Checkin was very pleasant, customer service was excellent as always. We’ve been at this hotel for many years, we come at least 2-3 times a year. We love the views from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Spa service with Narti is excellent as always, she does Medical massage and takes my work stress go away. We will always come back, dedicated customers at this hotel.

We had a nice weekend getaway, love this hotel. We come at least twice a year. Spa is amazing, Renta did Turkish bath and deep tissue massage. Narti does excellent Turkish bath with massage also. I highly recommend Turkish bath if you visit this hotel. Beach was beautiful as always, swimming in October was a little chilly but not bad at all. I highly recommend this place, so if you go to cesme this is the spot.

During my stay, the hair dryer exploded in my face. If I hadn’t dropped it quickly, I could have been seriously injured or electrocuted. Instead of treating this as a very serious safety issue, the staff completely failed to understand the situation. They even asked me to “send a photo” of the hair dryer, when the hair dryer was still in the room.

Then they asked me and suggested I speak with their “technical manager,” who wasn’t even at the hotel. Honestly, what am I supposed to explain to a technical manager after such a dangerous incident? How lucky I was not to get electrocuted?

And unbelievably, while all this was happening, they were still trying to charge me for a 3-dollar minibar expense.

This was a shocking lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for guest safety. A hotel should always put safety first, but here it was totally ignored.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The amenities are top-notch, and the beach is beautiful and well-maintained. My son especially loved the water park — it was definitely a highlight of our stay!
Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit everyone in the family. We highly recommend this hotel to other families and are already looking forward to staying here again when we return next summer

This hotel is excellent. Well manicured ,well maintained ,very friendly staff, good food and decent music; Only problem I can think of is beach very crowded with small kids which easily can be avoided if you go to the platform part of the beach .
I highly recommend this resort.
As an add on I think Checkout should be at noon.

It may be due to limited staff being fluent in English but it would have been helpful to have received information regarding facilities and their hours of operation.

Pros
The beach is beautiful! We were there around the second week of July and the water was calm, very easy to swim. There are minibuses that stop in front of the hotel that take you to Cesme Center and to Alacati. The grill bar serves wonderful lunch. The breakfast offered so much food and options that it was a little overwhelming, but delicious.

I would happily stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful lobby and grounds. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful, helpful staff.
But the rooms are as dark as a cave. Worst room lighting i have seen in any hotel. Bathroom light shines on the back of your head rather than your face. Not enought light to see what is in the closet. A unsolved mystery for an otherwise excellet hotel.

A lovely hotel with plenty of parking available. We were out of season, so didn't go into the sea or use the outside pools but the pools inside were sufficient for me and my son to use. Rooms were great with a sea view. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was our 3rd back to back years. The quality over the years drastically reduced, fewer member of the staff, housekeeping who constantly gossip about us out-loud, a safe couldn’t fix in a 5 day stay and a mini bar person who enters the room as he please. When I stayed here 3 years ago my experience was ‘wow’ now just an average hotel. Won’t be coming back next year. Thanks to the bakery chef who accommodate my daughter’s allergens, spa staff and Musa from the beach

I can’t really complain about the property. I do enjoy my time here, especially beach and the spa. Only major disappointment was check-in, this time staying at the property. They don’t recognize VIP gold member status. At check-in Bert, Bircan and Selin who is customer care service doesn’t understand the extra VIP perks. It was recognize before at my stay here but this time around check in agents at the front desk doesn’t know much about it. Only one check in agent Gokhan was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, if you are an VIP Gold member with Expedia, don’t except to get the extra perks here. Good thing, they do have wonderful beach and spa with Narti that makes me want come back here. Beach staff is wonderful as well or else I would tried other resort that gives respect to VIP perks.

We love this property, me and husband been coming to this property more 5 yrs. We tried to visit twice a year. Beach is excellent and the seating area is perfect for us. You don’t have to wake up early to grab a beach spot, lots of choices. I use the spa about 3-4 times and I highly recommend Narti. She does excellent Turkish bath and deep tissues massage. If you decided to visit, make sure you make your appt with Narti, you won’t be disappointed. Especially, if you have stressful job in New York City. We will definitely come back. This is definitely my spot in cesme. Plus, it’s close to the marine. Thank you 🙏 to the staff. They go above and beyond to make your vacation enjoyable .

