This was probably one of the lowest quality places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms were dirty. The staff didn’t care. They were very rude. Imagine waking up and cockroaches fall out out of your pajamas. Tried two different rooms both were infested with cockroaches and dirty. You had about one minute of hot water then it went cold in both rooms. There’s definitely a lot better hotels.

Room definitely felt clean & spacious. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Check in/out was easy! The only problem I encountered, I found cockroaches on their backs throughout my stay (Dec. 28-30, ‘25) throughout the room and one roach was actually crawling on the window.

The front desk agents are excellent. Room is clean but you need to daily request for it. Housekeeper staffs has to be told what to do on a daily basis that I need to write them a note. Bellboy team are helpful. Hotel location are convenient to a mall.

location by the SM megamall makes this hotel superb. The room is average with very nice staffs especially the housekeeping team!
My only complaint is the cockroach infestation. Although they just had intensive pest control, I still see some small roaches mostly in the kitchen and bathroom.
Overall, this hotel is still ok for me due to good location and nice staffs

The room is neat but cleaning of room is only after 3 days stay. Kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils. Parking fee has increased. Only bath towel is provided, not sure if towel is replaced on the 3rd day. I did not use the gym and pool. The usual comforts for guest - from cleaning of room, toiletries, coffee supplies downgraded.

The room was a cockroach hotel. The bed was very hard. Then another point about the bed that one corner sticks out further than the other. I was walking back from the bathroom and hit the corner of the bed and broke my little toe. The elevators had a mind of their own. I saw the elevators go past me several times.

I really liked the location. There were 2 things that I would give a low rating. First, I booked a room with 2 beds, but when I checked in, they ran out and gave me a room with 1 queen bed, which I had to share with my colleague. This was not acceptable, but I had no choice :( The other thing, there were a few cockroaches that we saw!

Just few steps accross Megamall that provides endless dining and shopping options. Didn't like dark hallways leading to my room. Poor lighting inside. Bathroom sink plugged up. Entire room looked worn out and dated. No face towels and hand towels. Extra charges for extra towels, so I didn't get any extra towels. Baked goods at buffet breakfast were dry and tasted like they were bought from cheap bakeries. Went to top floor lobby overlooking the pool. Pool surroundings were dirty. I canceled my second booking for all these reasons.

Their policy should be updated. It says voucher is needed and yet there's no instruction where to get it. Voucher was not needed afterall when i checked in.

There was a leakage from the ceiling on a stormy night.

I was not satisfied for the reason that the place is too old, they even provided me a an old iron with wires that are visible and unsafe! Their microwave even blew up and charge me for it, but the appliances that they all have are obviously poor and old!!! Will never check in to this place again. Check out shouldnt take so long since some guest are on rush due to their flights, but this hotel make it everything so hard for the guest during check it, all items even like toothbrush are charged whereas it should be automatically provided every staycation knowing that they are so called hotel!!!! Experience is very ridiculous!!! I am not happy

The location is nice because it is directly across the street from SM Mega Mall. The lagoon pool was nice for our daughter to spend some time in. We were able to cook our own meals (you have to request cookware). Only real downfalls were that parking was paid (300 php/night) and there were some cockroaches in apartment. Staff was pleasant and accommodating to our requests.

Customer service is very poor. I booked a night stay for my brother and our housekeeper coz they will not fit on our airbnb unit and we were treated horribly. They didnt even allow them to use the luggage cart. When we call them the shower problem they are so snobbish to our housekeeper. We treat and respect our housekeeper and she’s been with us for years. So for us it is so disrespectful of them.

The only reason i like this hotel is because the mall is just across the street and other one is the security. Unfortunately, the linens, bedsheets, towels need to be replaced. They all look old already. They have plate and utensils to use but no cooking stuff to use, so the stove are useless.

Dirty & cockroach-infested.

Cockroach infested, both in & out of our room. They cleaned the room the following day, changed bedding (not even sure if they actually changed it) as the cockroach was still there. I wouldn’t stay here again, regardless of the price or location, just because it is dirty. It’s horrible. A lot of POGO employees reside here, they’re not the cleanest people as well.

Waited over 10 minutes for check in while a girl stood in front of us doing paperwork. I specifically asked for a queen bed and the original room I was given had 2 single beds. When I asked them to rectify this they said they wouldn’t. I said if they won’t change the room I would accept a refund. Only at this point they said they would talk to the manager but he was on a break. 30 minutes later they agreed to change my room but it would be 30 minutes to clean it. An hour later I rang reception and only then did they say the room was ready. At breakfast on the first morning there were cockroaches running around the bread area. Overall a very disappointing experience.
