I usually stay at the richmond across the street, but thought i would try the Jinjiang as it was a lot more economical. Glad i did. Will stay there again. Check in was friendly and ultra-fast. The room key was ready and all I had to do was show my passport and sign. Done. So simple. Why can't other hotels be this fast? All the staff were very friendly and professional. Storing luggage for a few days was no problem. The guards are friendly, and the restaurant was fine too. Unpretentious hotel, but for a low-cost stay, highly recommended.

Can’t beat the location and staff from Security to housekeeping are top notch. The breakfast is alright, could have been better. Very close to SM Megamall.. The room needs more light, i feel like there’s not enough lights in the room. Overall, reasonably price with perfect location and helpful staff, will definitely stay here again for my next visit!

Me and my wife stayed here for 21 days, tha staff were helpful from the security guards, room cleaners to the reception. My only concern is the room wall paint is peeling at some areas, we should have asked them to transfer us to another room on the first day. It will help if they improve the building appearance which will help to attract more tourist to stay.

I find this place excellent because it is closed to SM Megamall and Shangrila Mall. There are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores around the area and also close to Pasig Capitol Mall. The room was suprisingly nice and clean. Breakfast is appropriate for the price. But I didn’t like that when I asked for ice, they didn’t have it. So, I went to nearby convinient store to buy ice & asked the kitchen stuff if they have a bucket I could put my ice…unfortunately, they don’t have a bucket either.

Smart TV now working when I check-in; The room a bit dusty - visible from the TV LCD; Fixtures need an upgrade (i.e. tables are uneven, cabinet is not properly attached to the wall); Aircon is leaking and noisy. All are reported to front desk and checked by maintenance/housekeeping and received an response 'it's like that' which is not appropriate. I even requested to transfer to another room but it seems no room is available.

Only problem is the hotel has 2 elevators, they shut down 1 elevator to save cost but they keep hanging a signage saying \"under maintenance\". It is very inconvenient and sometimes long waiting time for the elevator. The elevator can house only 4 passengers.
