First night there a downstairs room below us burnt popcorn or toast & the smell came up into our unit & the smell woke us up as it wafted through pipes & cabinetry. We panicked bc we thought maybe there was a fire or smoke but there wasn’t. We still called the unattended front desk after hours & didn’t get any answer, so we told the front desk about that the next morning. Also, 2 of the 4 nights we stayed the security alarm was tripped & going off on the 1st floor all night.

Room was clean, convenient, terrific to have a working kitchen, good sized fridge, huge dining table & 2 couches. Made our stay so much nicer.

We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure

Room was clean. Cute small kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, some dishes, coffeemaker, etc. Had larger bathroom than expected. Had small samples of shampoo but no conditioners. Had some of my own. According to desk, the inn was a former farm house from the 1800s so don't expect a modern new place. Parking was fine.

The room studio is clean, the wood from the construction get used very quickly, staff is nice. The area is quite. People who get there are families. There is a pool and spa, but I didn't get the chance to use them because it was closed. There is no breakfast at the premises, so ypu will have to go to a restaurant/diner nearby.

The kitchen was great. There was a paper clip left on the balcony I thankfully saw before the toddler went out there! The helpful items (pack and play, highchair) offered to me prior to check in i asked for pack and play, but when I opened it was dirty stained on the side. No problem i said to myself but I will call for high chair so I did, but didn’t receive it until 1pm the next day. We also didn’t appreciate the lack of available extra towels when needed even at night. And finally and the most inconvenient was the distance needed to travel on foot to reach our vehicle. Other than all that we loved it!

The room was a studio that could do with a refresh. The balcony was very nice. The room had a strange musty smell that wouldnt go away. The toilet was so close to the tub that it was awkward to use. Bedspread and sheets were very thin. However, parking was easy and it was convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff were nice.

Felt at home. Well, actually better than home.

It was a really nice trip and would love to stay longer sometime. The room was clean and spacious. I had everything I needed if I wanted to bring in my own groceries and cook, but I was only there for a few days and chose to dine out. The mattress is firm, so if you're used to soft it may be an adjustment. Water got good and hot. Property is managed well, and grounds are very well taken care of. I will definitely stay again if I get the opportunity.

This hotel offers a peaceful and quiet retreat. While it's a little bit outdated, the rooms are pretty clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to spread out.
A big plus is the inclusion of a kitchen in every room (as far as I could tell), which more than makes up for the lack of a formal breakfast service and allows for significant savings on meals.
The staff is nice and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, a lot of small things need attention or fixing throughout the property.
The very quiet location is great for relaxation, but you'll definitely want to plan your free time and activities beforehand, as amenities and attractions aren't immediately nearby.
Overall Rating: 4.5/5 Stars.
A solid choice for those who appreciate quiet, space, and the convenience of an in-room kitchen.

This was a stay with my adult daughter and friend. We only stayed one night as we were in the area for a show. The room had a musty smell to it when we walked in so we opened the door and turned on the ac to air it out which seemed to help a bit. There was one double bed and a pullout sofa. The bed was okay but the pullout was absolutely terrible. The thinnest \"mattress\" I'd ever seen and when you laid on it you could feel every spring. I think my daughter would have been better off just sleeping on the sofa. I don't think we'd stay here again.

I was prepared to be disappointed because the Resort is on the main road, but I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully quiet our room was! Parking was a breeze, and the water recreation options were unexpected! I went for a swim at the yacht club, wished I'd had time to take out a paddle board. The room was lovely; clean, comfortable and super practical with the mini kitchen. Great location - easy, short drive to the center of town.

So I guess I was disappointed that the sheets were old and stained w sweat, there was no drinking water in the room and the amenities were only open 9 AM to 9 PM with the inconvenience of having to leave your license to have the key to use them. Oh, and the sauna doesn’t really heat up enough. overall just seem like they didn’t really Want to provide hospitality or care about their property degrading in condition. I wouldn’t stay again.

Very noisey , hardly slept. This was all above us.

We complained eatrly in the evening around 5. Desk girl said she would be there till ten. Noise started again at ten thirty. Sounded like a herd of elephant above us. Lasted through 6 am
No sleep not happy.

I loved the different building and that they all had balconies.
We were there for a wedding in town and our family had different units. Understand the indoor pool, but I prefer the outdoors when swimming. Kids loved the pool though. Too nice to be indoors when we were there.

The Staff was very friendly, the building and grounds were dated but in good condition. On papaer it looked the docks were on or near the main buildings but they were 1.5 miles away.
the smoking area was between our room and the parking lot. So it seemed there was always someone sitting or standing there smoking when we walked back and forth from the car, which was uncomfortable

We had a great stay at this hotel! Perfect little place with everything you need. Coffee was available in the room and downstairs by the desk and the room we stayed in had a fridge, microwave, stovetop, and all the cookware and glassware you need. It's definitely an older property but that is what gives it it's charm. Our TV did not work in our room but was not a huge deal. Front desk staff were kind and flexible. Would absolutely stay again and use the pool next time, it closes at 9p.

Dirty, musty, dark, walls, doors filthy. Bed had 4 long black hairs. I don’t know what they use for cleaning solutions but I would say maybe they just used water. So tired of these dirty hotels. All done with vrbo, Expedia and all these other sites that promote how wonderful and clean these hotels & houses are. So tired of traveling with my own cleaning products.

While the property had a nice heated pool, saunas for men and women, and was tucked in a nice area, the property is older. As a lite sleeper, I heard everything. The beds are a bit worn too.

We had a really great stay for Valentine’s Day weekend. Only complaint we have is we both had sore backs after 2 nights, the beds are not comfortable at all. We talked about going back a few times a year but the beds may be enough of a reason not to unfortunately. The staff and everything else were wonderful!

Little gem in Wolfeboro

This hotel was strategically located from downtown Wolfeboro. Our unit had 2 bedrooms. It was quiet, nicely heated, clean, and sported a small kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The furniture was older with scratches, but for the price, it was worth it. The land was walkable bordering a golf course. We had a lovely deck overlooking some great playground equipment for kids. We will return.
