Cotton linen made for a good sleep. Room clean but very dated.
The air conditioning was okay and parking was fine.
Would have liked the vegetarian breakfast that was advertised but I guess good coffee is vegetarian.

Room was tired and old. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room so I couldn’t keep our cooler items cold, and no breakfast available. For a Red Rood Inn PLUS I can’t begin to imagine what the “plus” is for. Would not choose this location again.

The lock on the inside of the entry door looked like it was literally ripped off. Why would they rent a room with this defective safety item?
I was given another room with no problem. This room had a working lock, but the room was not sound proof. I could hear my neighbor.

First off, get here late at night after 7 hours of driving…they couldn’t find my Reservation 😵‍💫. After almost 3o minutes it was resolved. No place to safely walk your dog here. But if in the area, we will stay here. Some sketchy stuff going on in area though. Be Safe!

Lady that checked me in was very short kinda rude. I worked all day drove 5 hours to get here went to take a shower and there's no soap to wash. Went to front desk still no soap. I will definitely stay at Red Roof Inn's again. The room was comfortable and the price was right. Felt safe, the parking lot is lit all night. Only down side was the soap dispenser was empty in the shower, so my body got a shampoo!

You get what you pay for. It was just a place to rest our heads during along commute. We were placed on the bottom floor and needed to block the door with a chair while we slept for safety precautions. There was a small group of people that were partying 4 doors down and we could smell pot.

The internet did not connect at the desk in room 108, and the roof safe was broken. The internet connected great in the office, and spotty standing at the door of room 108. Internet coverage needs to be better. When asked about the room safe, the attendant told me they were all broken.
Overall, the hotel is great for a pet with lots of greenspace for walking. With the exception of the two issues above I would give an excellent rating.

Reception was friendly and very helpful. Room was well appointed with mini fridge, microwave, a safe for valuables, and quick internet connection. Beds were very comfortable.

Red Roof is conveniently located just off Rte 77, has easy parking, and is handy to local restaurants.

The room had been freshly painted.
We love staying here for the easy access and the rooms are always really clean.
This time though the TV had not been connected and the fresh paint on the door made it difficult to open.
I have to have a ground floor room. I believe that they let me have the room, before remodel was complete. Im very grateful for that.
My hubby could open door with a little extra strength. I really missed the TV as i sleep with one on.

Normally I don't review, but I think it might helpful to share the fact that they've got poor management and not given enough respect to their guests. As I was offended by the manager, I contacted Red Roof guest relations, they replied my request 15 days later, a week after I've checked out and informed \"unable to offer any resolution. The matter is considered closed with our office and unable to further assist\" First time I hear a case is closed or resolved through single party. I have been loyal guest of this hotel for many times, but completely disappointed by their poor management style recently. The manager talked to me in a manner like I'm his son or someone he can give order to. He probably owns the hotel, but it's community and travellers rise him up. I've been to many countries and feel astonished to be treated in hospitality industry in the best country of the world . He has never in person apologize for what his improper manner and rude communication style. A big surprise, and I promise myself will not visit this place again.

This was the worst hotel stay in my life. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed cover had cigarette burns in it. The TV didn't work correctly. The plumbing was broke under the sink. The shelf was falling off the wall. The lamp was rusty. The ironing board had snot or something on it. The ceiling popcorn was coming off. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall. Mold smell was terrible. I would never stay at this location again. Red Rood, this was your last chance. I kept trying to give you another try but this was the last. Completely unacceptable.

I really like this Red Roof plus. I can walk to a Chinese restaurant, or a grocery store even have pizza or Italian food. All with in walking distance. There's a circle K about 100 yards up the street to fill the tank and get coffee in the early morning.

Seems to be in a cell service dead zone. Could barely get service for my cell, and their wifi stunk...I spend part of the evening in their lobby doing work as that was the only place I could get wifi to work.

Room smelled incredibly damp/mildewy. Mediocre cleaning job. Depending on what side of the property your room faces, you have a storage facility (quiet) or a freeway (not quiet).

Would not stay here again, mostly because of the way the room smelled. I'm shocked none of us woke up with a headache the next morning.

had book two rooms through hotels.com, they had no record of two rooms. finally gave me a second room i paid they gave me two sets of keys,all was good then got a phone called to come to desk got there and she said she only charged me for one room i said $115 was for one room she said yes so they charged me another $91, but then at 10:00 got a phone call asking if i was going to check in told her i already had. got home pulled out my print out when i made reservation did ask for two rooms and was quoted $183.24 it was a mess very stay at red roof again ceiling was peeling noise was real bad and hard beds wa not very happy staff is so mixed up
