The entertainment within the room needed to be updated. Tv wasn’t smart tv so I couldn’t stream anything like Netflix or Disney also the stereo wasn’t Bluetooth only cd so wasn’t able to use that either. Room was clean and everything else was great

Two single matresses pushed together IS NOT A KING SIZE BED, which is what I paid for. It's nothing more than a single when you're only one person, and a rip off if there's 2 people unless specifically requested.
This hotel was recommended by the booking site when I was trying to book a hotel in Mandurah because I had a wedding to attend in Mandurah. Its 40 kilometres from Mandurah

We always stay at the Quest when we come to WA as it close to family and friends. It has absolutely everything we need for a long stay. And there are restaurants and coffee shops close by, as well as a big shopping centre a very short drive away.

Plenty of food and drink places within walking distance next to the beach !

Great place in Rockingham

A very well appointed apartment within a 5 minute walk of the beach and an array of bars and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and contained everything you need for a comfortable stay. I also thought the check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again if I find myself back in Rockingham.

You couldn't switch the bathroom fan off, which was very loud. When mentioned to reception they said that this was normal and that they could offer me ear plugs. We had very little sleep that night. When you pay alot of money per night, this is not acceptable.

A lovely relaxing + comfortable stay in Rockingham

The property is only 5 minutes walk from the waterfront at Rockingham. There are plenty of options for eating, drinking, cafes etc within 2 minutes walk. There is a bus stop directly outside the property where you can catch the bus to/from Rockingham station. The property is in a nice quiet area directly across the street from the war memorial. The property is currently undergoing refurbishment work, paint work and re carpeting but during my visit I wasn't disturbed by any work related noise. The property is in good condition and the room I was allocated was first class, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils. During my stay I used the gym which was small but reasonably well equipped and the pool which was nice. The property provides a free self service laundry service which I took advantage of and was very good. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Rockingham and would stay again if I was returning to this area again in the future.

The check in lady and other reception staff including evenibg shift staff were all 5 star professionals and I was on my way to giving the property a 5 star rating until I was woken with an firm consistant knocking on my door at 9.35 am ( checkout is not until 10 am ) with a male voice saying \" room service room service in spite of my \" DO NOT DISTURB\" card still hanging on the door knob outside !! I opened the door to be greeted by the manager and another male foreign worker asking me when I was checking out! I politely pointed out to the do not disturb sign still hanging there which he obviously ignored! When i checked out I mentioned this to reception staff who said then confirmed that it must have been the manager himself from my description. So not sure why they dont respect the DO NOT DISTURB sign here . But not happy !

I thought that the Quest in Rockingham was in a great location with free security parking. The room was clean and had a full kitchen. We were only there for one night so we did not get to fully explore the area or hotel amenities. Easy and quick access to Perth Airport.

The only fault I can add is that in the picture it said there was a queen bed and a single (as I was travelling with my daughter) but the room we got had two single beds. They were VERY comfortable though.
