Staff seemed hindered by dumb policies and lack of leadership. Room service was okay until they totally forgot my order one day and blamed it being busy - despite it being 10am and not a busy time of the restaurant. TV only had like 5 channels. 3 towels were provided by the hotel - talk about cheap! Bathroom was dirty, not cleaned thoroughly. You could see dirt/dust everywhere. Rooms seemed aged and needing updates. No microwave. Fridge barely worked.

This was a good option for travelers who wish to explore Greenhills as it is just a few minutes walk or a few pesos worth for a taxi ride. Staff was great and attentive. The breakfast buffet was good as well. The location is very near EDSA.

Buffet breakfast was okay, not much choices but hearty enough to fill one up for the day. Hotel was just 2 blocks away from the newly renovated Greenhills mall. Staff were polite. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV remote battery died. Phoned front desk for replacement but I had to call again the next morning before it was replaced. No TV overnight, very limited channels btw. Only local channels and CNN. No Netflix and YouTube. The water pressure was really really weak, taking a shower was a challenge.Also, the toilet bowl was filthy inside and gave off bad smell.

Food and makeup stains on bedsheets from previous guest. Food stains on walls and tabletops. Always found a cockroach on the floor everyday of my stay, when i call reception to makeup my room the housekeeping took hours to finally come to my room, i always had to follow up on my request. There is a disgusting sewage smell from the bathroom that came into the room at about 2 or 3 in the morning every night. The staff are nice but i would never stay in this hotel ever again. My room was above the pool and i woke up to screaming every morning like something bad was happening to that person. Staff didn’t regulate noise control because apart from the screaming there were loud slamming of guest doors too.

The room have the most comfortable bed and pillows I had compared to other hotels I stayed. Selection of meals in their breakfast buffet was more than sufficient. The quality of care the staff endowed in their meal preparation is very evident. The overall facility is clean and operated by absolute professionals. I will certainly return and stay there.

The pictures looked great on the website. Nice shower. Decent room space. But when I got there, they placed us in a corner room that was a third smaller than any of the other rooms. And there was a smell of a DIRTY WET RAG that permeated the rooms and the whole floor. Housekeeping was hardly present the first few days. We had to tip the housekeeping extra to make sure they cleaned the rooms daily and replaced the towels. I expected more from this establishment. A difference of night and day from the previous place I stayed at down the street which was only walking distance from the mall. Convenience was an issue as well as you have to wait longer to get a cab. Front desk staff was nice. Bellmen were super helpful. And also there was an issue with the AC leaking in the middle of the night all over the floor. Maintenance was swift to check on it. But this was clearly something we never expected from a hotel. Needless to say we were greatly disappointed. Also there is no air conditioning in the elevators or on the hallways. So it always felt muggy. There’s a place down the street on Anapolis which is less than a block to GreenHills Mall. I think I’ll be staying there again from this point on.

Pros: The concierge staff were really great, I was recovering from a surgery and they were really helpful as I cannot lift things heavy. The staff in general were great. Cons: The room I booked was a double bed room and it had a little funky smell coming out of the bathroom. The Television kept losing signal had to call maintenance a lot to get it fixed. The surcharge on the extra pillows and bucket of ice I thought were ridiculous. Other than that it was a good stay.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at Summit Hotel was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I checked in, I noticed a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Over time, the constant dripping led to a foul smell in the room that only got worse. Upon further inspection, I discovered black mold forming around the sink area, which is not only unsightly but also a major health concern.
To make matters worse, there were also roaches in the room. I reported these issues to the front desk three times during my stay, and while the staff was polite, they did nothing to address the situation. I was never offered a room change, nor was I compensated for the inconvenience and discomfort. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like my concerns were being ignored.
Additionally, Summit Hotel advertised amenities that were simply not available. One of the key selling points for me was the outdoor pool, but when I arrived, I was told that it didn’t exist. This was a major letdown and added to my sense of frustration with the hotel.
For the price I paid, I expected basic cleanliness, maintenance, and the amenities that were promised. Unfortunately, Summit Hotel failed on all fronts. I would not recommend staying here unless they address these significant issues

ive stayed here 4x and as always room was spic and span. Facilities are great gym pool and proximity to food, services and shopping courts are stones throw away. We needed to request for late check out due to our international flight got delayed, they accommodated us without extra charge, which i believe was very considerate. 3rd time staying at this hotel, not perfect, still needs some improvement with maintenance but overall a pleasant stay! Walkable to Greenhills but if needing transport, they can book an Uber/Grab for you in the front desk. Will come back in the future.

When we first entered the room after checking in, we discovered the bathroom had a puddle and the towel was wet. There is no extra toilet roll to replace the skinny roll that was on the toilet holder. Breakfast buffet is less than mediocre. Finally 4th day - tried again and after SEVERAL rings i got an answer - wow. So my question was “can i print aomething fr your business centre”!- their reply “are there aeveral pages”, my answer yes. There will be a charge. I said Ok. Then d operator said he will get back to me to find out how much and i said Ok thanks. Waited and they did not get back to me at all - at all… obviously they lack good customer service in this hotel. So attempted the last time. Ao finally they answered 3 pesos/pg - which was ok. Then they got back to me and changed their minds and said - mom its not 3 but 5 pesos per pg. I said ok. Then they changed their minds again and said its not 5 but 10 pesos per pg. Even though i can pay that cost, no hotel with good customer serv would do that

I love Summit Hotel. The staff topped my rating- they were all absolutely great and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My junior suite was nice and big. The cafe had delicious food. Lastly the hotel was close to the shopping area and the Catholic church. It also was not pricey. I rate it 10!
