Difficult to check in as no one attends the reception desk. The shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were empty. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The atmosphere is a little cold. The night was cool so I left the heater running. It was so loud that I was repeatedly awakened by the noise and eventually turned it off making the room chilly when I got up.

Pictures are deceiving and so are the reviews. The shower was cold it had to run for 6 min to get warm. I was locked in the c bathroom because a screw was loose in the handle. The body soap was empty and I had to go back to desk clerk twice for him to get some out of the closet. He told me they had none and after I insisted he opened a closet and got some out. The bread was left over night in the buffet and was dry.

A perfectly serviceable motel with a clean room and friendly staff. Good place to sleep at low cost. Check-in is unavailable after 10pm, which may inhibit late travelers. The room itself was fine, nothing that inhibited comfort or use, but not in perfect condition. One lamp would not turn on, there were exposed, dusty holes where cables used to be in the entertainment center, and the overall construction was shoddy. Loose doors, a misaligned latch, leaky sink, and the majority of it seemed to be made of sturdy but cheap particle board. Again, nothing harmful, dirty, or inhibiting, but noticeable. Again though, if it keeps costs down then it's surely worth it.

The room had lots of open space, the thermostat was easy to adjust to a comfortable temperature, parking was close and convenient, the shower had good water pressure and heat and the water was soft so you actually feel clean. I enjoyed staying in an independent hotel. Would stay again!

Unfortunately, left too early for the breakfast service. Parking was right outside our door, making it easy to unload or to leave items in the truck. Very affordable, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Loved the laminate flooring instead of carpet, very clean. We have stayed there every year, I would recommend to anyone traveling.

The room had an overpowering odor. Something like a very strong room deodorizer.
The walls were very dusty and the shower door could use a good scrubbing.
There wasn't any jam or peanut butter in the breakfast room but the waffles were very yummy.
This is an older motel with access to the units on the outside of the building. It has two stories but no elevator but we were accommodated with rooms on the lower floor. Parking was convenient as it was directly outside of the units.
The flooring in the units had been ungraded and other attempts at improvements and repairs were roughly done.
Bedding was adequate, bed wasn't unbearable, and linens were clean.
Our stay was one night so we weren't looking for expensive accommodations so this motel was an acceptable price.

The room was extremely disgusting, blood stains on toilet, microwave, gross with crusty food on top of it, mini fridge had dead bugs in it. Bed had black stains on the covers. Shower curtain black, TV was so dusty just the entire room. Kept our shoes on because the floors where sticky with crusty stains on it. Parking was okay, Afraid to try the breakfast after seeing how nasty the room we stayed at was. Manager Did not even offer a sincere apology or even a $5.00 credit! All he did was come with a rag and bleach to clean only the toilet that had blood stains on it.

The floor of the room was filthy. Having linoleum doesn't mean you just sweep it occasionally, it needs to be mopped. The floor was sticky. I took a wet hand towel and turned it black cleaning the floor, proving that it had not been mopped in months, if ever. The bathroom was clean, except the floor, and the sheets were changed.

breakfast was very solid and owner gave very good dinner recommendations. prices in Dillon for all properties are quite high > 175 per night for some unknown reason so a bit pricey for quality of motel but I would stay here again

I arrived late and the lobby was closed. Room key was left out for me but when I got to the room there was no toilet paper or hand soap. Since no staff was around there wasn’t anyone to ask. I don’t expect fancy but I do think there are your basic necessities when renting a room.
