We stayed for 7 days and the whole experience at the hotel was good. The hotel is very close to shopping malls and other convenient locations. The staff are very friendly and the price is very affordable. However the shower was not working during our stay, and the room looks quite ordinary. I hope they can improve the overall appearance of the room. On the positive note, all the staff from the front desk, dining, house keeping, security were very accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is accessible but some areas are not good..toilet and shower tub and sink are clogged..the night manager last last July 29 was not corteous..l arrived at the hotel and no help to bring my luggages in.. the night manager was there just standing like a statue..no welcome greeting..the breakfast buffet was not that good..

The mattress was old and broken, the bedsheets were old, thin with holes. The toilet seat was broken. Cheap hotel! I thought the description online were true but they're not! The rooms look like a motel, with workers painting the hallways.

I took this hotel bec the pictures and name were nice, and a stone's throw away from my appointments...but not just sub par but very cheap. This is 0 star.

Very frustrating stay

We stayed for 3nights..First day, no water at all, after few mins flood water came, very very unhygienic...I booked a suite room with aircon not working on the 2nd day, as they said that the AC was full of ice. We have to transfer room, very inconvenient..Overall, not a good hotel, I rate as 0 star.

Yesterday was my restday to work, so i decided to unwind, relax and book a staycation in Hotel Dreamworld at North Edsa via Expedia App.

I've got Suite 2 room on its very lowest and very affordable price. The room was very nice. Clean, classy, and elegant because of their royal blue theme. They have bathtub, fast and reliable wifi connection, they offer us a free breakfast, free parking when you have reservation. Plus, staffs are so accomodating, friendly, and kind.

If you're looking for affordable hotel to stay, i suggest you to book at Hotel Dreamworld. Very accessible. It's near SM North and Trinoma, so you can stroll and go around.

Very convenient in terms of location. Close to shopping Malls. Air conditioning in some rooms needs to be checked. Some Staffs are friendly and nice. Mitch was the best one for us. She’s so accommodating and very helpful. She knows her job well and know how to deal with various situations that will make the guest feel satisfied and happy.

Stress Free Overnight Stay for the Examinees.

Our stay in hotel was a nice experience. Easy check-in procedure you just need show a valid id. The staff are courteous, It's a nice place for an overnight stay , we had it Dreamworld hotel near the exam venue of the LET of my niece and her friend. We are from Dasmarinas Cavite and it saved me from stress driving early morning to beat the 5:30am time for the examinees.

Early check-in is charged as I was told after paying and getting in my room. Queen bed was actually two single beds covered with queensized bedsheets. Bathroom sink and floor as well as floor in the room were dirty. I was not explained any utilities available nor breakfast times upon arrival. No windows in the room. Aircon was smelly and noisy. Waiting time for elevator was too long each time. Objectively expensive for what you get.

So-so.

Hotel is so-so. Smell not good in the lobby. Elevators not air-conditioned. It's so hot in the corridors. Bed not soft. No shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast was a disaster.. there is shortage of food and they let us wait only to be left with no food.

Needs a Facelift

The Hotel seems to be run by very young people and service is probably not at the top of their agenda. When I got to my room I decided to take a shower. It was only after I finished that I realised there was no towels. Soaking wet I phoned reception to ask for towels and also toilet tissue. After about 15 minutes standing in the bathroom I decided to dry myself with a shirt. I phoned again and after another 20 minutes the towels finally arrived. Breakfast was nothing exciting although they did manage to make my poached eggs. I think they rely on Filipinos using the Hotel and if they are hoping to encourage \"Foreigners\" they need to up their game a bit. The room incidentally was ok although the AC cover did fall off one night while I was sleeping and it was very noisy.

Liked - Location, a few minutes walk to two big shopping malls with great selection of food for dining. Also, the reception staff were helpful. Room size. Room air conditioning. Breakfast buffet is very filling.
Disliked - Hallways and elevators were not air conditioned. Room walls, floor and ceiling are concrete so sound insulation is poor. Shower and tub have no adequate curtains so when you shower you’ll gonna end up flooding the floor. Almost everything in the room are quite dated, although functional, they need some replacement or updating.

bathrooms are so dirty full of molds, requested another room, same thing the bathrooms are so filthy, grouts between tiles full of black molds, never been cleaned, towels and bed sheets are so dingy and old, they look so gray/dirty not white anymore, need to be replaced, rooms are so old and outdated needs to be repainted and repaired,

The first room they put me in was badly in need of a refurbishment it was dirty and old, but fortunately after complaining they upgraded me to a much better room with the help of the Porter who from memory name was Jacko who proved very helpful for the rest of my stay.
.This Hotel is very centrally located with 2 shopping malls across the road..
However it is very noisy from the heavy traffic below and is badly in need of sound proof windows.
Nice friendly staff.
Overall good value for the price.

I arrived past midnight from the airport and front desk is not friendly and accommodating the room assigned to me is like storage no windows and untidy even the small bathroom no choice i need to rest after 22 hours flight. Upon check out i request for luggage assistance to help me bring it down took along time no body coming i decided to bring down all my stuff alone. I thought they we’re better from eurotel well they worse.

Icon hotel staff are courteous and helpful. I did not like that the elevator and hallways have no air conditioner. I am especially scared that if we get stuck in the elevator that we will get suffocated. Icon management should correct the air conditioning issues in the elevator and hallways

Where do I start? Maybe the most important part of a hotel stay is the beds: mattresses were a crappy piece of 4” foam, with cover 1/2 ripped off, on top of a wooden box. The queen size most expensive room was two twins that sperated down the middle into a crack into the wooden box! The sheets didn’t fit and exposed the nasty mattress and covers. The walls had moisture filled paint blisters. The free breakfast was maybe the most discussing meal ever! Yes ever! I booked and paid two nights via Expedia and left after one! It was cheap but not worth that! The nearby malls were nice. If you are on such a budget, you must stay there, write me and I’ll send you money to stay elsewhere!

The receptionist has a very pleasing personality and is very approachable. The staff are always smiling and greet each customer politely. I stayed in Suite 1 and it was spacious and complete with a mini ref, water heater and hair dryer. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with 2 complimentary soaps, 2 bath gels, 2 toothbrushes, shampoo and toothpaste. The breakfast buffet could use a wider variety, but the food tasted great. Overall I was satisfied and had a pleasant stay.

the only positive is the close proximity to the malls by walking distance and the front desk staff was courteous and professional. The rooms however smelled bad and the cleanliness and appearance was substandard. the lights in bathroom didn't work and even after being reported nothing was done to correct it. Wait staff at the restaurant wasn't as attentive and friendly as the front desk staff. I would definitely would not recommend or stay again.

Very nice and spacious room with a great view. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great price (good value for the money), which includes a good breakfast! Location is great since it is right across the street from SM North and Trinoma malls. Cannot beat it. Would recommend this hotel highly for business or vacation! I would stay again.

The shower did not drain properly and would basically cause the bathroom to flood when taking a shower. Sometimes very little warm water. This was my first time staying there and I doubt I will stay there again. Better rooms for a lower price elsewhere. Maybe the owner should do some basic maintenance on the property

Sorry but I have to say, I’m not satisfied at all. First I asked for an extra towel, I have to ay extra charge twenty pesos?Wow, really? And the faucet water 💧 come on, and the bath tub the shower curtain is not in the proper place that is is why it got flooded all over the floor. You can check your self if what I’m talking about. It’s the Icon across the Trinoma. North on the 7th floor room 79. acrossSorry but I’m not really satisfied. I have the management will do something about this or I will post this on th FB
