La posizione dell'albergo è top, per tutte le esigenze. Ottima la colazione. La cena è da migliorare anche per il servizio che non sempre è all'altezza delle situazioni. Nel menù non sempre è riportata la giusta pietanza che poi viene servita ( es.: trancio di salmone che è stato servito al posto della rana pescatrice; spaghetti al merluzzo norvegese ed invece erano con polpo ). Le camere che ci sono state assegnate ( al terzo piano ) non adeguate al prezzo pagato e alla ns richiesta di cambiare, ce ne è stata cambiata una sola delle due che avevamo. Inoltre troppa presenza di cani anche di grossa taglia. Buona la SPA ma anche in questo caso mancanza di controllo da parte del personale di struttura.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un fine settimana. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La cena è un primo, un secondo a scelta tra quelli proposti e un dolce. Nel complesso tutto buono. Nella tariffa non sono comprese le bevande. Come a colazione non sono compresi caffè espresso o cappuccino. Avevamo con noi anche il nostro cagnolino. Per questo motivo ci hanno fatto mangiare in sala a parte da soli. La tariffa giornaliera al giorno mi sembra un pò alta. Molto bella l'area SPA con accesso gratuito. La camera era un pò fredda e da rimodernare. Si trova vicinissimo a una stazione sciistica e a pochi km da Brunico.

Il personale è veramente incapace e non attento a gli ospiti, alla reception non trovi mai nessuno e documenti e chiavi delle camere sono lasciati sul bancone. Al ristornate parlano male italiano e quasi tutti non sanno fare il loro mestiere. Pasti sotto la media, camere e struttura vecchia ma la zona spa e i bagni sembrano ristrutturati da poco.

Il servizio tutto sommato è stato buono. La camera era spaziosa, colazione e cena nella media. Il servizio a tavola un po' lento e poco attento agli ospiti.Tutte le finestre della camera e soprattutto quella del bagno facevano entrare freddo la cosa che d'inverno non è piacevolissima. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel schönes Schwimmband und Saunabereich, weniger schön, dass man über den wenig einladenden, kalten, bevölkerten Eingangsbereich im Bademantel dort hingelangen muss. Am Personal wird zu viel gespart, beim Einchecken war niemand dort, der Frühstückskaffee kam nach dem Frühstück, da dieselbe Person auch das Auschecken erledigen musste und zwar freundlich war, aber einfach nicht alles zugleich erledigen konnte. Essen ist in Ordnung, man kann zwischen zwei Vor- und drei Hauptspeisen auswählen, Salatbuffet; Frühstück gute Auswahl.

In una posizione strategica comodo alle piste da sci , si trova questa struttura. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, l'area welness molto carina e completamente nuova. Le camere e ambienti sono un pochino da ristrutturare ma puliti. Buona la cucina , mi hanno preparato menù vegetariano alternativo.

una settimana a fine agosto, due adulti ed un bambino, tralascio il fatto che la vacanza è iniziata malissimo perché ci siamo ammalati appena arrivati...ma di questo l'hotel non ha colpe. La struttura è carina ma decisamente poco curata, la cucina non è male, la camera era molto piccola ed il personale poco accogliente. La Valle Aurina però è stupenda e ci torneremo appena possibile....magari in un'altra struttura!!!

Wir wohnen im Parkhotel Schachen jedes Jahr einmal im Sommer und im Winter. Das Ahrntal ist deshalb unser Erholungsgeheimtipp- wir erleben es jedes Mal anders. Der Skibus hält direkt vor dem Hotel und die Wanderungen im Sommer beginnen wir meist auch schon vor der Tür, das ist wirklich praktisch, denn wir lieben es lange zu schlafen und gemütlich zu Frühstücken. Das Personal im Schachen ist sehr herzlich und für alle Sonderwünsche zu haben- es ist kein Problem wenn man mal zu spät zum Frühstück kommt oder länger im Zimmer bleiben möchte- dem Gast wird sehr entgegengekommen, das schätzen wir. Wir können zum Wandern Lunchpakete bestellen und Mittags im hauseigenen Restaurant und Pizzeria essen.

Schachen - Toppadresse im Ahrntal
Obwohl wir nur für eine Zwischenübernachtung da waren, haben wir uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Trotz sehr später Anreise konnten wir noch ein üppiges Abendessen genießen. In Erinnerung bleiben uns besonders die Herzlichkeit des Personals, das großzügige Zimmer und das leckere Essen.

Pessima esperienza, non è assolutamente un 3 stelle. Soprattutto perchè siamo in trentino alto adige, dove praticamente ogni pensione o alberghetto è curato e l'accoglienza sempre impeccabile. Solo chi non è abituato a frequentare queste zone può uscirne soddisfatto, ma io sono 15 anni che giro alberghi tirolesi e questo è di gran lunga il peggiore. Camere vecchie con mobili talmente usurati da fare pena, bagno scrostato, mattonelle sbeccate, sanitari che non nascondono i decenni che hanno. Piscina minuscola e orrenda in ambiente piccolo e triste, + che area relax sembrava il deposito sci, mi moglie si è categoricamente rifiutata di entrarci... Cucina serale da mensa, imparagonabile con le delizie che si mangiano in zona. Personale scortese: la mattina ho chiesto un caffè e mi è stato gentilmente risposto di andare al bar!!!! Le brioches finiscono dopo 15 minuti e non le mettono + per l'ora successiva. Piatti puliti malamente.
