EVERYTHING was perfect... cleanliness, their staff, breakfast was limited on their choices but it was still delicious. One thing that both my husband and I didn't like was that we were on the third floor and they did not have any elevator lol. It might be an older building.. but my husband is a disabled vet.. so it was giving him a hard time on his legs to go up the stairs to our room. We were there for a limited time but our overall stay was amazing.. minus the stairs lol.. Thank you so much. The front desk ladies.. they're amazing and super friendly!!

We had a reservation for a week which was paid in full in advance. Upon arrival we were notified that we didn't have a room available since the check in was not completed on time. Front desk was unhelpful and rude. The hotel refused services to you and we ended up having to nook another hotel. In other words, the hotel was paid 2x for the same room. It is absolutely disgusting. Also, they were very questionable individuals in and out of the hotel while we were at the front desk and the smell of marijuana was everywhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

The only reason I did not give this a 5 star was because it was a little dated. But do not let this deter you from staying. It's simple, the LOCATION and accessiblity to everything is nothing short of amazing. The facilities were clean and the staff was very responsive to anything needed or asked.

BED BUGS! I wish I had found them BEFORE sleeping in the bed! I should have known. The room was dingy, the bed was lumpy with failing springs and the coffee maker didnt even work. The tub dripped all night and the highway noise made it into the room without issue. This hotel should not be recommended.

There was no remote in the room so we called the front desk and it took two calls to finally receive a remote, only to find out the tv itself didn't work. That was very inconvenient since the heating unit to the room was incredibly loud and sounded like an old car starting up every 5 minutes. The three of us got no sleep the night before a big ski day. The bed was moderately comfortable

When we arrived, the toilet was flushing slowly. My son went to use the bathroom and the toilet overflowed. We were on our way back to the room so he called the front desk. Their solution was to bring up towels to soak it up and left it for my 17-year-old son to clean up himself. When I arrive back at the hotel, I went down to the front desk after waiting for someone from the staff to come up and clean the fecal matter off of the bathroom floor. The girl at the front desk gave me a plunger to work on it. No one from the staff ever came to address the issue in our room. I called and reported getting a refund and have not heard back from anyone from Expedia. I need to hear back or I will fight the charge.

Customer service was great. Property upkeep is very poor; the linens were threadbare and discolored, there were stains on one set of sheets, there was a stench of old cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room, the carpet in the entry way was separating away from the wall and you could see the sub floor, one of the lampshades was missing off the bedside table lamp and one of the window panes was cracked fully horizontal across leaking cold air into the room. It was a place to rest our heads for a last minute booking during a busy holiday time, but do yourself a favor and book at the Best Western for just a few dollars more. If it weren’t for the pleasant customer service, I would have given 1 star.

The only real downside of my stay would be the breakfast. I don't think that this should make a difference with the stay though considering the bargain to stay here versus other places near by that cost more and you do not get a free breakfast at all. My room was clean and it was quiet, which is amazing with how close to I-70 you are.

So many thing's. I checked in online, but got there and they made me pay for 1 room twice. Staff very usless. Sat behind desk on cell phone, under a blanket, wouldn't get up and help anyone . Rooms unpleasant, heater so loud it woke you up every time it kicked on. TV bad color, hard to see. Room keys would only work a time or 2 then they would have to make new ones. Pillows looked like shredded foam. Breakfast basically non existent. We would have prefered to not stay but we had pre paid for these rooms

The shower dripped, it was dirty and the room smelled very unclean and musty. So incredibly noisy ! We ended up leaving at 5:30 am because we couldn't take it with the noise from the other hotel guests. The carpets on the stairs are thread bare and torn.

This wasn’t a great super 8. Our door didn’t close properly and you had to SLAM it in order for it to latch. Luckily we checked each time we left, but we left super early and couldn’t close it properly because we didn’t want to wake everyone up. The room itself was fine however the AC didn’t really work so it made for a really uncomfortable and hot sleep since it was July. I would stay here again if the AC had worked.

The best thing about this Super 8 Motel is the price, at the low end of Summit County lodging. The staff seems very nice, but the physical plant is old and worn, with the toilet area about the same size as found on passenger airliners, small. I'm sure that the staff does the best that they can with this old and very worn property. They keep it as clean as they can and fix the problems as they arise, but they don't have a great foundation to work with. I wouldn't recommend this facility to friends or family and will plan to spend a little more money on lodging the next time that I stay in Summit County. My grade for this property is a solid D and the staff gets a strong B, but that's not enough to average to a C. This is just one person's opinion based on one night's stay, so it could be better or it could be worse for you.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt obligated after my stay here. The hotel was not clean—carpets throughout the building were visibly dirty, the curtains in my room were stained, and the towels looked like they hadn’t been white in years. It gave the whole place a grimy, unkempt feel that made me question how well anything was being cleaned.

Even worse, what looked like a secure side entrance (with a key card reader) was completely unsecured—anyone could just walk in without a key. That’s a major safety issue, especially for guests traveling alone. I didn’t feel safe staying here, and I definitely won’t be back. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I’m shocked that Wyndham would put their name on this property. It’s dirty, worn-out, and extremely outdated—the carpet alone looks straight out of the 1970s. I could list countless needed improvements, but even the basics are neglected. It’s disappointing that, in a location where vacancies are rare, there seems to be no effort to make this hotel truly habitable. Very disappointing experience.

Sink by bathroom very difficult to turn off, could not tell what direction what each temperature due to no markings. This place is rough and run down. If you are in a pinch, get in and get out. Bathroom ceiling had black model growing where an obvious water leak had occurred, towels were dirty with stains and bed sheets had dirt on them. We arrived late and left very early as overall it just made our skin crawl.

The room was very 1980 but relatively clean. However, it is clearly a hotel for construction workers. The breakfast area needs serious help. The shower changes temp from hot to cold frequently. The shrubs outside need maintenance to see clearly in both directions in the road. The surrounding area is super cute with plenty of eating options. Ovwrall, if it’s just for the night, it’s totally doable.

Where do I start? Never have I stayed in a place that is so rundown throughout my travels. There were numerous stains not only on the carpet but also the bath towels as well.The shower faucet was leaking and could not be fully turned off. It was very hard to adjust the water temp. And last but not least, there were several of the residents, smoking pot and drinking beer in the vestibule leading to the back parking lot in plain sight of the lobby. The two ladies check-in clerks were typically on their cell phones watching videos and did not seem to care about pot being smoked on the premises.

I stayed for only one night. The room was small, but I really didn't need much space. Two problems ... the fan in the wall heating unit was very loud and interfered with sleeping, and the clock radio kept producing static noise, which I was not able to mute. I eventually unplugged the clock radio and inserted earplugs, which allowed me to sleep. One other problem ... the in room coffee maker didn't work.

On a positive note, I am an Army veteran, and there was a parking space close to the front door reserved for veterans ... much appreciated.