Overall, my three-night stay with my three kids was enjoyable. The suite was pleasant, offering a great view in an amazing location. However, the language barrier was a challenge for some annoying stuff ( especially to the guy that was in a white shirt right at the back of the restaurant). However, Büşra was very nice at the restaurant.
Friday morning food was disappointing, but over the weekend was nice.
Additionally, the weekend experience was marred by neighboring guests smoking, causing discomfort. The online dinner reservation hiccup was frustrating, with the resort's unaccommodating stance and lack of assistance leaving a negative impression. Despite these issues, the positive aspects, such as the location and view, contributed to an overall decent experience.

Very nice hotel and good spa. The beach area looks amazing but it rained so we missed out on it.
The staff needs some improvement - check in was ok and when we tried to eat at hotel for dinner (a la carte not buffet), 5 women were standing and chatting and after 10 minutes of waiting to be attended we left to eat elsewhere. The breakfast buffet next morning was tasty though and overall hotel good but not worth the high price

First of all you dont have to many of options when it comes to the \" 5 star hotels \" in cesme and ilica . We stayed 3 nights . Rooms where not to the standard of 5 star , dark and the view is not full see view. Thats pretty much the worst part , they can defiantly do some renovation on the rooms.

Food was really good and i can tell you ,
You wont find good food in any hotel in turkey period.

Staff was suprizingly very kind , smiling face's and helpfull again something very rair in turkey.

We spend 370 euro per night which i find it abit expensive for this hotel but it was high season.

All in all good choice.

First, I would like to comment on the people who work at the hotel. They were all very kind, positive and hard working. The hotel wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be, however it was ok. I personally will not visit this hotel again due to the customer profile and their attitude and approach. As a result; customer service by staff was my positive aspect about this hotel.

I like the amenities at this hotel such as the access to the beach, the pool and the dinner buffet with a lot of great options. What was a downer was the lack of staff friendliness and service. I have stayed at 4 more hotels before this one in the area and Turkey and this one was lacking the service card a little. In addition, the rooms were not the best with toilet not flushing and hearing everything from the outside.

Excellent getaway in cesme, love the hotel and staff was above and beyond. Emrah by the front desk area was excellent. This is not our first time at the place, definitely we will return back. We stayed in March and we came back in June. Location is great, close to everything. Only 10 mins away from central cesme, where are the restaurants and shopping area.

All around an ok hotel. It's an older property and it has not been up kept that well. Staff struggles greatly with English but that is pretty much the case for the region as it is not used to foreign visitors so they tell us. Room was clean and nice. Property has decent amenities. Location is good. The whole area struggles with transportation as cabs are scarce in high season.

1. There aren't enough lifts.
2. The food is not great. We had breakfast but dinner was not good. Breakfast is confusing; first they have omelettes; then they don't; then they do again!
3. management obviously laid off staff between August and October with the result that there were not enough staff available in October.

Room was good and comfortable and very quiet, no nıght entertaınment which was dısapointıng. Breakfast and dinner buffet were quite unorganised. Way to many people at the one time ın the restaurant which was uncomfortable wıth the current covid sıtuation , didnt feel relaxed when eating etc . It is in a great location of Cesme. Room cleaning was very late around 16:45ish and cleaners were very loud in the hallways, making comments about the guests... etc.

Services are bad, not very clean rooms, I paid for dinner extra money, and the food not good, almost all food was fried!!! Not ever water gives you, everything what u ask(water, coffee, tea) charge you extra!!!
Not even the kids can't enjoy the waterslides, coz are extra money!!!

we hv stayed in dublex room with my 1 year old baby and his nanny and we had all the comfort we were asking for a holiday trip.
the beach is amazing , specially with a baby .
the spa was gorgeous.
We have been around in the gorgeous alacatı town with my husband after our baby was slept.
we will turn back once every year since our baby will grow up.
