We checked I. Around 1:30 am. Staff were great! But the room only have half a roll of toilet paper, no hand towels and face towels. No facial tissues either which we needed. We requested hand towels after eating breakfast but we were charge an additional 50 pesos for each hand towels. Facial tissues not available.

Room is great but they should have prepared for 3 people for we were charged extra fees for the red person. Should have added 1 more glass and 1 more cup, etc.

Staff not friendly, worst service, our room has cockroach. Hotel didn’t take action or didn’t handle properly the issue. Ask you to pay extra towel for $150 even you are a hotel guest. The couch has locked you have to pay for it php1865 just to use the sofa bed for extra person.locker room attendant not respectful. Breakfast buffet served cold..front desk staff are not friendly also.everything you do has a value.

Good location in Pasig City, room was a good size but quite rundown. Hot water was only tepid, and no laundry service unless long stay customer. There is a laundry service nearby, but not very convenient for a business traveller. Breakfast was a comprehensive selection. Water spa tickets a bonus if time to try.

The hotel was out dated the room had not been updated including the shower fixtures and faucets the exhaust fan was leaking condensation on our towels and belongings. Other than that the room worked for our needs it was large and had everything we needed they had to replace our refrigerator because it wasn’t working. We have stayed here many times and this is the first time we have not been happy. The surrounding area is full of everything anyone could need.

The only thing i like is the water spa.
Dear owners of Ace Hotel:
1.The towels that we're provided in our room was so disgustingly old and dark. Looks like its been overused already for a decade. Its time to change and put a brand new towels. Theres not even a wash cloth provided!
2. Please can you guys provide a Netflix or Amazon prime so we can watch a good movie. We really have no choice except the local channels.

First of all, I am thankful to Expedia's partnership with Ace for offering the lowest price among other OTAs.

Then thank you so much, Ace, for your consistent excellence, in the spa's cleanliness and therapeutic effect. It's my 3rd time to swim there. Then it's my first time booking the room and I was also happy. The lowest budget bedroom was beautiful and clean, too. I also so appreciate the free breakfast buffet! Yummy food and great ambiance with warm atmosphere. Also, we left an item there and when I came back for it, the staff had it and gave it to me. Wow at the safety and integrity. Thank you so much. Also, thank you for including the free parking for our stay. We just needed to validate it regardless of how many times we go out and it's still free. Know what, I will definitely come back again and recommend you to everyone. My hubby and I really enjoyed. Keep up the great work!!! :)

I love the staff for doing their best with what they have, just never give a kitchen knife when a guest asked for a butter knife. Plastic utensils for room service? I don't think they clean the bathroom as much as they should. Food was okay or great depending on your appetite. The Thursday Manager was awesome, so are the reception staff. Host/Hostess... well, I went to get a buffet for the evening and she asked me if I was there for the evening buffet. I really had to stop myself from responding \"no I'm here for breakfast\". I know some staff are just being cordial but some of the questions they ask are just plain s...... Now for the water spa.... I can't wear a swimming short but you can rent one. Seriously. Just for the fun of it, I went to a shop and bought a seamless underwear that was a bit sheer and I was allowed to use it.... Go figure. Will I stay here again or recommend this hotel ? Hell no !!!!!

I checked in on Saturday at 1pm, lobby was like a market, so crowded. I found out that the water spa is open to the public and it is not just for Guests who have room reservation. The manager and other staff in front desk are not friendly and needs more training on how to be professional.

I like the spa portion connected to the hotel. I didn’t like they refused to give us towels at the spa because we were checked in and our guest took 2 towels already, it did not make any sense to me when we paid to go into the spa. After I spoke with the staff they eventually gave us towels. The safe box was not working properly so they wanted to move us to another room after we had settled in already. They also said it was broken, but we were able to fix it and use it. I also felt like they were watching our every move. There was no conditioner for my hair, only shampoo and bath gel.

Me and my family enjoyed the ace water spa. One thing about ace water spa, i didnt realize until we check-in that it was not included on my booking, i must have overlooked but regardless, it should always be included upon booking and with options to put if i want to enjoy it during our stay. Like my bookings from 20-22, there should have an options if i want to enjoy water spa for 2 days or during our stay. Other than that my family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Unique, this is a ‘water park/spa” destination for local Philippine people and families. Nothing wrong with that but your (Orbitz) description doesn’t Really say that.

Room is clean and comfortable but access to public transport, taxis is below average. Breakfast venue and food is above average, even good.

First I was expecting access to a pool or the spa but then they said it wasn't included in the package. I was disappointed because I paid a higher price as to what I paid for on two other rooms using another mobile app and I got access for 2 to the water spa. I only booked this additional room so that all 6 of my kids could have a nice experience.

I just had an overnight stay, but the room assigned to me was clean, had fresh linens, and had all the amenities I needed. I thought it was very nice that toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided for their guests. I think the staff at the concierge could have been more welcoming. They were friendly enough, but didn't smile at all when I checked in. Checkout went smoothly.

