It was a lovely room with loads of space, very comfortable bed. I got room service which came quite quickly and it was very good. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice. Great quality too. 😀

I can't fault the room, it was really excellent and good value for the price. But the rest of the hotel is a real muddle.

It is not possible to find the parking, you have to park on the street and walk into reception. They will give you a laminated page of instructions - obviously this happens many times every day - but even with these it is difficult to find.

There is no food or room service before 8.30pm so you have to hang around, hungry. The pool is ok, nice temperature and views, but it is showing its age and only open 9 to 9.

Decent hotel but not even close to 5 Star.

A proper 5 ☆ hotel

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The enormous bath towels were very welcome as was the dressing gown for after showering. Once I worked out how to use the very large rainforest shower, the water was just the right temperature and not too fierce. The underground parking is spacious and secure and the cost was included in the room price a nice surprise. I didn't have breakfast because at 20€ I thought it a bit pricey. Having said that, I
would recommend the hotel and would stay there again when in Zaragoza without hesitation.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was well done. Made to order eggs. Fresh juice. It was a 35 minute walk to old Zaragoza, but it was an easy walk with fun shops along the way.

Overall outstanding. Except for the pool area. Handle to get inside the pool was lose and unsteady. Jacuzzi was not warm enough to enjoy it and the wooden floor needs repair and replacements. Looks old and unkept

the hotel was in the outskirts of the city center. it took about 20 minutes by cab to see the monuments and the tapas spots. the room itself was large and consisted of a separate closet area, living room and bedroom but there were water spots on cups, the bathroom (although large) was dark and the flooring was just slabs of marble laid down on the foundation, so if you weren't careful the tiles of the flooring moved :( my husband and I were just grateful it was just us and not the children. the staff in lobby was very kind but the restaurant staff was very irritable.

I stay here every time I visit Zaragoza, at least once a year. Still very happy with the quality and service. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Location suits me perfectly although note it is outside the centre of the city. No complaints.

A chic busy business hotel.

This hotel prides itself in its chic design. The crossover point is when chic design eclipses usefulness and comfort. I believe this hotel crosses that line. Loads of bits and bobs to give a high class feel, but you do something pretty basic like visit the loo ... you find the cheapest and thinest toilet paper imaginable!!

Underwhelmed

Had to change room as blind stopped working. This is the the fourth time we have stayed and the rooms are now becoming tired and shabby plus side.... the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast disappointing didn't replenish items that had been used up. Now have a coffee machine which is ok but the tea is terrible cold and for an international hotel it is poor not put a sign out to tell you which tea is which Staff surly and miserable would be nice to have service with a smile.

Great hotel but did not like location...

The hotel is a very large hotel right by a big mall with restaurants and movie theaters. We were not into shopping and had very little time for it. We wanted to visit the Old Town and walk through the cobbled streets. Although the hotel is a great selection it might be too far from the Old Town if you want to walk around. It is in a rather industrial/residential location that does not offer any attraction nearby.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as a part of a business trip. It's only a 10 minute tram ride from downtown, and is most definitely the most modern hotel in Zaragoza.

The hotel staff was lovely and attentive (there weren't too many guests while I was there in late-June) while the shopping, restaurants, and easy transport options nearby was ideal.

Only downside is that it's a short distance away from the main attractions in Zaragoza, but I wasn't fussed at all by the 10 minute tram ride to the main Basilica (and only about a 5 minute tram ride to downtown)

Enjoyed my stay here. Very nice modern \"designer\" room, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as was the dinner in the Cafe, very good value for €20 for three courses with wine. The top floor jacuzzi and small pool are very nice. I had the slight feeling of Marie Celeste when I was there - it was a Sunday night - with few other visible guests (may also reflect quietness of hotel). Location is in a suburban residential neighbourhood but hotel is part of a complex next to cinemas and shops, which is quite handy. A bit of a way out from Zaragoza city centre but the helpful front desk staff eventually pointed me in the right direction of the tram stop 10 mins walk away. Slept well and would recommend it and stay again myself, especially as it was great value.

