Great location if you want near shops and not by the beach foreshore. Very quite.
There's just some unpleasant food smell after 2 days of staying in the apartment. The smell seems to be coming from the hallway.

yes. The only thing we found uncomfortable was the smoke from the people staying downstairs.
They were heavy smokers who smoked on their patio, so we could not utilise the balcony or have the doors open.

Yes, shop are very near to the place. Cleanliness are superb, thank you for the cleaning team who did a good job in making the apartment comfortable, smell good, tidy and spotless. Basic cleaning, washing and cooking detergent, sponge, cloth were provided. We appreciate the convenience of having laundry facility in the apartment itself.
For communication:- timely communication via txt and email to update us on latest downtime information example apartment security system. Parking facility are very excess able .

There is nothing bad about this property but it is average overall.

The lack of ability to see the outside world (balcony was completed frosted glass and couldn’t see out) and the TV was the cheapest one so sound was terrible and it had been assembled incorrectly were the only not so great things.

As it’s run by a big company it is kitted out with the absolute minimum amount of things and the absolute cheapest of things.

So overall it was fine and clean and tidy but very average

We stayed for 10 days and on arrival we were met by an awful stench which by the end of our stay we started to accept it as the smell of the whole complex.
The walls between the units are very thin and offered no noise suppression at all. Any movement on the floor above us seemed amplified (Furniture movement / walking etc).
There are no drawers available at all for personal items such as underwear, shorts, t'shirts etc. We found ourselves living out of our suitcases for the entire stay except for hanging items which there was plenty of space for.
On the second Sunday night we were there, there was a very noisy party going on in one of the units above us which resulted in a call to police. They did not attend but the yelling, swearing and fighting did not stop till about 2.00 AM. Similar happened the following night only not as loud (Mother and son yelling) till about 1.00 AM.
Unfortunately the sliding doors on the laundry prevent the washing machine being used when the line is extended.
The unit caters for 4 people in every aspect except the lounge area which is really only comfortable for 2.
Otherwise the unit was clean and well equipped.

Comfortable 2bdm. Property easy to access and conveniently located. Some eateries within walking distance. Great childrens park across from complex. Had a 6 night stay.

High density apartment living. Heavy foot traffic in L2 corridor and regular slamming of the fireproof door outside our apartment. Common areas and car park not very clean but overall it’s a great place to drop your bags and rest for the night. Beds were comfy (very important) and kitchen was spotless. Balcony overlooking the park was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Close to beach, shops & cafes. Shower caddies needed in both bathrooms.

Property very clean and handy to shops, the codes for entry gate and the room can be confusing to start with and with no reception on site you have to ring if there is a issue, which is a pain if they don’t answer

I left the property and stayed elsewhere! I got stuck in the shower and as it was a weekend there was no help. The bed and sheets were terrible and that was a 'superior' apartment. The apartment had a bad smell and stained carpet. They overcharged. Now I have to try and get some money back. Stay away from this place, maintenance and management issues. If there is a problem of a weekend you are on your own (expedia couldn't help or get in contact with them either). It is a security complex but the police where there my first afternoon and it didn’t feel safe with layout of units and I didn’t feel safe there. Complex needs painting as a minimum. They are not suites, more like dodgy units (even though pics look great).

Room and location was really nice but the beds were so uncomfortable we had a terrible sleep, and we tried both beds but the sides of the beds made you feel like you were going to fall off! Wouldn’t recommend more than a day or so sleeping on those beds :(
