Go Hotels - Otis offers the most value for money accommodation in the metro. All of the staff are courteous and helpful. There’s an easy check-in and check-out process. Some of the facilities needs refurbishment since they are showing age and wear and tear. Overall, a good place to stay if you are around and need a stay in Manila.

The hotel is clean. From lobby to the common area and the room, it's clean. The staffs (guards, receptionist, maintenance) are welcoming. Having a guard roaming around makes me feel safe. It would be lovely if there are windows in the room. Also, it would be nice if there is a complimentary slipper. 😊

Good hotel and overall stay, minor issues

Overall, this hotel is good. I can tell prospective travellers that there are absolutely no roaches or any problems with cleanliness.
The hotel overall is good with a friendly staff.
The only issue is to be aware of are, there are a lot of very young clients here, so the hallways can be a little crowded or noisy at night, along with rowdy clients coming in from nightlife activities.
The set up of the hotel looks like college campus and there are usually people in the hallways on the laptops or eating as I think that this hotel has zero tolerance policy for eating inside rooms.
Also, the Wi-Fi procedure for signing on is cumbersome as we had to get assistance two or three times for them to reset some sort of password or assistance with signing in because the signing credentials are not working and the front desk was friendly, but I actually had to do some of the procedures for us, resetting some of the password or username.
Overall, I would say that there are no issues as far as Roaches which could be common in Philippines.
I would recommend this hotel.
There are no concerns with roaches or cleanliness. If you don’t mind seeing a lot of kids which is a hit and miss situation that I recommend, also this is connected to a mall with limited stores and restaurant options, but not really on our neighbourhood Street where you can walk to stuff

It don’t feel like a Hotel. Hotel is all on the 5th floor. My room didn’t have a window. Talking in the hallways carries into your room . My room had no hot water for shower.
Other than that. Staff was really friendly & helpful. Room is good and clean. Location is ok .

Room was good, it’s in remote area. Location of the hotel is not good. It’s akways hard to find a taxi there..also the Internet was so very slow. Housekeeping is done only after 3pm...which is not a good point at all.

It's fine with shops at the building

A bit frustrated,you can hear the loud echo of the noise when people are talking and when kids running and shouting outside.Don't expect you can relax in the morning coz you can really wake up very early because of the chairs and tables banging outside while the staff is cleaning :-(

The toilet and the bathroom were separated. Sometimes it was inconvenient when you wanted to pee first before shower.

I love that their wifi connection is good. And I love the fact that the mall is right beside the hotel. A few walks from the hotel there is a good affordable Chinese resto, Binondo fried chicken. This is a perfect place for budget travelers like me

Sheets not changed for new guest

There were hairs on the pillows and sheet. You could tell the sheets were not changed. The room smell funny. You pay 100 piso to use an iron and after 2 hours they come to get it. I had to iron quickly just to give it back. But not changing the sheets after previous guest checked out was what disappointed me the most.

Just because I know better hotels in that price range and it’s too far from Malate and other areas.

In rough area. Security everywhere in surrounding vicinity. You can be sure anything you want won't be close. Redeeming features......good staff and cleaners. You might as well use a crystal ball as the hotel WiFi. Strictly browsing only. Not capable of downloading or streaming. Whats the point? Left with opinion was not value for money.

Overall a good stay, just make sure you are not in a street side room. Despite being on the 5th floor, the street noise can be annoying with the outside heavy traffic. The attached mini-mall has a handful of mini restaurants for meals. My room had no refrigerator and a sign states that eating in the room. There is a nice supermarket in the mini-mall loaded with everyday needs and snacks.

We didn`t like the location of hotel: near the busy street, takes a long time to reach downtown or other places.Thus that there is a food corner (shopping mall) on the same building.
There was no window in a room as well.
Everything else was kinda perfect - you get good value for the money.

Stayed for 13 nights room was comfortable enough ac was good enough but the housekeeping was a little bit annoying coz they just change the pillow cases f you are not around even the sink they didnt cleaned it f it was not asked to toilet papers were also to be asked

Cheap but poor location

The hotel is cheap for a reason. It is in a really poor location with nothing really around it, and we were actually a little scared to walk around the area. The staff were perfectly nice, however there isn't much to the hotel, and it reminded me more of a hospital. Our room didn't have a window, and there were noisy people in our corridor very early one morning. We didn't enjoy our stay.

This was an overall good hotel and other than an uncomfortable bed it wasn't too bad. My big issue was the no eating in the room. Yeah, you heard me no eating. After 23 hours of travel this wasn't what I expected. I am a grown man and know how to clean up after myself, I don't appreciate being treated like a child. Better hotels for less in the area

small room and price is unlikely high

very basic and the price can be compare to any hotel with amenities such as pool and bar lounge in the area. the price should be lower as it lacks the amenities. the room is very small for a twin bed and no ample space to move around. very restricted enough to only open the door and you have to get your way inside with strategy going in. very strict policy for not eating and drinking. I also find it unfriendly for asking fee to leave a luggage when its a returning customer with prior booking has been made .

Cheap enough almost close enough to the airport

It wasn't the go-hotel I thought I was booking. They didn't give an included breakfast like the other go-hotel I stayed in previously. They did include coffee if you bought a breakfast
They refused to give me a cup of hot water if I didn't provide a cup.....but luckily I had saved my paper coffee cup! They then gave me free hot water.

Surpirsed to see how this hotel has changed... Water supply is no longer how it used to be it came to be from strong to really worst, air condition needs cleaning since its no longer cold, faucets are not working si ce handle nned repair... And the sad oary is that thier hous keeping are LAZY! Do not sweat and mop the floors unless you complain and told them so.... Maybe this is waht you get if you stay on a cheap hotel...

Interesting concept here. Rooms are efficient and clean. I found it a little odd that in order to eat or drink, we had to leave our room; no food or drinks allowed in the room. Tables and chairs were provided right outside the room.the positive thing about that though, is that there were no stains in the room. There was a coffee shop in the lobby, which was helpful. Newspapers were delivered every morning.