Nice Selection and convenient location

Staff was great and breakfast was very nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but i would not consider it a 5-star facility. Still, no hesitation on recommending it. Mama's pizza around the corner was a great place for a causal dinner. Use the public parking lot behind the hotel. paid 6euros a night for parking vs. 20euro at the hotel (staff suggested this). Loved my trip to Andora!!

Great hotel next to shopping mall

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights while we visited family in Zaragoza.
The hotel's location is excellent as it is next to a big shopping mall with access to entertainment, food, shopping, and bus routes. We had rented a car so it was also convenient as the hotel has dedicated underground parking (Note: this was an extra cost). Although if you would rather be in the centre of town or near the 'old part' of Zaragoza, you should look at a different hotel.

The room itself has an interesting layout - the bathroom is integrated with the room a-la-open plan with sliding doors to use for privacy. The bathroom was very generous, the shower amazing.
The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of room to move around and organize ourselves.

Overall I recommend this hotel for all sorts of guests, families, friends, couples and business people.

Nice hotel. Not central, but nice neighbourhood and well located for my visit. Plenty of shops & restaurants nearby.

As with many modern hotels, the design of the rooms seemed to favour form over function.

Great for business. Amazing service. The neighborhood is away from the city center so there are a lot of families and not much to do or sightsee in free time. Restaurants are close. The gym facilities next door is wonderful.

Food was really excellent and reasonably priced in this boutique hotel. We had dinner bed and breakfast for less than 100 euros per person in a 5* hotel. Staff were also very helpful when I asked for some toiletries I had forgotten to bring.

5* Is right!

Though slightly awkward to access, Due to the one way road system and parking. I parked in a little car park across the street rather than try and find my way to the car park around the one way system. A problem I have encountered in Zaragoza before! My only -ve was that the WiFi was poor in my room on the end of the 9th floor. I had a good breakfast, they cook to order as well as the well supplied buffet. Bar service was attentive and the food I eat there good, fair price too.

Form and function under one roof .

The hotel is aesthetically appealing , very modern and attractive to the eye .

Amazing room , we were on 7th floor , with all electric blinds and a glass walled bathroom , and glass sinks in the huge bedroom .

Ultra modern and fantastic value .

parking was free and in a secure underground car park

Air con was silent even on full blast .

Zaragossa doesn't have much to offer in itself, but the stop over enroute to Valencia , was worthwhile just to stay at this hotel.

Hotel ist ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Alles ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, ansonsten sind die Zimmer aber geräumig und ansprechend. Die Umgebung bietet alles was man braucht, ins Zentrum der Stadt ist es jedoch recht weit.

I stayed at Hotel Reina Petronila in Zaragoza with a friend, and overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel is pleasant and offers good service, but in my opinion, it feels more like a solid 4-star hotel rather than a true 5-star experience.

The breakfast, for example, was decent but didn’t stand out in any way—it lacked the variety or quality you might expect at a higher-end establishment. The SPA apartment on the top floor could definitely use an upgrade, and the way the hotel manages access to the pool, gym, and sauna without providing towels to guests is something that needs improvement.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and service-minded, and the cleaning was as expected. We got a good deal on our stay, so the value for money was acceptable. The location is a bit outside the city center and the historic old town, but public transportation is cheap and easily accessible, so this wasn’t an issue.

All in all, I might consider staying here again—especially if I can get a good rate—but I hope the hotel addresses some of the details that currently fall short of 5-star expectations.

Fue terrible mi noche, porque se fue la luz en el cuarto como a las 24 horas de la noche y solo después de más de 2 horas me e we cambiándome de cuarto. Otra situación que se me presentó es que venden un hotel con Internet, pero la realidad es que no funciona, no pude conectarme nunca con el internet del hotel , lo que ocasionó demoras en mis reuniones de trabajo.
