Its close to the train station.
At the time of the check in and check out there was nobody... for check in we need to call someone, and upon check out.. we waited, and because nobody was there we did the check out with a machine and we didnt know where to leave the plastic card cover... that we left it on the desk.

シャワーカーテンが、臭っていて、トイレを使用するたび落ち着かないレベルでした。
エアコンは、ぱっと見で、黒カビ？がフラップ部分にボツボツあり、拭き取って取れました。
ベッドは柔らかめ、枕もとっても柔らかかったです。
電子レンジが部屋にあって便利でした。

ビジネスホテルの浴室…

昔からビジネスホテルの浴室は、洗面所と一緒の作りが多い。シャワーカーテンがないので、当然シャワーを浴びると洗面所の床はびしゃびしゃになる。シャワーカーテンは肌に引っ付き、不快に感じることも多いが、ここの浴室は、洗面所の床を体を洗う洗い場としても使用できるよう、椅子と湯桶が置いてあった。そうか、バスマットは浴室の外に敷けばいいのか？やや悩んでしまう一シーンでした。

出張のため1泊で利用しました。
駅からは徒歩3分程度でアクセスはよく周囲は19時には人もまばらで静かになります。
今回はツインを1人で利用したので広さは申し分なく、バスとトイレが別なのは良かったです。
ただ、掃除がそれほど行き届いていないのか、壁や棚、ノブにほこりがついていたり、お風呂は扉や天井にカビが生えたままでした。
もう少し掃除を頑張って欲しいと思います。

フロントも日本人で丁寧な応対をしてもらいましたし、部屋も狭くはありますが綺麗に清掃してありました。

フロントには基本的に誰もおらず、端末でのチェックイン、チェックアウトでした。
浴室は洗い場と浴槽が別でお湯を張って入浴できるのはとてもありがたいのですが、お湯の温度が設定よりもぬるいのか溜まったお湯が冷たく感じました。
シャワーもぬるく感じました。
浴室の床が白地なのでピンクカビが目立って見え清潔感を欠くように感じました。
バス、トイレが別室なのはありがたいですが、トイレに手洗い場がないので結局浴室に行くことになりますね。
その他はよい環境だと思います。

出張の度に毎回利用しています。繁華街のある西口に比べ、東口は非常に静かでありホテルでしっかり休むのであれば東口を選びますが、LIVEMAXはその中でもリーズナブルに利用できますし、価格帯から見ても満足度は高いです。唯一の不満は、歯ブラシ。柄もグニャグニャで力を入れられず、歯磨き粉も微妙な後味が残ります。（自前で持ってくれば良いのですが）

長岡駅のすぐ近くなのですが、ホテルのある方は繁華街とは逆側で着いた時はすでに街も暗い状態でした。
まだ新しいし、静かで…アメニティーグッズもちゃんとしていて、身体洗うスポンジが背中洗えず、ちゃんとしたタオル持っていった方がいいです。

나가오카 역주변 호텔로 기차이용이 많은 경우 편리합니다. 근처에 라멘가게가 두곳이나 있어서 좋아요.
방은 에어컨이 아주 시원했습니다.
침구는 좀 불편했어요. 타올은 좀 거친게 아쉽더군요.

なんか微妙。他の部屋のドアにクレームはってあるし。

フロントの横に配送のダンボールが置いてある。
なんか、微妙だと思いながら部屋に入る。

部屋のエアコンの匂いかな？　ちょっと臭い。
ポットと電子レンジは部屋にある。お茶のティーパックとかは無い。

バスルームは掃除されてるんだろうけど、髪の毛が落ちてる。

宿泊費は安かったけど、高くても他のホテルに泊まればよかった。
