Very pricey for a severely outdated hotel. We had to switch rooms due to water damage (bubbling wall, falling trim, and an odd smell). The phones didn’t work to reach the front desk when we needed towels. No smart TVs—just basic cable with no guide. The second room’s bathroom floors were dirty with grime and there were hairs on the toilet, though the bed and sheets were clean. Overall, not worth the price and many positive reviews feel misleading.

The room was roomy! The bathroom was roomy! But in the middle of the night, with no nightlight, it was an 8’ walk from the door of the bathroom to the toilet with my hand outstretched in front of me - so a nightlight would be appreciated.
An advertised hot breakfast was disappointing. The oatmeal is placed inside a plastic bag liner and it was almost empty so when I tried to scoop the oatmeal, the liner came with. So I went for cold cereal. No milk. Went for a hot drink- had to wait for fresh coffee and no tea offered. No fresh fruit. But the waffles are decent.

The parking area was not safe. Several pick up tricks were broken into over night. The beds were horrible and usually Hampton beds are the best. These were slanted to one side, not comfortable. The pillows were just as bad. The luggage carts were awful. Snapped like a triangle. Couldn’t put much on them, Awkward to steer. The staff was very nice and polite. A a regnant customer, was not pleased with our stay at all.

For me, the primary criteria for a good stay is cleanliness. I am immediately pleased when my room is clean and no evidence of bugs. The rest of the details fall in line behind that. My room was near the ice machine so I did hear people getting ice, but nothing I couldn't deal with. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and professional. Outback is in the parking lot and a kind of fun pizza buffet is just across the street. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.
