I booked this apartment last minute after a terrible experience at another property nearby. This property couldnt have been better. Excellent communication from reception about checking in details and on arrival exceptional service and friendliness. The apartment was exactly as described and my only complaint is that I wasnt staying for longer

+++: In the center, close to all amenities, apartment like new, plenty of storage, large fridge, freezer, comfortable bed, very good communication with the reception staff

- - -: Lots of extras like air conditioning (€6 per day), use of the washing machine (€3 but no detergent provided), you have to take out the trash ourselves in the city containers (otherwise a €25 charge), €5 per day per person for a clean apartment, and linens are provided, but sheets and towels are not changed unless you stay at least 7 days (we stayed 6 days)! It's difficult to stabilize the hot/warm water in the shower.

Expensive compared to the services provided.

Property was okay, description was very misleading in regard to location. We wanted to stay in Pisa and the property is listed as Pisa, actually in Tirrenia which is sea side, but pretty much deserted when off season, with zero to do. In reality it was at least 25 minutes from Pisa and the only way to get to and from Pisa was a taxi. We actually left early and ate our the cost.

The property might be nice, but we were unable to stay there because the front desk was closed when we arrived at 9:30 PM - The listing doesn't say "24 hour desk", but neither does it list that the front desk closes at 7PM. None of the phone numbers on the sign on the front door work. Therefore we were unable to use our reserved room.

Hotel did not respond to my request for a refund.

Recently stayed with my son, the man on reception helped us so much, cannot thank him enough! Even calling us a taxi when we had no clue where we were to bring us to the hotel.
We felt safe here, apartment was clean and tidy. Good dinning options just a short walk away and a supermarket.

Do not book this place if you want a peaceful night sleep. You have been warned. The beds were not comfortable, the windows did not block any noise, there were no fans in the rooms and you had to have the windows open otherwise it would get too warm. The traffic in the streets calms down around midnight, so maybe from midnight to 5am you can get some basic sleep.

I have no idea how anyone rated this property well. The gentleman that works the front desk is nice and friendly. This property is not in a bad location, the rooms were cleanish (aside from random hairs in the tiny shower). The pillows were dingy and everything in the room felt cheap , like 10 year old IKEA cheap.

Don't bother

They only have a very small opening times window. They told us we could do everything by email as our boat ran late, but by the time we were there they were not reachable. Left us stranded outside and will not offer a refund. Don't bother

There is not hot water. A/C is not working properly. I try to connect reception but nobody was there.
This is first hotel! I have ever seen requesting cleaning deposit for room kitchen !!! ( 30 euro)
Totally disaster !!!!

Everything was great! The staff was helpful, gave us a great tip on free parking near the town centre! It's about 10 minutes away from the tower, full kitchen, sofa sleeper and 2 balconies! We slept with the side door open, waking up the the birds singing.

Lovely apartment Tirrenia great base for Tuscany

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment with a stunning roof top terrace and a separate balcony. Beautiful pool is much better than the pictures was in it every day clean and refreshing in the heat. One thing to highlight there are no tea towels, cloths or detergent didn’t mind but easier to prepare if you are aware!

We were very pleased with our stay here. We're a family of 5 with a couple of younger children and this location was perfect for us. The room provided three sleeping areas which worked out great and the mini fridge was convenient. The room faced a main street which provided a bit of noise from cars and nearby restaurant but nothing unbearable. The reception staff was superb and super friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. We loved how convenient the location was being only a block to the beach resorts and a couple minute walk to tons of restaurants and shops. We took a taxi or local but to/from Pisa which was very easy to navigate. The pool was two blocks from our room which wasn't bad at all and the grocery was about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Our room had a patio that was super small - don't think it would even fit a chair but it did afford lovely sunset views and also allowed us to use the plastic clothes dryer. We did have a little ant invasion but the staff was super quick to address it.

Nice apartment close to the beach

Very pleased with our studio apartment, which was about 5 minutes' walk to the lovely clean sandy beach (which you pay for through Reception: 12 Euros p. day for 2 people giving you 2 deck chairs and a parasol). The Tirrenia beach club has a cafe and toilets, plus showers on the beach. Beverly Park Residence is v central, close to restaurants, shops and the bus stop where you can catch buses to Pisa. The nearest supermarket is the Co-op, about 10 minutes' walk away; we bought provisions to make some tasty dinners - I recommend the Tuscan sausage - delicious in a tomato pasta sauce. Our favourite restaurant was Il Toscano, by the petrol station. The staff at Beverly Park are great; they are really helpful and speak good English; they replaced items missing from the kitchen within a day. If you need a taxi transfer to/from the airport, they can arrange it (35 euros one way). Only downside is the open-air restaurant across the road which plays loud music till late, not the fault of Bev Park; bring cotton wool for ears. It was a very pleasant 8 days' stay and we had perfect weather in September.

Easy location to great eateries, and shopping. Quick walk to the beach. A/C didn't work; weren't even supposed to be "given" the remote to have A/C. Beds, horrid, could feel every spring inside. Mold in the bathroom. Broken mirrors in bathroom. Cheap furniture that doubles as the room partition. Overpriced for quality present.

The cleaning was poor ,Bathroom lot of hair from previous guest , the shower not clean it at all , the toilette also dirty!
We was staying there because was near AirPort and we had to pay 25 euro extra for our dog! Thats Crazy … this is a scam place for stay ! Also the apartament was terribile cold and they have just some old cover ! Never again

Mycket fin lägenhet! Stor, stiligt inredd och rent. Finns det mesta men inga vinglas och bara en brödkniv. Liten balkong, men det var fint att sitta utanför ingången till lägenheten. Trevliga utemöbler där. Mysig miljö på baksidan.
Ganska mycket trafik utanför på en av gatorna.
Tyvärr stämde inte det som stod i Hotels.com. Det var ingen städning. Vi fick inte tillgång till solstolar med parasoller. Man fick inte gå på någon privat strand utan att betala. Man kan istället gå till allmänna stränder. Fanns en ganska nära. (bara 2st totalt på orten)

L'appartamento era carino e ben fatto; arrivato dopo 18.30 (fine ora reception) ma nessun problema per entrare. Peccato che a causa di un inconveniente il riscaldamento era spento ed era freddo. Hanno comunque accomodato con stufa elettrica. Attenzione, in seguito alla prenotazione chiedono cc (con preaturizzazione) a garanzia. Sarebbe opportuno che questo venga inserito nelle condizioni di prenotazione per trasparenza. Nel mio caso ci sono venuti incontro non facendo la preaturizzazione.

Området er i høysesong fra mai-sept. Vi var der første uken i oktober og det føltes ut som et litt øde sted nå. Bassenget var stengt, som det ikke var opplyst om. Alle solsenger på den enorme stranden, var tatt inn for sesongen. Alle strandhoteller var også stengt. Men det var trivelig og behjelpelig personale på hotellet.

Relax, mare, ottimo cibo, zona stupenda

È stata una splendida vacanza. La struttura è in una zona perfetta, vicinissima a negozi e ristoranti/bar ma resta molto tranquilla nelle ore notturne. Il mare è a pochi passi e ci sono anche un paio di spiagge libere. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Pisa, Livorno, Lucca e le colline pisane. Appartamento spazioso e ben attrezzato con parcheggio interno. Personale sempre disponibile ed attento alle richieste. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Nous avons passé 3 nuit. L emplacement idéale, pas très loin de la plage et du centre. Des réceptionnistes au top. Le point faible, c est qu il n y pas de nettoyage de chambre. Mais nous avons passer un superbe sejour.
