The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am.
Went to front desk, the \"Suoervisor\", said there is nothing she could do.
Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either..
Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations..

We had to check out early because our bathroom had roaches and not one time did the hotel reach out! Our Valentines was ruined!!! The front desk lady said call Monday. Why should I I lost money by leaving early and no refund! I showed them the video of the roaches in the bathroom. No response from the hotel!!!

The handicap parking was perfect for me! Right near the entrance and accessible. The staff was very mannerly, professional, courteous, and helpful. I have to use a walker due to just having back surgery, and the hotel was very easy to get around.
My room was oceanfront, had a great view! It was very clean well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable!
You felt very safe at this hotel, there weren’t a bunch of entrances and exits. And there was always employees at the area where you entered the hotel. I’m definitely gonna stay here again, and soon! This is a great hotel!

The room was really nice, we had a very comfortable king bed. The kitchenette was very minimal, with a small coffee maker, sink, microwave, and apartment fridge. We were there for an early January trip, so definitely the off-season.

The hotel was very close to where we wanted to be so super convenient for us. I really appreciated their nice 24 hour coffee and tea station, that was super helpful because one morning we had to get up and leave at 4:30 and it was really nice to have that option.

The only small complaints that I would have were about the overall heating, because even with our room heat turned off the room was rather warm and stuffy
Also, the hot water for showers was pretty unreliable. When you’re coming in from a long day in the cold, you really need a nice hot shower and something was wrong because we weren’t getting fully hot showers

It was a last minute booking to see the New Year’s Fireworks. The price was very reasonable and the location was great. It was just a less than 5 minutes walk to where the fireworks was held. Check in and out were easy and front desk were very nice. The room was big and clean. I wanted to give a 5 but then parking lot was so tight, not good for big cars. Our car had a dent, probably when the car next to us hit it upon opening.

The staff was nice which made the stay very pleasant. Our view was great. I thought Inhad reserved a king bed, but the room had two of the smallest queen beds I've ever seen. The looked like full size beds to be honest. There was a guest near our room who played their music very loudly and we also smelled smoke in the hallway and when we were on the balcony. We thought the hotel was a smoke free establishment. Other than that, we really did enjoy our stay and would probably stay here again.

Maintenance man knocked aggressively on my room door at approximately 2:30pm on the second day. When I opened door he accused us of smoking marijuana in room. After telling him more than twice that no one has been smoking in the room, he kept insisting that the smell was coming from my room. When my boyfriend was alerted to the issue, he went to speak with the front desk and maintenance man. Maintenance man admitted that he don’t smell anything coming from room, nor did he enter the room to find anything to follow up with his allegations. My issue was, a whole floor full of rooms, you come and accuse the very ones that aren’t smoking. Will never stay here again.

Beach view fine. Lights from boardwalk at night are too bright and shine into the room even with the black out curtain shut. The bathroom tile needs work around the edges where floor meets the wall. It's not a room with a kitchenette. It is just a microwave and mini frig with a few shabby metal spoons, forks and knives and plastic plates and glasses. The \"kitchenette\" area is really small. A person could not do any real cooking - heat up a TV dinner, yes, fry an egg, no, make toast, no. The decor was fine, a pretty turquoise color scheme. Overall, it was clean. I was there on business and noticed there was no iron or ironing board. I know it's a beach resort and most people don't need to iron. It's not a bad place. It's just not what I was expecting from the description. I think if there were a few upscale things like glass wine glasses, matching silverware (set of 4), Corelle plates and bowls I would have a better impression. As it was, as soon as I saw the silverware, I thought it was dirty.

Still, the hotel has bed bugs, and cockroaches.
Also, when I arrive my door automatic lock was out of battery, they have to fix it when I arrive, the tv control remote batteries didn’t work as well. I mean, those two things should be ready. My shower was clogged. 😐

The room was big and spacious, though the “bayview” mostly overlooked the parking lot with only small glimpses of the water. The walls are quite thin — we stayed on the 5th floor and could hear our neighbors clearly, including loud drunk guests who only quieted down after about 11pm on our first night.

At check-in, we were charged an unexpected $35.40 “third-party booking” fee that wasn’t mentioned in the app, plus a $50 refundable security deposit. This made the lack of transparency even more frustrating.

On the positive side, housekeeping was really good, the free lobby coffee was a nice touch, and the outdoor heated pool was enjoyable (though the water could’ve been a bit warmer).
Overall, a comfortable stay with good amenities, but the thin walls and inconsistent/unannounced fees left a mixed impression.

We liked the beach view (which costs a little more ofcourse) but well worth it.
The rooms arent as pretty as the public areas with dark furniture and ageing carpets and curtains.
However there is a fridge and coffee machine which was welcome.
The location is wondetful.

Would definitely stay here again. Staff is helpful and friendly. They provide water and coffee in the lobby. They even have books to take to the beach if you’d like. . Our room on second floor opened up to the pool area that has two pools and plenty of seating. Everything well maintained. Parked our car for three days and walked to everything Hotel is in a great location. Lots to do!

My only complaint was the noise of minor construction projects (drilling) that began at 0930 AM....and the roller wheels on the laundry carts from the floor above....a little loud? Maybe get rubber wheels for the carts?

Loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. This property has been one I've wanted to stay in for several years, glad to have found a last minute deal that was worthwhile. The only true negatives were the reliability of the Tv device working, and the water pressure of the shower. For a solo trip, it served its purpose. The bed was very comfortable!!

Love the location of this hotel, right on the Ocean City boardwalk. The rooms are great, balconies are private, and I love the little towel animals that housekeeping leaves you every day 🙂. The staff is extremely helpful. We arrived a little early and they allowed us to go ahead and check in which is a big plus for me.
