Very very disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple years with no issues. This time not so well. We found bed bugs crawling. I immediately took pics and went down to the front desk showed him even brought him a dead bed bugs we killed. He insisted they dont have them and had a sheet to verify they just sprayed for them. He then continued to tell us we must have brought them or our dog had them. What dog??? We had no dog in the hotel.. and you just showed us a sheet and told us about how you sprayed today for them so that tells me there was a problem. The guy kept wanting to put us in a new room. Nop no way we left. I was refused to get my money back when I asked.

The room had some garbage from previous users in corners that should obviously have been cleaned better. The room smelled bad on the first day, but we became nose blind and were tired so didn’t say anything. Next day asked for spray to help. They didn’t come to our room to see for themselves, but gave us a 90% used air freshener can. By night 3 it was finally less noticeable.

The property looks great outside and in the public spaces. Our bed could have used a newer blanket. The one on the bed was an older foam bonded blanket and the foam no longer had the fleece on it and was very yellowed. Our shower controller was broken with a middle piece that controls water temp on the side of the tub. We could not get the part back on thus the water was chilly … Since it was late we waited until morning to repot it and the gentleman offered to go rightnn b to our room to fix it. Breakfast was the usual and the breakfast area remodeled and very cheerful.

When we pulled back the blanket on the bed, there was a huge dried blood stain on the sheets. The sheets had been laundered, but the stain obviously had not come out. I would have hoped that whoever made the bed had chosen NOT to use the sheet. GROSS.

The check in process was fine. The gentleman was kind and informative. We arrived in our room on the second floor with no elevator. Not ideal with suitcases. The room was filthy dirty. Dusty on lamps. The floor length mirror had lipstick lips on it and something splattered all over it. The shower curtain looked like they drug it out from under a bed. (Wrinkled really bad). One towel per person (2 people). The tub took 30 minutes to drain (not an exaggeration). Our door would not latch. Thank goodness it would lock. After our first morning we stopped at the front desk and asked for some extra towels, clean the mirror and fix the drain. We came back several hours later and our door was not shut, the red lipstick on the mirror was gone and they took out 2 towels and now left us with 3! We had to leave very early in the morning so decided to just get dressed, stop at the “breakfast” and head out. There was one honeybun, one blueberry muffin and one chocolate chip muffin. (Small prepackaged) enough coffee for 1 and a half cups. Nothing else. This was at 6:30. Pretty pathetic. Needless to say, it’s cheap but lacks cleanliness, safety and security and a simple breakfast. I’ll spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere.

First off the room they gave us the cards wouldnt unlock the door,, And they had give us another room.. There was no shower gel in the dispenser only shampoo. The cups they left for coffee were for cold drinks only!! And lastly there was no hot continental breakfast as advertised. Would not recomend this Motel!

1 of the Cards for door didnt work. Property exterior door didnt lock at all over night. Light bulb fixture was broken in the room. Light switches were grimey. Grout in bathroom was missing on the floor. The duvet was very old and need of replacing. The room was in very poor conditions and in need of major upgrades and over cleanliness. I know the price was reasonable but it felt gross staying there. Would not recommend or return. The staff was friendly.

I guess ya get what you pay for... I do not suggest anyone stay at this place unless it’s that or your car. The photos on Hotels.com make this place seem higher quality than it actually is. This wasn’t the only reason but definitely contributed to me changing my flight and checking out a day early.

We were immediately met with negative and unaccommodating attitudes from the front desk staff. There happened to be severe weather during our stay, but the smart tv’s in the room had no access to local channels, which meant we were unable to monitor the weather. Room conditions were ok but nothing special.

Can of beer in the bushes. The room door latch was busted. The dresser door was missing, or that space was for a fridge, but either way it was missing. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart, the bathroom fan was filthy and there was a soap bar wedged in between it and the ceiling to possibly fix a vibration? I'm not sure....

My room was clean and the price was right. The blow dryer outlet was broken, the 2nd night my key didn't work, and the rooms around me were noisy past midnight. My room was RIGHT NEXT to the stairwell and outside door for the smokers. It was loud and the outer door slammed but didn't latch. NOT SAFE. Maybe a different room within the property would have been better? There was a huge (15 people) party in the parking lot the secong night of my stay. Luckily, it was on the opposite side of the building.

Vending machines were pretty much empty. Side door didn't work so we had to walk thru the front and all the way to the other end just to access the stairs up to our rooms.

The property is in a great location. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Apparently there had been a power surge in the area awhile back and blew out all of their fridges. So, we didn't have a good place to store our leftovers. Not a big deal to me though.

I think this hotel was very typical for the area. Overall we had a positive experience.

The side door does not lock so anyone can get into the building at night.
Had to request Shower gel 3 times and then found out it was in the shampoo container so was washing my hair with body wash.
Had to reset the door key every day.

There is a bit overwhelming scent of \"deodorizer\" in the room and maybe the building in general...it just makes me think that some foul odor is trying to be covered up.

The room appears to be very well cleaned and the bed is comfortable. The front desk daytime staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very adequate - not fancy - but simply very adequate.

The location of the hotel appears to be very safe....did not feel unsafe at all. We will stay here again.

Honestly, for the cheap price it's not a bad value. It's 1/3 the price of the higher end options across the street. However, it smells very strongly of Fabuloso cleaner. And the AC units are very noisy. I turned mine off in order to sleep. But otherwise rooms were quiet and relatively comfortable. My shower also didn't drain properly, which is gross. Front desk was friendly and breakfast was acceptable.

Well I booked it online and booked a king suite didn’t get that didn’t get queen beds got charged for a child got charged for my emotional support dog which I was told I won’t be when I told them they couldn’t use my bank card they wanted a deposit the room didn’t have a Mimi frig didn’t have a microwave in room ask for extra pillows was told they didn’t have any the unreal didn’t sleep so I paid for a crap room that should have been if that’s how u treat all ur people on disability then ur a bad hotel I can tell u I will never stay again I will tell my friends and family never to stay there I drove 3 hours for the bad treatment I got told and the cable don’t work so I will leave a bad review on the bb site so

We drove from Oregon to attend a wedding in Lincoln. Our 1st night in town, we stayed at another motel that made us feel like we might be murdered or trafficked. Luckily we found this hotel and right from the moment we walked in and were greeted by Melanie, we knew we had found a MUCH better and safer location. Melanie and Kim at the front desk were delightful, so kind and we had some lovely conversations. Thank you ladies, you made our stay in Nebraska wonderful!

Key card did not work after the first day of my stay. Management could not provide me with one. Said somebody was using the machine necessary to program key. If the room was cleaned before my arrival at some point why was the sink not operating properly or the tub draining properly? I assume that both of these were cleaned and that water was run down them. The problem was evident

It's an okay place to stay, but it is in dire need of a remodeling. Was anxious about some loose wiring under one of the bedroom lamps. The bathroom fan is pretty useless, and there was lint inside the complimentary hair dryer. Breakfast didn't have much to talk about.

The young man that checked me in was wonderful! He was quick to help me out when I discovered some concerning issues later that evening.

I was extremely disappointed to find some concerning conditions in my room. I only stayed at the hotel for one night instead of two. The lady at the front desk said I would only be charged for the second night if they couldn’t fill the room but changed later in the conversation to say that I wouldn’t be refunded because of their 24 hour cancellation policy, even with the major concerns that I shared. I won’t be back.
