The staff were helpful and courteous, the property is always clean. Close to SM Light mall, Megamall and Robinson Galleria where you can eat and shop. My only complaint is the construction in the next bldg. It will be a looooong while b4 it gets done but other than that we are pretty satisfied👍

I was put in a room on the 6th floor but wasn't told there is a canteen above my room so I heard a lot of chairs dragging on the floor and people walking above. Then in the morning, there was a lot of construction noise going on outside. Finally, parking is not free, ended up paying 120 pesos even though I had a 120 voucher for parking from the hotel. Room was clean but no soap in dispenser or free toothbrush/bar soap. Will not recommend this Go Hotel location.

Property’s location is excellent because it’s close by malls and other areas like mrt station. In terms of housekeeping I’m missing the blanket sheet for my bed as only duvet was available which is quite inconvenient especially the a/c isn’t cold enough and using the duvet is too much/heavy. But otherwise it’s ok with complementary bottles of water inside

this hotel is clean and has very professional staff who are cordial and attentive. However the facilities are in an awkward place and difficult to get to which makes catching a cab very hard. Also the rooms are very small and have no place for you to unpack your suitcase suitcase. I would not stay at it again.

I like its location next to Robinsson's Mall. I like the secured atmosphere with the househelp and security attendants almost present 24 hrs . I like the friendly and courteous staff. I also like the fact I was able to store my luggage while I went to travel out of the city for 4 days knowing it was in a secure place and no charges for storage. Of course I have to return to the Hotel to continue my stay. At one time I had to move to another floor because the warm water is not available on my floor. But overall, I will stay again at this location if i were to look for a place in Mandaluyong.

The pros ‘ helpful staff and clean rooms , very near Robinson’s mall short walk opens at 10 Am . Close to all transportation and grab taxi . There is a mini mart next to hotel for quick things if needed . Very affordable. TV channels are good , good size TV and hot showers . Con’s internet during my stay wasn’t very good poor signal , disconnections . Could be a random problem but using load / cellular was faster and stable . Otherwise for the price it was good . Take note booking online is cheaper as they charge 1,900 at desk . Overall I’m impressed with the cleanliness.

The facility is always clean but the place to eat is too hot, the air conditioning is not working, I ask one of the staff since I arrived but they told me it was broken, and it has been in maintenance on my 2 weeks stay. Other than that, the place is cute and the staff are all polite and always greet you. Thank you all.

Good for the price

Our room was a bit dirty especially in corners. Staff was very good and helped when they could. We got there at 11am and thought that was the check in time but was told it’s at 2pm and had to pay extra to store our luggage for a couple of hours. But when the time came to leave they helped out a lot.

Very clean I had a centre room so can't comment about views. Air con very efficient and easy to control, Much praise in hotel information about How good the shower is, All I can say is mine was acceptable, Only reach warm temperature ( not that I wanted it any hotter) and the pressure was acceptable, nothing to write home about. The Wi-Fi in my room was again acceptable for normal browsing but not for streaming so could not watch TV on my tablet. Again not the end of the world for me. I listened to my local radio on the internet no problem. OVER ALL IT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Easy to book Grab cars. Robinsons Forum is a short distance away. A Mini Stop convenient store is just next door. Elevator is accessible at Lower Ground parking area for wheelchair-users. Wide open space on our floor (6th) with seats, working area with power outlets, and tables to eat on. Country Style food kiosk in the lobby area is open 6:30am-8:30pm.

The only downside is that you can’t eat inside the room and there is no closet. If you wanted to stay for a longer than 2 days then be ready to ask an iron if you’re in a business meeting. But everything is nice. Especially its cleanliness.

Did I pay extra for the cockroach?

Dirty bathroom, worlds worst soap packaged: tiniest soap. Also the
package is specifically made not to open so people don't use it which saves the hotel money.
if you arrive early expect to pay extra for your room,
If you aren't out at 11, you will pay extra. But don't worry because you get an early wake up call making sure you're out by 11.
Forget in room coffee and you won't even get free water.
I could go on but you get the idea. Don't stay in this hotel. Dont GO!

I stayed for two weeks. Everything is self service. The staff will clean your room, but only if you ask. Laundry service is great. Awesome little diner attached. No eating allowed in the rooms. Things tend to get really dusty.

The Go Hotel was very clean with comfortable beds but on the small side as there was no furniture to set your luggage on, at least not the room we were in. There was a lot of noise from traffic and overhead metro across the street from our hotel. There was a small shopping center and a food court next to the hotel.

Lacking a place to hang my clothing and common amenities like washcloths, I wouldn't say that this hotel was bad or unpleasant, but it was definitely minimal - which was expected for the price. Wifi was questionable at times, but that is not atypical for any hotel I've stayed at in Manila.The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, the view of the river was rather nice, and the room itself was not an uncomfortable place to sleep - but it was not a place that really invited you to spend your downtime. Overall, a perfect place to stay if your needs are minimal and your agenda is otherwise full.

this hotel must put at least one chair and a cheap disposable cups. the packaging of the shampoo and soap is terrible it needs a scissor to open it, staff are friendly and always in assistance. further, the elevator should be fix immediately only one is working creating a lot of inconvenience to guest.

My major comment is parking. There is NO alloted parking space for hotel guests. I do not mind paying for parking but cueing with the other non hotel cars is very inconvenient. I had to wait for almost an hour to get inside the parking lot. I hope management would do something about this

Value price for a hotel - spotlessly clean

I had great experience. The only concern i have is the inability to make outside calls from your room. It expose the confidentiality of communication if discussed at the front desk area as many guest are listening. Though cell phones are quite handy, it is still cheaper to use a landline to call another local landline number. It can be allowed up to 5 minutes max so as not to tie up the trunkline numbers. But it sure would help a lot if this is part of the amenity.
