The room is really small you don't even have space for the luggage and I have to open my luggage on top of the bed .
It's clean , bathroom shower is great and the toilet is separate. Very close to the mall , 7eleven , Watson , Starbucks and chowking .

The hotel is misrepresented in EXPEDIA. It said parking is available but actually NOT. The hotel is a tenant of a bigger building and only had a few parking slots available for its guests and this was not disclosed in EXPEDIA. I booked this hotel primarily on the premise of parking availability because I have mobility issues and PWD. When I arrived in the hotel at past 10PM , I was told I had no parking. I was directed to a distant open parking lot and had to walk despite my mobility issues more than half an hour dragging my suitcases in a 41 degrees heat. Upon complaining to front desk, they managed to organize parking for me underground in the next building the next day which was OK but again, 2 nights before check out, the same issues happened as the building owner released my parking slot to someone else.

On the upside, the STAFF were very courteous; the bed/pillows were topnotch. Cleanliness is above grade although basic amenities were missing like hair dryer, flat iron/ironing board, heating kettle and wardrobe closets. Internet connection was not consistent especially during the day.

Staff are friendly. They will not check you in by 1 pm. You have to wait until 2pm to get the key.

The paid parking is not a day parking. Each time you go out and come back you have to pay. If you go out 5 times a day, your car will be charged 5 times as well. It's a deal breaker if you need parking.

Friendly staff, clean rooms affordable rate.

Stayed there for 10 days for the quarantine requirement..Staff are courteous and kind. Food is being delivered to your room and its horrible taste / quality food. Theres no microwave / refrigerator in the room .Phone in the room works only within the hotel. Good thing I brought a unlock phone and asked them to buy me a sim card . Also there wifi has a good signal! Room is clean however its outdated and some furniture are broken. They have an “ errand “ time where you can ask them to buy stuff from 7-11 only. They don't allow delivery food at all. Theres also a camera in the hallway because you are not allowed to get out of the room at all! They give you your sheets / towel replacement if requested.There always a coast guard on duty to monitor the occupants.

This property is in a great location walking distance to SM Mega Mall and Robinsons Galleria. The room was very clean, comfy bed, reasonable prived with free water which was nice. The sink basin is next to the bedroom instead of inside the shower or toilet, so if you are sharing a room with someone they can see you brushing your teeth lol (no privacy). The staff were very friendly and nice and although there is no restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner I ordered food online and the receptionist called me when it arrived. The only negative about the hotel is that the water in the shower is not hot. It is very cool so it was quite uncomfortable using the shower. Also the shower head was very low, suitable for a dwarf than someone 5ft or above. If I come Manila I will be staying at this hotel again.

Clean hotel. Convenient location. Eating places and convenience stores are within walking distance. Shampoo and soap provided. No toothbrush. No toothpaste. If you don't mind not having hangers for your clothes during the duration of your stay, this hotel would be fine. My room had several swinging bars (thin and about two feet long) on the wall where I hung my clothes (folded, though). One BIG LETDOWN was when I hooked the \"Go ahead, make my room\" sign on my doorknob at 7:30 AM the next day after my first night... I returned at 4:30 PM to find my room unmade just the way I left it.

For the price range of 2300 per night, no breakfast is not reasonable and the hotel will not give you complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. I think this is basic for a hotel with this price range.
In fact we all know that this not complementary and you PAID for it. This is part of the price you pay and market as \"complimentary\". Internet connection is so slow just open their hotel web page take some average around 30sec - 1minute. Open a Youtube video and good luck.

The hotel's location is convenient so it is easy to go to the nearby malls as well as the monorail. The room was clean enough and not expensive. However, the TV did not work. Housekeeping said it was due to the heavy rain. However, it still did not work on the next day when the weather was fine. Also, they charge for minor things that are free amenities in other hotels in the same category. They charged me to use a flat iron, no hangers in the room, etc and wanted to charge me when I asked them to keep my luggage for a couple of hours after I checked out. WIFI was free but rather slow. I'd rather stay in a Red Planet hotel the next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were adequate. The shower was damaged, so although I could take a shower, it didn't work as well as it should. The area can get quite noisy because of the location, and it's also noisy in the hallways of the hotel when staff are taking around the trolley to clean rooms, and when guests are dragging their suitcases across the interchanging tiled and carpeted floor, which did wake me up a few times in the night.

Good location though with a lot to do in the area. No breakfast at the hotel, but lots of food options locally. Worth the price :)

I stay at Go Hotels Ortigas Center everytime now that I am in Manila, making it 3 times this year. The location is great and the facilities are perfect for those on a budget. But when you stay there, the staff always works so hard, even though this may be a 3 star hotel...the staff always makes you feel like a star giving you 5 star treatment. Like I said, I stayed there once and never had to search for another hotel during my visits ever again. Go Hotels Ortigas Center staff...Salamat!

The beds and pillows are really good and comfy and the room is very spacious. Shower is really good as well since there's a hot water though there's not much hotel compliments like a set of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Also because it's a budget hotel there's no wardrobe and food is not allowed inside so there's no fridge as well. Overall, it was nice to stay when what you all need is a good night sleep.

I was there for two nights stay because of a two day examination in the nearby area. Good thing the hotel is just a two minute walk from the testing centre which is pretty convenient. The location is perfect, once you go out from the hotel, you got everything you need like mall, restaurants, bars and even transport. The room is so clean. I like the bed, linens and the comforter. I hope they keep up the cleanliness all throughout.

What I really don't like about are the towels. I actually requested to have a towel change and it took them for nearly 4 hours to replace them. You actually have to remind them for the request which is a minus point. And also, the towels are old and off-white looking. Can you change them with new ones at least?

Some hotels right now would offer free breakfast for the guests but this hotel does not. These hotels that offer free buffet breakfast in the nearby areas are pretty much lower when it comes to price as compared with this hotel. Another things is I tried to call the reception one time requesting for a fork, unfortunately they do not provide any of these cutlery.

Overall, as long as the room looks and feels clean and not to mention the comfy bed and the clean sheets and comforter then I am good with my stay. Keep the beddings the way they are.