Well.. aday staycation is ok.. but its only for a day and still we experienced busted airpot.. ofcourse we need to have coffee right.. then we bought fruits.. the ref to is none punctional... hewww. But never the less they replace it in an hour.. also about thr breakfast.. we have a 8 yes old daughter that only eat very little as in very.. they should consider the kid age that also have free breakfast...

A good place to stay for those who like waterparks

We stayed in this hotel to celebrate new year's eve. We booked a deluxe suite with complimentary breakfast and spa/pool access for 2. The hotel facilities are good. The hotel offers several facilities which allows you to do a variety of things. The waterpark facility is good for all ages. Kids and adults can spend a good amount of time in this facility because there are plenty of things to do. I personally like the heated jacuzzi pools. The room itself is big enough although the decor and design is not new it looks like it was fairly maintained.
Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices although it does lack some continental/american food. There were no yogurts served when we were there.

Whenever we connect through Manila, we always try to squeeze in a visit to Ace. The massage and aromatherapy pools really are a treat, and quite unique in Manila. The Skybar on the roof has the best food and service. I don't recommend the buffet or the other restaurants in the hotel, as the food sucks. Not sure why only Skybar has good food...maybe because it has it's own kitchen on the roof, and doesn't share the other kitchen in the hotel...strange. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is always polite and helpful, and the hotel is a very short walk from a decent small mall, and some very good local restaurants. The Spa and pools however, are truly wonderful.

Booking accommodations at ACE was a last minute choice since the primary property we want to stay in was already sold out; but ACE was eventually an excellent option, it did not disappoint! The breakfast buffet was surprisingly great- at first I was kind of doubtful that they had good food, at worst passable, but we were pleasantly surprised that the line up has a wide range of dishes and all tasted great! But they could use a new soup warmer- the Arroz Caldo and Miso soup were lukewarm. I already alerted the buffet staff on this and he adjusted the temp control of the Miso soup warmer but to no avail- it was still lukewarm. But overall, we had a satisfying dining experience. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and relaxing. I was surprised that the bathroom didn't have any bath tub, but, it compensated for the bathroom's cleanliness, functioning hair dryer and fluffy towels. We were also treated to a room upgrade upon check in so yay, ACE! :) The Water Spa was a fun experience! Great location- very near to shopping centers such as the Capitol Commons and the 30th Mall and the PC center. My family will definitely come back to this property in the future!

Just use the water spa and food so good . I can send you photos of cockroaches on the headboard! Hotel staff should learn how to have good customer service and learn their computer skills. Tired and sleepy from a long flight they cannot find my reservation even I gave the reference number

Negative: You have to pay to use the facility even if youre a hotel guest. And they inform you that the admission ticket is single use. So if your family wants to enjoy the pool/spa after breakfast but have to exit the facility to have lunch, you would need to pay the admission fees again to use the facility in the afternoon or nighttime. Again, even if youre a hotel guest.

There was 2 options. 1 option was basic and the 2nd option requires you to pay $20 more which is what I've chosen for the free spa. Upon arrival, my girl friend and her friends were denied entry due to improper swim suit. They have a strict policy you NEED to wear bikini for the spa and if you don't have it which my girl friends and her friends didn't, you could rent bra for 300 and panties for another 300 which totals to 600. We've decided not to go because it just costs too much especially with so many friends, everyone needed to pay that and was not worth it. We've asked if we can change to breakfast or karaoke which was denied. The hotel staff lied saying the spa came as \" Free and complimentary \" but that's a lie! Its not free!! Its there because I've paid extra for it but they make it sound like its basic and it comes with the room which it does NOT. I was not able to use coupon for another day since they have expiry for 1 day only so I've basically paid $20 for nothing.

My 2nd my complaint is that there is no lock for the washroom. The bedroom had a click lock which did click but it can still be opened normally from the other side and it acts like no lock at all like the washroom. It was obviously broken. The breakfast didn't have much selection and only had tapa and sausages. Not good at all. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

I was surprised that my booking did not include the use of the pool. I had to pay extra to use the pool.

We also had to pay extra for drinking / bottled water in our room.

The booking process was so easy to use. This is, undoubtedly, one of the best apps to book hotels.

It might help, next time, to indicate if the use of the pool was included - or not included - in the fee.

In order to use the water spa you need to pay it separately, good thing the front desk officer gave us 20% discount voucher. It's indeed a relaxing staycation. The room and the view is nice and similar to a condotel (microwave and other kitchen utensils provided). Loved the breakfast at the sky garden.

While short notice, online booking about 30 mins before arrival, hotel was not ready- my booking was not in the system, had to wait about 15-20 mins to get room ready. Given it was late it was an irritant having to wait specially since no one else was checking in. Not sure if the problem was with Expedia sending the info or the hotel not being ready.

Also info about internet was not given upon check in so I now need to call to find out.

Room was nice but check in experience ruined it.
