The windows were not sound proof! Lots of noise coming in. Couldn’t sleep well. Woke up at 4 am with the very high volume of Ezan

I love when you book at a Hilton property and know it will live up to the standard one expects. We arrived later in the evening and after a full day of driving and sightseeing, it was lovely to be able to know everything would clean and comfortable.
The room was well designed, confortable sheets and bed (though it was a small double and not a queen or king). Crabtree and Evelyn shower products. Lovely view.

The property is great. Staff are friendly and trying to help. Room size great and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean.
The dinner at hotel’s restaurant was not good quality. Unfortunately, the food didn’t taste good.

It provided what you can expect from a chain hotel. Basic and clean, cero charm or personality and outside of the beautiful old city center. But functional.

Clean, quite and safe hotel with a lot of amenities.
definitely a must stay in Safranbolu.

This is a very nice hotel, spacious ,clean with great amenities, comfortable beds, updated bathroom, great staff, and complementary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay of 2 nights in it. Highly recommend it to all.
Vivien
very friendly staff, lots of dinning options

We booked one night at the hotel for a King bed accessible room with 431sq ft size on Jan 31-Feb 1. However, the front desk staff assigned us to a much smaller king bed room with only 269 sq ft size. We were told something like “the rooms were same or something like not available “. We didn’t realize until we checked into the room. It’s much smaller than we expected. The only reason we booked this hotel is its king bed accessible with large size room listed on its reservations and we paid for it. We talked to a manager next day and we were told he would look into what happened, but we haven’t heard anything from the hotel since then. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent!!!
We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Safranbolu for 3 nights and it was amazing. Thanks go to management and personnel whose primary concern was customer satisfaction. Rich breakfast, scenery of mountains and traditional Safranbolu houses, also amenities were perfect. Hotel is located 5 - 10 min. drive to old bazaar where you can spend time eating, shopping etc. Don't forget to drink Turkish coffee in old hundred years' cafes.

Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff welcoming. Room was very nice and clean. All covid measures being taken seriously. Breakfast was very nice and a good selection of options. We ate our evening meals at the hotel too and they were really nice.
Faissal
A very good hotel to stay in Safranbolu, not far from the city center, clear and nice.

The hotel is nice and clean. Somewhat far from historic center but it’s ok, located in the nice area. The only downside we could not use the gym. I understand about covid restrictions but it could be done by appointment or slotted time
Andy
New, modern and quiet hotel
New, good quality rooms and very quiet hotel. During COVID the rooms are cleaned and sealed until you arrive.
Break was simple but good, and more than enough food.
Several great restaurants nearby - I recommend Peron Steakhouse and Cafe Solo. There was a large parking lot across the street for

Maybe it's the best hotel in Safranbolu. Great breakfast, kind people.

Insufficient staff at check in counter, lack of communication skill in English, breakfast can be improved
Omar
Excellent hotel and top facilities. Not to forget to mention that the staff are very helpful and nice. Amazing rooms very neat and clean. Overall my stay in this hotel was amazing and i will recommend this Hotel to everyone coming to Safranbolu
Ion
Hotel located quite far from center or old town. Minimum turistic guidance given at the reception. No city map available. A simple sheet of paper provided in turkish language with list of places to visit....:(

I only stayed for one night but the hotel was really good ..me and my kids loved it . It has nice comfy clean rooms and a lovely swimming pool ..everything was great except that i felt double bed room size was s bit small other than that i am sure if i go back i would stay in this hotel .

Front desk reception was awesome. Gave us many information and suggestion about the city. Room was very clean. Price is right. I will recommend this hotel. Thanks !

My only problem with this hotel is probably the breakfast. I would expect more local products in good condition. I must say this time it was better than before (first time I stayed in this hotel was about one year ago) but still needs some improvements. I must also note one more thing about one of their housekeeping staff. Unfortunately we had to smell her in an unpleasing way throughout the hallway. All staff was very kind and nice, I don’t mean any bad but they just need to consider some personal care.
Monika
Nice clean hotel five minute taxi ride away from the old town - bazaar and old houses. Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast had a very good selection, but no fresh orange juice. Can get busy at breakfast time if tour groups appear at the same time. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

good experience
it was overall good to choose and I will choose it again for next trip.

it's little far from the main attraction, but just about 10 minute drive. the weekend price is doubled.

Overnight visit to Safranbolu - Karabuk - Turkey
The hotel was nice new hotel with good facilities and decoration. We had a nice bathroom and a cozy room with a view of Safranbolu, which was beautiful. Also, the location was good. Maybe the only thing that was dissapointed me was the breakfast we had. We only ate breakfast at the hotel by the way, I don't have experience with the food in general. I would expect more local food plus Turkish style things for breakfast. Locally produced butter, cheese, jam or Safranbolu simit would be nice to have, not store bought butter etc. Because, obviously Safranbolu is a place mostly for tourists who are interested in culture tours and historical Safranbolu, I wouldn't expect the hotel to have many business guests but tourists. That's why I think it is a must to have more local produce, incorporate more local food/cuisine plus in general more Turkish things. Of course, along with the other globally accepted foods. Another thing was the Turkish coffee. I didn't like the coffee and how they served it. Again, because it is a place for tourists I expect a nicer and more traditional way of presenting the Turkish coffee. Finally, our coffee order at the lounge was not an easy one. I couldn't find anyone to order and I had to see the receptionist to ask what to do. I would expect someone to see us sitting at the lounge, especially because they have menus on the tables for us to order from.

Kirli lekeli sandalyeleri bakmadan yerine koyuyor.

Tek sıkıntı Oda sigara korkuyordu. Konum ve hotel iyiydi.

A clean and high-quality hotel. However, since you are visiting Safranbolu, you might also consider staying in a traditional mansion located in the old bazaar instead of this hotel.
