Room 222 experienced a significant about of plumbing noise of some kind. It was annoying but luckily was not there during sleeping hours.

Breakfast was very nice. Front desk personnel spoke enough English. Lighting in the bathroom was better than some hotels. Nice bed, nice shower. Biggest complaint: very worn towels. One of the bath towels even had a 3\" tear in it. There was also a large stain on the carpet in the room.

I sent an email 48 hours before check in, nobody replied me black. I called them 2 hours before my check in asking food from the restaurant when I arrived, they said \" Sorry we forgot your dinner\". finding a place at 1 am there is not that easy.

La pileta exterior y la climatizada muy lindas. Lamentablemente por falta de tiempo,no pudimos usarlas.
Desayuno muy completo.
Tambien cenamos en el hotel, muy bien atendidos, la comida rica y abundante.
Sin dudas, volvería a alojarme.

Estuve solo una noche por lo tanto no pude evaluar demasiado. Si puedo decir que se escucha los ruidos de las habitaciones y sobre todo la descarga de los baños.
En el desayuno seria conveniente jamon crudo y el jamon cocido de mejor calidad. Los panificados pienso que deben cortarse mas finos, solo para el cuidado de la salud, asi se come menos pan.

Las instalaciones están muy bien. Destaco sobretodo la excelente atención de los mozos de la confitería.

Lo que no me gustó, es mas, me molestó mucho fue que estando cenando con mi familia el sábado a la noche en el restaurant vino (según nos informaron luego) el gerente del hotel y se puso a ver el partido de River en la televisión que había en ese sector a todo volumen impidiendo a la gente que estábamos cenando ahí seguir manteniendo una conversación con nuestras familias.
Me pareció una falta total de respeto hacia todos los comensales que comenzamos a mirarnos porque no podíamos creer la situación y peor cuando nos enteramos que esa persona era el gerente. Muy mal gusto. Una lástima porque el personal del restaurant siempre fue super atento y servicial con nosotros.

Una gran decepción

Escogimos el hotel porque en teoría contaba con servicios que se anuncian en las apps de reservas, pero al llegar nos encontramos con que la piscina interior estaba en mantenimiento, no contaban con servicio de alquiler de autos, el spa no es del hotel es de un tercero y la habitación aunque se parecía a la ofrecida en las fotos, no cuenta con tina de hidromasaje como lo anuncian y lo muestran en las fotos, adicionalmente tuvimos mala experiencia con la limpieza, las sábanas de las camas estaban sucias, nos cambiaron a otra habitación y en esta el estado de las sábanas de una de las camas estaba peor, como era solo por una noche decidimos dejar así, pero la verdad más allá de una disculpa no recibimos y el valor que se paga no corresponde con la calidad. En cuanto al servicio, todos muy amables en especial el personal del restaurante.

Buenos días... al llegar al hotel me dirijo a realizar el check in y me doy con la atención de una señorita llamada JENNIFER la cual me comunica que no existe dicha reserva siendo esta que estaba en todos mis correos.. fue tan desagradable la atención despectiva por parte de ella que de ultima nos sugiere una habitación NO LA RESERVADA accedemos y se trataba no d una habitación matrimonial sino dos camas simples....
