This hotel has very good aircon and fantastic food. The free breakfasts were always very satisfying and filling. Bathroom was sleek and clean with everlasting hot water. The WIFI always worked and I had good speeds. It's one of the only hotels to offer a fitness room in the area.

It's an all around great hotel and I recommend it.

Wonderful stay

It was a very pleasant stay. Didnt expect that the rooms are going to be that big. The bed is so comfy, I stayed in for the night instead of going out with friends.

Safe and clean. Comfortable rooms and nice staff. Aircon took quite a while to cool down one of our rooms. The other room's Aircon cooled down the room quickly. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. (Free breakfast coffee is very small and no refills. Only negative experience at breakfast.) There is a nice Pan de Manila across the street and a Shell convenience store a block away

Great people and friendly staff. The room is okay but could have used a more black-out drapes instead of the standard tanslucent ones. The bathroom is a little messy as the drain in the toilet seat part doesn't have mats so when you take a shower, it spills all over the area.

TV/Cable Intructions + Channel Guide

Loved the place. Newer. I wish our accommodation included fridge. If they could leave instructions on how to operate the tv and the box + list of tv guides/channels, would be better. All hotels in Cebu I've been to has instructions for these devices. Makes a traveler calmer and not frustrated on trying to turn the cable on, right? Turned out there was a response delay when you try to turn the tv on, like minutes delay; so wasn't sure if our tv was broken or the remote batteries were. We don't need such stress. In my 6 weeks of vacation, I checked in to 8 different hotels US and Philippines combined, and I always turn the tv on after the main switch.

My family enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I like their spacious family room and their comfortable bed and pillows. The room and bathroom is clean. Water pressure and hotness of the shower is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. We like the daily breakfast served daily and my kids love their pancakes. The hotel is close to Trinoma and so very convenient to shop. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great stay for business

With great location, courteous staff, and well-designed rooms, the hotel can be considered as the best place to stay for business trips in Quezon City. The hotel, however, needs to improve their breakfast choices.

This hotel is less than a year old and it is very clean based on my standard. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is really good in taste and portions. The rooms are of decent size although some fixtures like a writing desk and a chair would be nice to have. The lighting in the room I stayed in was bit dim and could use some really good bright led bulbs to brighten the rooms a bit more. I like the laundry service which is priced reasonably and they could deliver it to you within 24 hours if you request for it. The rooms have slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrush whic is great if you forgot to bring them. In checking in, just make sure you have a copy of the email confirmation sent to you by expedia. For some reason they do not have my reservation when i checked but the email helped them find my reservation.

Staff was polite and helpful. The parking is super convenient. Room was pretty basic but it more than sufficed. Overall my stay was great except one con. Everytime i enter my room (when I first got there and after a long day outside), the air smelled a bit stagnant. After an hour of cycling the ac it was fine though. I suggest getting air fresheners if it's bothersome.

New and well done hotel. Excellent staff.
Everything was great short of: in my room the bed was made from two matreses but they didn't add the topper, in this room. When I called though misunderstanding I was move to a double bed but the room was half the size.
Breakfast was too simple.

Great hotel in every way except the restaurant closes at 10:00pm which also means no room service. The front desk was helpful in getting a pizza delivered to our room.

Surprisingly Nice

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hotel looks new and posh from the inside. The rooms are also modern and look clean. Staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the floor inside my room, I noticed my feet were very dirty from walking around. The room seemed clean so this was unfortunate. Otherwise it was perfect.

SSAFH Short Stay Away From Home

Check in was a bit difficult & un ez. They were asking for a confirmation email from expedia asside fr my ID. i showed them the email Inreceived fr Expedia & still they were not satisfied. Time consuming! I find price is not competitve. Hotel is new. Inwas surprise when I checked in the rm, I saw a lot of hair on the bathroom flor. Dif size & kinds believe me (see photos attached) there was uncleaned stains in on the bathroom flor. There is a lot to improve on this hotel. Hopefully next time I come back they're better. Price I paid not well wothit ☹️
