Small room but just what we needed! Parking was available for a fee, close walk to restaurants and shops. This room was perfect for our stop to visit Epinal American Cemetery before driving to Normandy.

Comfortable stay

The Kyriad is where we usually stay when we are in Epinal. The room is clean, amenities are provided for a comfortable stay and everyone's friendly. The hotel is located just across the street from the train station which is not the prettiest part of town but only a short walk to the centre.

Hotel is located opposite Epinal station so not too pretty however conveniently located at the edge of town to allow a quick walk into the centre. I was not aware of any noise issues.
Parking is possible at the hotel but was booked when I arrived however street parking was available - there is also a multi storey car park almost opposite.

The room could be a bit on the small side but it is clean and the bed is very comfortable and shower cabin comes with a rain shower head. There's everything you'd need for a comfortable night's stay. Best price-quality ratio in Epinal.

Easy to find

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Car parking is very limited and not friendly to frequent coming and going. Room was adequate and clean. WiFi in my room was very bad perhaps due to my room location. OK breakfast in the morning.

Welcoming and professional staff.
I liked the common area, with this coffee shop style. I liked the fact as well that you can have a meal from the honesty fridge.
Re the bedroom, it was OK, but the fact that it was a communicating room, we could here the conversations from next door.
Otherwise, it was clean and quiet.
Still a bit pricey for the quality.

Un hôtel où l’on se sent bien

Très satisfaite de mon séjour à l’hôtel Campanile. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, le personnel toujours disponible et souriant. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée.
L’établissement est calme et bien situé, ce qui a rendu mon séjour agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son bon rapport qualité-prix et son sens du service.

Accueil très agréable. Chambre propre et confortable. WC séparés de la salle de bains ce qui est un plus en dehors du fait qu'il faut avoir une épaisseur de 2cm pour pouvoir en fermer la porte ou alors être un homme serpent pour se glisser entre la cuvette et le mur de côté. Félicitations aux architectes qui doivent rarement utiliser ce qu'ils conçoivent!

Je n'étais pas revenu depuis que le Kyriad est devenu Campanile. Rien a changé. Les mêmes déconvenues... Je ne venais plus à cette adresse car par 4 fois, j'avais eu une chambre où la télé ne fonctionnait pas. Voyant que l'enseigne avait changé, j'ai refait une tentative (les autres hôtels étant pleins) et bingo ! Encore une fois, chambre avec télé HS. Malchance ? En tout cas ce qui est regrettable, c'est que ni à l'époque du Kyriad, ni maintenant je n'ai eu des excuses. Je ne demande même pas un geste commercial mais quand même, un petit mot aurait été appréciable. Toujours la même réponse à l'accueil où je ne peux pas blâmer les réceptionnistes : le technicien est prévenu, l'hôtel est complet on ne peut pas vous donner d'autre chambre... Et toujours la même odeur de détergeant dans les chambres qui prend à la gorge. Dommage car bien situé en face de la gare. Je ne sais pas si je suis le seul à qui cette récurrence de \"malchance\" arrive mais après une journée de travail, un film à la télé ça peut détendre. Surtout qu'il n'y a pas grand chose à faire le soir à Epinal.

Hôtel bien situé face à la gare. J’ai eu la chance de trouver une place de stationnement juste devant l’hotel… mais il ne faut pas compter dessus. Je crois que l’hôtel dispose d’un parking en sous-sol (payant). La chambre était propre et confortable. Je n’ai pas trouvé le lit confort (on sent les ressorts).

A Specious Room and Nice Hotel Staff

Because I booked a twin room, I thought it would include 2 single size beds. To my surprise, we got a large room with 2 double size beds. : )

On the other hand, we didn't know Uber wasn't common in Epinal. When we worried how to get to our client's office and BSL Airport, thank the hotel staff so much for helping us call taxis.

And a lady at the reception desk (in the morning of 26 May) was so nice. We asked about laundry service. Even though the hotel didn't served it, she was kind and found a laundry store nearby for us.

Déçus par la taille de la chambre

Nous nous sommes trouvés dans une cage à poule, qui ne correspondait pas du tout à l'idée qu'on s'en était faite avec les photos.
J'ai eu des difficultés de prendre des photos tellement il y a peu de place.

A small hotel approximately 10 minutes by foot from the town center. Located between the train/bus station and a old bulding complex. A larger parking garage is located just accros the street. The room was really small and quite worn out. The \"view\" was an old dirty apartment house. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast buffe.

Grosse déception, je ne recommande pas.

Accueil très froid a l'arrivée, le parking payant 9€ ,l'animal de compagnie 5€, le monsieur a été très froid et hautain, la chambre minuscule, avec des trous de cigarettes et brûlures sur la moquette, des poils masulins collés sur le mur de la douche, très très déçu. Je n'y reviendrait jamais, je ne recommande pas du tout. L'accueil est très important, l'énergie qu'ony y met, fait toute la différence, ce monsieur doit changer de métier, il fait bien ressentir aux clients des energies négatives qui gâchent le sejour.
