear socks at night. The swimming pool is supposed to be heated, but it’s not. I tried several different days to go down and go swimming and the water was cold and then the pool man said while it warms up once you’ve been in there for a while. The man at the desk and Indian man was extremely rude to me. I will not be back.

Room was clean, smelled like they cleaned with bleach. There were no curtains only a very thin shade that did not stop sunlight or car lights from coming in at night and hotel is on a busy main rd. Also, there was some type of loud noice (ice machines?, washer dryers?) above our room which was constantly disruptive. The beds were older firm. Sheets and pillows were very nice and soft. Bathroom was clean. The hotel staff was pleasant. Doubt I would stay there again, but worked on short notice and was pet friendly.

Didn’t have our room cleaned bc the facility was so dirty, I cleaned the room myself. No phone in the room to contact desk. A pile of nasty mess sat in the same place entry to laundry room for our entire stay. We both ended up with random bites on our bodies overnight. The corridors had a moldy aroma. Most of the staff was friendly, but it felt like they were “put out” when we asked for towels for the pool. Advertised as a place with a restaurant and a bar but had neither.
